1. A BIM-based integrated management system for consulting engineering in the whole process is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the project management module is used for establishing an engineering project, establishing a BIM (building information modeling) model according to the engineering project and performing project management through the BIM model corresponding to the engineering project;
and the integrated management module is used for performing overall process engineering consultation integrated management on the engineering project based on the BIM corresponding to the engineering project, wherein the overall process engineering consultation integrated management comprises process integrated management, organization integrated management, target integrated management and information integrated management.
2. The BIM-based whole process engineering consultation integrated management system according to claim 1, wherein the project management module comprises:
the project establishing unit is used for acquiring basic information of the engineering project and establishing a corresponding engineering project; the basic information of the engineering project comprises basic information such as an engineering name, an engineering position, an engineering drawing, an engineering type, an engineering target and a contract.
And the model establishing unit is used for establishing a BIM (building information modeling) model of the engineering project according to the basic information of the engineering project.
3. The BIM-based whole process engineering consultation integrated management system according to claim 2, wherein the integrated management module comprises:
the process integration unit is used for integrating all stages of the whole process of the engineering project into an integral process, wherein the integral process comprises node information of all stages; the engineering project stage comprises a decision stage, a design stage, a bid inviting purchase stage, a construction stage and an acceptance stage;
the organization integration unit is used for integrating and forming a project participation group according to participants at each stage of the whole process of the project; wherein the participants comprise a construction party, a survey party, a design party, a supervision party, a construction party and a material equipment supply party;
the target integration unit is used for optimizing sub-targets on the basis of the overall target of the engineering project, including overall optimization of targets of all stages of the whole engineering project process;
and the information integration unit is used for integrating and constructing an engineering project information database according to information such as data, operation specifications, technical standards, relevant knowledge and the like required by different participants at all stages of the whole process of the engineering project.
4. The BIM-based whole process engineering consultation integrated management system according to claim 1, further comprising:
the communication management module is used for providing information exchange and communication between a manager (a whole process engineering consultation service party) and participants or between the participants in the implementation process of the engineering project;
and the authority management module is used for carrying out authority management on the participant user and opening the authority of the corresponding engineering project for the participant user so that the participant user can access the corresponding engineering project.
5. The BIM-based whole process engineering consultation integrated management system according to claim 4, wherein the authority management module comprises:
the participant information management unit is used for creating participant user information of the engineering project, associating the participant user with the corresponding engineering project and setting the access and management authority of the participant user to the engineering project;
and the identity authentication unit is used for authenticating the identity information of the participant user when the participant user logs in the system, and authorizing the participant user according to the authority information corresponding to the participant user after the authentication is passed, so as to allow the participant user to access and manage the corresponding engineering project.
6. The BIM-based whole process engineering consultation integrated management system according to claim 5, wherein the project management module further comprises:
the participant access unit is used for allowing authorized participant users to access corresponding project information;
and the participant management unit is used for updating and managing information integrated by the engineering project BIM model by authorized participant users based on the engineering project BIM model.

A BIM-based integrated management method for whole process engineering consultation, which is characterized in that the method is realized based on the BIM-based integrated management system for whole process engineering consultation according to any one of claims 1 to 6; the method comprises the following steps:
the management party acquires basic information of the engineering project and constructs a BIM (building information modeling) model of the engineering project according to the acquired basic information;
the manager carries out overall process engineering consultation integrated management based on the constructed engineering project BIM model, and phase information, participant information, target information and knowledge information of the overall process of the engineering project are integrated into the engineering project BIM model;
the management party sets the authority of the participant to access and manage the BIM model of the engineering project;
and the management party and the participating party consult and manage the whole process of the engineering project based on the BIM model of the engineering project.
