Further, referring to fig. 1, the all-weather assembled refrigeration station further includes a control device, a fan 131 is disposed in the first access passage 13, and two ends of the first access passage 13 are respectively provided with an electric air intake louver 132 and an electric air exhaust louver 133; the fan 131, the electric air inlet shutter 132 and the electric air outlet shutter 133 are electrically connected with the control device respectively; the fan 131, the electric air inlet shutter 132 and the electric air exhaust shutter 133 are arranged and used for realizing ventilation and heat dissipation of the internal environment of the refrigeration box 1 and improving the stability and safety of the equipment in the refrigeration box 1 during working.
Specifically, the electric air intake louver 132 and the electric air exhaust louver 133 mean that the angles of the blades can be electrically adjusted; when the air conditioning unit 124 is in a standby state, that is, when the air conditioning unit 124 does not work, the control device controls the fan 131 to start working, and controls the blade angles of the electric air inlet louver 132 and the electric air outlet louver 133 to be adjusted to be parallel to the ground, so as to realize ventilation and heat dissipation of the internal environment of the refrigeration box 1; when the air conditioning unit 124 is in a working state, the control device controls the fan 131 to stop working, and controls the blades of the electric air inlet louver 132 and the electric air outlet louver 133 to be adjusted to be perpendicular to the ground, so that a closed space is formed inside the refrigeration box 1, energy waste is avoided, a rain shielding effect can be achieved, and the safety degree of equipment in the refrigeration box 1 during working is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 3 to 6, a fixed cavity 21 and an accommodating cavity 22 are formed in the pipeline box 2, the fixed cavity 21 is located above the accommodating cavity 22, a plurality of chilled water supply main pipes 24 and a plurality of chilled water return main pipes 25 are arranged in the accommodating cavity 22, the accommodating cavity 22 is used for accommodating a vertical through pipe, a transverse through pipe, a cooling water return main pipe 27 and a cooling water supply main pipe 26, that is, a space for accommodating other pipelines is formed in the pipeline box 2, and the vertical through pipe and the transverse through pipe play an auxiliary connection role; the chilled water supply main pipe 24 and the chilled water return main pipe 25 are respectively connected with the refrigeration unit, and the accommodating cavity 22 is respectively connected with the cooling tower 3 and the refrigeration unit.
In one embodiment, a partition plate 23 is arranged between the fixed cavity 21 and the accommodating cavity 22, so that the fixed cavity 21 and the accommodating cavity 22 can be separated, workers can distinguish the types of the pipelines in the pipeline box 2 conveniently, and the difficulty of maintenance is reduced; in this embodiment, the partition plate 23 is welded to the inner wall of the header tank 2.
Further, referring to fig. 3 to 6, four chilled water supply main pipes 24 and two chilled water return main pipes 25 are arranged in the accommodating cavity 22, the two chilled water supply main pipes 24 form a group, and the two groups of chilled water supply main pipes 24 are arranged in an up-and-down opposite manner; the two chilled water return main pipes 25 are arranged oppositely from top to bottom; namely, the interior of the pipeline box 2 is vertically divided into an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer; the chilled water supply main pipe 24 positioned above and the chilled water supply main pipe 24 positioned below as well as the chilled water return main pipe 25 positioned above and the chilled water return main pipe 25 positioned below are respectively fixed through fixed brackets; and a second maintenance channel is arranged between the adjacent fixed brackets.
The pipeline has large size and more valves, and the daily maintenance workload of the pipeline is large, and the pipeline on the upper side and the pipeline on the lower side are fixed by adopting the fixing supports, so that a second maintenance channel is formed between the adjacent fixing supports, and the daily maintenance is convenient for workers; further, the chilled water supply main pipe 24 and the chilled water return main pipe 25 are arranged up and down relatively, the uniformity of the arrangement of the pipelines inside the pipeline box 2 can be improved, a space is provided for later-stage maintenance of workers, and the difficulty of later-stage maintenance is reduced.
Further, referring to fig. 3 to 6, four chilled water supply main pipes 24 are located at the left side of the fixed cavity 21, and two chilled water return main pipes 25 are located at the right side of the fixed cavity 21; the left and right sides are provided with the chilled water supply main pipe 24 and the chilled water return main pipe 25, so that workers can distinguish pipelines, and the difficulty of later-stage maintenance is reduced.
Further, in one embodiment, the fixing bracket comprises a fixing cross rod and a plurality of fixing vertical rods, two ends of the fixing cross rod are respectively connected with the inner wall of the pipeline box 2, two ends of the fixing vertical rods are respectively provided with a fixing ring, and the fixing rings are respectively used for fixing the chilled water supply main pipe 24 and the chilled water return main pipe 25; the pipeline is wrapped by the fixing ring, so that the pipeline can be effectively fixed, the vibration problem of the pipeline can be reduced, and the service life of the pipeline is prolonged; in this embodiment, fixed horizontal pole with fixed montant integrated into one piece, fixed horizontal pole with 2 welds of pipeline case, solid fixed ring with fixed montant welding.
Furthermore, the inner wall of the refrigeration box 1, the inner wall of the pipeline box 2 and the inner wall of the water treatment box 5 are respectively provided with a heat-preservation and sound-deadening layer; the heat-preservation and sound-deadening layer is arranged, so that the noise generated when the refrigerating box 1, the pipeline box 2 and the water treatment box 5 work can be reduced, the negative influence on the environment caused by the working of the assembly type refrigerating station can be reduced, the temperature loss in the fluid transmission process can be reduced, and the energy consumption of the assembly type refrigerating station in the working process can be reduced; in one embodiment, the heat-insulating and sound-deadening layer is made of the existing heat-insulating and sound-deadening material, and is respectively glued with the inner wall of the refrigeration box 1, the inner wall of the pipeline box 2 and the inner wall of the water treatment box 5.

