一种彩膜基板及液晶显示面板,彩膜基板包括:玻璃基板,其上设有黑色矩阵层、色阻层和平坦层,所述平坦层上的显示区非开口区设有多个主隔垫物和辅隔垫物,所述主隔垫物的侧边底部设有支撑部件,用于加强所述主隔垫物的强度;所述支撑部件位于所述平坦层上的显示区非开口区。所述支撑部件设在所述主隔垫物的侧边底部的周围。所述支撑部件的数量是四个,间隔均匀地设在所述主隔垫物的侧边底部。液晶显示面板,包括如上所述的彩膜基板。本发明通过在隔垫物侧边底部设置支撑部件,加强隔垫物的稳定性,防止面板受力引起隔垫物移动从而划伤配向膜产生显示问题。

Description

一种彩膜基板及液晶显示面板
技术领域
本发明属于液晶显示装置的技术领域,具体是指一种彩膜基板及液晶显示面板。
背景技术
液晶显示器由于其画质高,轻薄,省电等优点,已广泛应用于手机,平板,电视等各种电子消费品领域。
液晶显示面板(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)中,一般由彩膜基板和阵列基板对盒而成,且液晶分子层夹在彩膜基板和阵列基板之间。为了控制液晶盒厚的均一性,通常会在液晶显示面板的彩膜基板和阵列基板之间设置隔垫物。但是在搬运、使用液晶显示面板、或对液晶显示面板进行压力测试时,隔垫物受力会发生偏移,从而划伤显示区域的配向膜,而配向膜受损后会造成液晶分子偏转紊乱,导致在黑态时配向膜受损区域的液晶分子发生偏转,进而导致LCD显示面板产生漏光现象,影响LCD显示面板的显示效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一在于提供一种彩膜基板,能够防止隔垫物移动,提高液晶显示面板的显示效果。
本发明所要解决的技术问题之二在于提供一种液晶面板,能够防止隔垫物移动,提高液晶显示面板的显示效果。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种彩膜基板,包括:玻璃基板,其上设有黑色矩阵层、色阻层和平坦层,所述平坦层上的显示区非开口区设有多个主隔垫物和辅隔垫物,所述主隔垫物的侧边底部设有支撑部件,用于加强所述主隔垫物的强度;所述支撑部件位于所述平坦层上的显示区非开口区。
进一步地,所述支撑部件设在所述主隔垫物的侧边底部的周围。
进一步地,所述支撑部件的数量是四个,间隔均匀地设在所述主隔垫物的侧边底部。
进一步地,所述支撑部件的形状为三角形块。
进一步地,所述支撑部件的形状为长方体块,所述长方体块的长边端侧接触到所述辅隔垫物。
进一步地,所述支撑部件的材质为硬度高于所述主隔垫物的负性光刻胶。
一种液晶显示面板,包括如上所述的一种彩膜基板。
本发明的优点在于:本发明通过在隔垫物侧边底部设置支撑部件,加强隔垫物的稳定性,防止面板受力引起隔垫物移动从而划伤配向膜产生显示问题。

具体实施方式
第一实施例:
如图1和图2所示,一种彩膜基板100,包括:玻璃基板101,其上设有黑色矩阵层、色阻层和平坦层(图2中三者统一标记为102),所述平坦层上的显示区非开口区设有多个主隔垫物105和辅隔垫物104,所述主隔垫物105的侧边底部设有支撑部件103,用于加强所述主隔垫物105的强度;所述支撑部件103位于所述平坦层上的显示区非开口区。
本实施例中,支撑部件103的数量是四个,形状为三角形块,间隔均匀设在主隔垫物105的侧边底部的周围。支撑部件103的材质为硬度高于主隔垫物105的负性光刻胶.
第二实施例:
与第一实施例不同的是,支撑部件103的形状是长方体块,长方体块的长边端侧接触到辅隔垫物104,相当于支撑部件103设置于主隔垫物105和辅隔垫物104之间,增加了支撑强度。
本发明还提供了一种液晶显示面板,包括如第一实施例和第二实施例所述的一种彩膜基板。
本发明通过在隔垫物侧边底部设置支撑部件,加强隔垫物的稳定性,防止面板受力引起隔垫物移动从而划伤配向膜产生显示问题。

Claims (7)

1.一种彩膜基板,包括:玻璃基板,其上设有黑色矩阵层、色阻层和平坦层,所述平坦层上的显示区非开口区设有多个主隔垫物和辅隔垫物,其特征在于:所述主隔垫物的侧边底部设有支撑部件,用于加强所述主隔垫物的强度;所述支撑部件位于所述平坦层上的显示区非开口区。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种彩膜基板,其特征在于:所述支撑部件设在所述主隔垫物的侧边底部的周围。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种彩膜基板,其特征在于:所述支撑部件的数量是四个,间隔均匀地设在所述主隔垫物的侧边底部。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种彩膜基板,其特征在于:所述支撑部件的形状为三角形块。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种彩膜基板,其特征在于:所述支撑部件的形状为长方体块,所述长方体块的长边端侧接触到所述辅隔垫物。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种彩膜基板,其特征在于:所述支撑部件的材质为硬度高于所述主隔垫物的负性光刻胶。
7.一种液晶显示面板,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1至6任一项所述的一种彩膜基板。
