s1: preparing a construction technology; s2: preparing materials; s3: constructing an inner wallboard; s4: constructing an external wall panel; s5: repairing and pointing the plate;
wherein, the concrete step of interior wallboard construction includes:
s31: specific parts of the ALC board wall body are confirmed according to drawing design, and an ALC board deepening design board arrangement drawing is made;
s32: cleaning and clearing; cleaning the joint surfaces, the ground and the joint parts of the beams, the columns, the floor slabs and the ALC plates;
s33: paying off; popping up position lines and control lines of the wall body and the door opening according to a drawing, wherein the position lines are ALC plate wall body position lines, and mounting the plate after the position lines are subjected to empirical folding;
s34: the ALC board is transported vertically and horizontally;
s35: the ALC board is in place; before hoisting, the ALC board is assembled according to the requirement of a board arrangement drawing, and the length of the board is reduced by 20-30 mm according to the clear height size; then horizontally conveying the ALC plates with the corresponding specification and size required by the construction position to the position near the construction position by using a U-shaped trolley or a small trolley;
s36: mounting, correcting and fixing an ALC plate on the inner wall; fixing a winch or an electric hoist on a column by using a steel pipe scaffold when the inner wall is hoisted, ensuring that the winch or the electric hoist is firm and does not shake, anchoring the winch or the electric hoist on an upper beam or a plate of a wall part to be installed by using an M16 metal expansion bolt as a hoisting point before hoisting, and righting and adjusting the upper position of a plate when a person stands on a lift truck;
s37: and (4) self-checking the plate.

An ALC board installation method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step S34, the ALC board is transported vertically and horizontally by: according to the drawing, the ALC board of the lower layer enters the construction area from the safety passage by using a U-shaped trolley or a trolley; the ALC board of the high layer is hung by a tower crane or a truck; during lifting, the ALC plates are firstly lifted to the discharging platform on each layer, and then are respectively transferred to the vicinity of the construction area by the hydraulic trolley to be stacked; the stacking is uniform and cannot be centralized.

c: when the ALC plate is installed, the middle plates of the ALC plate must be tightly squeezed, and no gap is formed;

s453: the ALC external wall panel is installed and hoisted by an electric hoist or a truck crane: firstly binding a nylon lifting belt on the upper middle part of an ALC plate, starting an electric hoist or an automobile crane to slowly and vertically erect the plate to the position near the position needing to be installed, then manually using a special crowbar to lightly jack the plate, finely adjusting the plate to a correct position, measuring the flatness of the wall surface by using a guiding rule and a feeler gauge, checking the perpendicularity of the plate by using a 2m wire supporting plate, checking whether the batten is aligned with a pre-bounced positioning line, and whether the batten and the upper, lower, left and right plates are on the same horizontal plane;
s454: after the position of the ALC plate is adjusted, hook bolts are placed at round holes at the upper end and the lower end of the ALC plate, hook heads of the hook bolts are welded on angle iron, and welding slag is immediately removed from a welding line after welding and rust-proof treatment is carried out.
6. An ALC board mounting method according to claim 5, characterized by the concrete steps of the board material repairing and pointing are:
s51: after the plates are assembled, jointing the plates after the plates are qualified by inspection and acceptance;
s52: the jointing agent on the bonding surface is full and the joint is full; the seam is controlled within 3-4 mm;

s22: detecting and sampling by an ALC plate; the ALC board is a qualified product with cubic compressive strength of A3.5 and dry density of B05 grade; the sampling and testing method of the ALC board test sample block is based on GB/T11969-2008;
s23: the ALC board is transported safely;
s24: after entering the field, unloading by using a forklift or a tower crane, unloading and stacking on a rammed flat ground near a construction site;
s25: the ALC board performs incoming inspection and acceptance on the board after entering the field; and the ALC plate is provided with the used pipe clamp and hook head bolt auxiliary parts, and is used after the acceptance of the ALC plate in the field is passed.

The ALC board installation method according to claim 8, characterized in that in the step S23, during ALC board transportation, at most three layers of ALC boards are installed in the height direction and firmly bound, gaps among every two piled boards should be kept 13-17 CM, if transportation exceeds 60 kilometers, a foam edge covering and a wood cushion block between the gaps need to be installed, and rain-proof cloth needs to be covered to prevent the ALC boards from absorbing moisture in rainy days.
10. An ALC board installation method according to claim 9, characterized in that in the step S24, the two ends are leveled by the paddings or aerated concrete blocks 1/5L away from the board ends during stacking, ALC boards with thickness of 200mm are stacked with one layer of 3 boards and two layers of one, the height of each stack is not more than 1.5m, ALC boards with thickness of 100mm are stacked with one layer of 6 boards, ALC boards with thickness of 200mm are stacked with one layer of 3 boards and two layers of one stack, the height of each stack is not more than 1.5m, and the arrangement is neat and orderly.
