Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the invention will be readily understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments thereof which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an initial opening correction method according to the present embodiment, where the initial opening correction method is used for correcting an initial opening of an expansion valve of an indoor unit when a multi-split air conditioning system is started up by heating, and the initial opening correction method may include the following steps:
step S101, obtaining the indoor environment temperature.
In practical application, a temperature sensor is disposed in a room, and the indoor environment temperature is obtained by receiving detection data of the temperature sensor.
Step S102, comparing the indoor environment temperature with a plurality of preset temperatures to obtain a second comparison result.
Step S103, determining the initial opening degree of the expansion valve during indoor mechanical heating startup according to the second comparison result.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a block diagram illustrating a sub-step flow of step S103, where step S103 may include:
in sub-step S1031, if the indoor environment temperature is greater than the first preset temperature, the initial opening takes a first preset opening value.
In this embodiment, the first preset temperature takes a value within the interval [28 ℃,32 ℃) i.e. the first preset temperature is higher than the indoor temperature when the national standard maximum operation heats, if the indoor environment temperature is higher than the first preset temperature, the indoor environment temperature is too high, the condensation temperature is high, the supercooling degree is small, the initial opening of the expansion valve is small, and the first preset opening value is taken. In this embodiment, the first preset opening value takes a value in the step number interval [80,120 ].
In sub-step S1032, if the indoor environment temperature is greater than the second preset temperature and less than or equal to the first preset temperature, the initial opening takes a second preset opening value, wherein the second preset temperature is less than the first preset temperature.
When the indoor environment temperature is at the national standard zero load point and the indoor temperature during the maximum operation heating, the indoor environment temperature on the surface is moderate, the condensation temperature is moderate, the supercooling degree is moderate, and the initial opening of the expansion valve is moderate. In this embodiment, the calculation is performed according to the following general expression:
P2=(Ti2-Tin)/(Ti1-Ti2)*P1+(Ti1-Tin)/(Ti1-Ti2)*P3
wherein P2 represents a second preset opening value; ti1 represents a first preset temperature; ti2 represents a second preset temperature; tin represents the indoor environment temperature; p1 represents a first preset opening value; p3 represents a third preset opening value.
In sub-step S1033, if the indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to the second preset temperature, the initial opening takes a third preset opening value.
The second preset temperature takes a value in a section [13 ℃,15 ℃ and the indoor environment temperature is lower than the second preset temperature, namely lower than the national standard zero load point, which indicates that the indoor environment temperature is low, the condensation temperature is low, the supercooling degree is high, the initial opening of the expansion valve is high, and the third preset opening value is taken. In this embodiment, the third preset opening value takes a value in the step number interval [250,300 ].
With continued reference to fig. 1, the initial opening correction method provided in the present embodiment may further include:
step S104, after the indoor unit heats and starts up with the expansion valve at the initial opening, counting the adjustment duration of the first unidirectional adjustment of the expansion valve, and obtaining the duration of continuous valve adjustment.
The indoor unit heats and starts up with the expansion valve under the initial opening degree, one end of the indoor unit is started up and is started up, and the indoor unit carries out first adjustment on the opening degree of the expansion valve according to the supercooling degree. And counting the adjustment time length of the first unidirectional adjustment to obtain the continuous valve adjustment time length. It is understood that unidirectional adjustment refers to adjustment in a direction in which the opening degree decreases continuously or adjustment in a direction in which the opening degree increases continuously.
Step S105, comparing the continuous valve adjusting time length with a preset reference time length to obtain a first comparison result.
And S106, judging whether the initial opening degree is reasonable or not according to the first comparison result.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a sub-step flow of step S106, where step S106 may include:
in sub-step S1061, if the duration of continuous valve adjustment is greater than the product of the first correction coefficient and the preset reference duration, it is determined that the initial opening is unreasonable.
Wherein the first correction factor takes a value between 1.1 and 1.2. When the continuous valve adjusting time length is longer than the product of the first correction coefficient and the preset reference time length, the fact that the initial valve adjusting time length after the initialization operation is over long can lead to refrigerant noise generation is indicated, and therefore the initial opening of the expansion valve is unreasonable.
In sub-step S1062, if the duration of continuous valve adjustment is less than or equal to the product of the first correction coefficient and the preset reference duration, it is determined that the initial opening is reasonable.
When the continuous valve adjusting time length is smaller than or equal to the product of the first correction coefficient and the preset reference time length, the initial valve adjusting time length after the initialization operation is ended is short, the refrigerant noise is not generated, and therefore the initial opening of the expansion valve is judged to be reasonable.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the initial opening correction method provided in the present embodiment may further include:
in step S107, when it is determined that the initial opening degree is not reasonable, the initial opening degree is corrected according to the adjustment direction of the first unidirectional adjustment of the expansion valve.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a sub-step flow of step S107, where step S107 may include:
and substep S1071, if the expansion valve is continuously closed and regulated within the continuous valve regulating time period, the initial opening is reduced by a first valve closing coefficient, wherein the first valve closing coefficient takes a value between 0.8 and 0.9.
In the duration of continuous valve adjustment, the opening of the expansion valve is always reduced, and the initial opening of the surface is overlarge, so that the initial opening needs to be reduced, and the duration of first valve adjustment in the next heating start-up is shortened.
And substep S1072, if the expansion valve is continuously opened and regulated within the continuous valve regulating time period, the initial opening degree is regulated by a second valve closing coefficient which takes a value between 1.1 and 1.2.
In the continuous valve adjusting time period, the opening of the expansion valve is always increased, and the initial opening of the surface is too small, so that the initial opening is required to be adjusted and enlarged, and the first valve adjusting time period in the next heating start-up is shortened.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the initial opening correction method provided in the present embodiment may further include:
step S108, judging whether the preset reference time length is reasonable or not according to the first comparison result.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating a sub-step flow of step S108, where step S108 may include:
and S1081, if the continuous valve adjusting time period is smaller than the product of the second correction coefficient and the preset reference time period, judging that the preset reference time period is unreasonable, wherein the second correction coefficient takes a value between 0.8 and 0.9.
In fact, the preset reference time length used as a reference after each heating start-up is determined by the continuous valve adjusting time length of the last heating operation, so that each heating start-up is based on the optimized lifting under the previous heating start-up operation.
And S1082, if the continuous valve adjusting time length is greater than or equal to the product of the second correction coefficient and the preset reference time length, judging that the preset reference time length is reasonable.
If the continuous valve adjusting time length is greater than or equal to the preset reference time length, the next preset reference time length is kept to be the preset reference time length of the time, and correction accuracy is prevented from being reduced.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the initial opening correction method provided in the present embodiment may further include:
step S109, when the preset reference time length is not reasonable, correcting the preset reference time length into the continuous valve adjusting time length.
If the duration of the continuous valve adjustment is shorter than the preset reference duration, the preset reference duration of the next time is modified into the duration of the continuous valve adjustment, so that the correction of the initial opening of the expansion valve of the next time can be more accurate.
Referring to fig. 6, the present embodiment further provides an initial opening correction device 100, and fig. 6 is a block diagram of the initial opening correction device 100.
