Abstract
The present disclosure provides a method, apparatus, and system for synchronizing a military training program with a military training archive. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a resume and a daily training state of a target trained person; generating a pre-training evaluation report of the target trainee according to the resume of the target trainee and the daily training state; analyzing a pre-training evaluation report of the target trainee, and determining a training weak item of the target trainee according to an analysis result; calling a corresponding training subject according to the training weak item of the target trainee, determining a target training plan according to the corresponding training subject, and issuing the target training plan to the team trainee; acquiring a post-training evaluation report generated after a target trained person executes a target training plan; and comparing the pre-training evaluation report with the post-training evaluation report, and synchronizing the training files of the target trainees according to the comparison result. The method provided by the disclosure can solve the problem that the synchronization of the military training plan and the military training file cannot be realized in the prior art.

and comparing the pre-training evaluation report with the post-training evaluation report, and synchronizing the training files of the target trainees according to the comparison result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to issuing the target training program to a team trainer, the method further comprises:
simulating a simulation training effect according to the target training plan;
generating a training effect estimation report according to the simulation training effect;
