Alternatively, the baffle 81 may be disposed at one end of the air intake channel 8 connected to the front panel 11, and the opening and closing of the air intake channel 8 may be controlled by manually shifting the baffle 81 by a user or automatically swinging the baffle 81 by a motor.
A deodorizing device 80 is connected to the air inlet duct 8, and a baffle 81 is provided to close the air inlet duct 8 when the deodorizing device 80 is operated, thereby guiding the deodorizing materials into the washing machine without escaping from the front panel 11. The deodorization generation device 80 is provided inside the front panel 11 and communicated with the intake passage 8, specifically, through a hose, so that the installation position of the deodorization generation device 80 can be more flexible. The deodorization generating device 80 may be an ozone generator, such as a small ozone sterilizer, or a small negative ion generator.
