The disinfection cabinet with the circulating air duct as claimed in claim 5, wherein said shaft sleeve (87) is provided with an elastic cord (85) radially, an outer end of the elastic cord (85) extends out of the through hole (812) of the body (81) and is provided with a ball head (86) at a head portion, said impeller assembly (8) is in a static state, and said ball head (86) is limited at an outer end face of the through hole (812); when the impeller assembly (8) is in a rotating state, the elastic rope (85) is stretched, and the ball heads (86) move outwards and are separated from the through holes (812).