Claims (10)

1. The all-weather assembled refrigerating station is characterized by comprising a refrigerating box, a pipeline box and a cooling tower, wherein one or more refrigerating units and one or more air conditioning units are arranged in the refrigerating box, and the number of the cooling towers and the number of the air conditioning units correspond to the number of the refrigerating units respectively; the refrigeration unit and the cooling tower are respectively connected with the pipeline box, and the air conditioning unit is respectively connected with the pipeline box and the refrigeration unit; the refrigeration unit is used for outputting low-temperature chilled water to the data center, and the cooling tower is used for conveying cooling water to the refrigeration unit.
2. The all-weather assembly freezer station of claim 1, wherein the refrigeration unit includes a main cabinet and a pump-plate cabinet, the pump-plate cabinet being connected to the main cabinet and the manifold cabinet, respectively.

The all-weather assembly freezer station of claim 2, wherein the main cabinet includes a chilled water main, a dosing device, and a sand filter; the plate pump box comprises a plate heat exchanger, a chilled water pump and a cooling water pump; the plate heat exchanger is respectively connected with the pipeline box, the chilled water pump and the cooling water pump; the cold water main machine is respectively connected with the cooling water pump, the freezing water pump and the pipeline box; the dosing device and the sand filter are respectively connected with the cooling water pump and the cooling tower through the pipeline box; the air conditioning unit is arranged in the plate pump replacing box.
4. The all-weather assembly freezer station of claim 1, further comprising a water treatment tank for replenishing and pressurizing the chilled water circulation of the freezer station, the water treatment tank being connected to the refrigeration unit and the piping tank, respectively.
5. The all-weather assembled freezer station of claim 1, further comprising a cold storage water tank connected to the manifold box for delivering emergency cooling water to the refrigeration unit.

The all-weather assembled refrigeration station as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first access passage is provided between the refrigeration box and the refrigeration unit and between adjacent refrigeration units, and an access ladder is provided outside the refrigeration box; be provided with one or more first access doors on the lateral wall of refrigeration case, first access door with the refrigeration unit intercommunication.

The all-weather assembled refrigeration station according to claim 6, further comprising a control device, wherein a fan is arranged in the first maintenance channel, and two ends of the first maintenance channel are respectively provided with an electric air inlet shutter and an electric air exhaust shutter; the fan, the electric air inlet shutter and the electric air exhaust shutter are respectively electrically connected with the control device.

The all-weather assembled refrigeration station according to claim 1, wherein a fixing cavity and a containing cavity are formed in the pipeline box, the fixing cavity is located above the containing cavity, a plurality of chilled water supply main pipes and a plurality of chilled water return main pipes are arranged in the containing cavity, and the containing cavity is used for containing vertical through pipes, transverse through pipes, cooling water return main pipes and cooling water supply main pipes; the chilled water supply main pipe and the chilled water return main pipe are respectively connected with the refrigerating unit, and the accommodating cavity is respectively connected with the cooling tower and the refrigerating unit.

The all-weather assembled refrigeration station according to claim 8, wherein four chilled water supply main pipes and two chilled water return main pipes are arranged in the accommodating cavity, the two chilled water supply main pipes form a group, and the two groups of chilled water supply main pipes are arranged in an up-and-down opposite manner; the two chilled water return main pipes are arranged oppositely up and down; the chilled water supply main pipe positioned above and the chilled water supply main pipe positioned below are respectively fixed by a fixing bracket; and a second overhaul channel is arranged between the adjacent fixed brackets.
10. The all-weather assembly type refrigeration station as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the refrigeration box and the inner wall of the pipeline box are respectively provided with a heat-insulating and sound-deadening layer.
