s8, drying, tentering and setting: and (5) drying the cloth cleaned in the step (S7), and finishing and packaging to form a printing finished product.

s1, weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4 parts of N-alkyl pyrrolidone, 5 parts of polyglycolic acid, 4 parts of liquid disperse dye, 5 parts of cosolvent, 1 part of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.5 part of penetrating agent, 0.8 part of thickening agent, 5 parts of water-soluble chitosan, 1.0 part of emulsifier, 0.5 part of pH regulator, 10 parts of deionized water, 1 part of alkaline agent and 8 parts of surfactant;
s2, preparation of a pretreatment solution: taking N-alkyl pyrrolidone, polyglycolic acid, liquid disperse dye, cosolvent, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, penetrating agent, thickening agent, water-soluble chitosan, emulsifier and deionized water, wherein the liquid disperse dye comprises auxiliary agent, the auxiliary agent comprises naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, the penetrating agent is JFC, the emulsifier is NP-40 emulsifier, NP-50 emulsifier or a mixture of the NP-40 emulsifier and the NP-50 emulsifier, the thickening agent is GM-801, and the water-soluble chitosan is N-cis-succinyl chitosan, putting the mixture into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring the mixture to prepare the required pretreatment solution;
s3, spraying treatment: uniformly spraying the pretreatment liquid prepared in the step S2 on the surface of the printed grey cloth, wherein the spraying amount of the pretreatment liquid on the surface of the printed grey cloth is 40g/m < 2 >;
s4, rolling and drying: the printed grey cloth sprayed with the pretreatment liquid in the step S3 is rolled by a roller and then dried by adopting infrared pre-drying equipment;
s5, printing treatment: printing on the surface of the pretreated printed grey cloth by using a circular screen printer or a flat screen printer, uniformly spraying 8wt% of amino modified silicone oil emulsion on the surface of the printed grey cloth, and drying at 120 ℃;
s6, color fixing treatment: carrying out steam color fixation on the polyester fabric through a steam box, wherein the temperature of the steam box is 110 ℃;
s7, cleaning treatment: placing the printed gray fabric subjected to color fixation in the step S5 into a cleaning solution for cleaning, wherein the cleaning solution comprises a pH regulator, an alkaline agent and deionized water;
s8, drying, tentering and setting: and (5) drying the cloth cleaned in the step (S7), and finishing and packaging to form a printing finished product.

s7, cleaning treatment: placing the printed gray fabric subjected to color fixation in the step S5 into a cleaning solution for cleaning, wherein the cleaning solution comprises a pH regulator, an alkaline agent and deionized water;
s8, drying, tentering and setting: and (5) drying the cloth cleaned in the step (S7), and finishing and packaging to form a printing finished product.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the printing process based on the liquid disperse dye, the spraying of the pretreatment liquid improves the printing effect of printed grey cloth, the printing operation of the fabric can be completed through the steps of printing, color fixing, cleaning and the like, the printing color paste is weakly acidic due to the addition of the pH regulator in the cleaning process, the hydrolysis of the disperse dye is inhibited, the stability of the printing color paste is increased, the adhesion uniformity of the pretreatment liquid on the surface of the printed grey cloth is increased, the uniformity of subsequent printing is improved, the drying is carried out by adopting infrared pre-drying equipment, and the drying is efficient and uniform; according to the invention, through cleaning treatment, the dye on the surface of the fabric can be cleaned, the fabric is softer, the cotton cloth is softer, both the water-soluble chitosan and the polyglycolic acid have a thickening effect, the water-soluble chitosan and the polyglycolic acid can slow down the permeation and diffusion of printing color paste after being attached to the fiber surface of the fabric, so that the printed pattern is clear and complete, a molecular mechanism of the water-soluble chitosan contains active amino, the water-soluble chitosan has affinity to dye molecules, the water-soluble chitosan molecules can slow down the aggregation of dye molecules after the color paste is printed, the printing color fastness is improved, and the amino-modified silicone oil emulsion is sprayed and subjected to soft padding treatment, so that the effects of increasing the softness of the printed fabric, and improving the printing color fastness and color uniformity are achieved.

1. A printing process based on liquid disperse dye is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of N-alkyl pyrrolidone, 5-8 parts of polyglycolic acid, 2-4 parts of liquid disperse dye, 3-5 parts of cosolvent, 1-3 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.5-0.8 part of penetrating agent, 0.8-1.6 parts of thickening agent, 5-10 parts of water-soluble chitosan, 0.5-1.0 part of emulsifier, 0.1-0.5 part of pH regulator, 10-15 parts of deionized water, 1-1.5 parts of alkaline agent and 5-8 parts of surfactant;
s2, preparation of a pretreatment solution: putting N-alkyl pyrrolidone, polyglycolic acid, liquid disperse dye, cosolvent, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, penetrating agent, thickening agent, water-soluble chitosan, emulsifier and deionized water into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring to prepare the required pretreatment solution;
s3, spray coating treatment: uniformly spraying the pretreatment liquid prepared in the step S2 on the surface of the printed grey cloth;
s4, rolling and drying: the printed grey cloth sprayed with the pretreatment liquid in the step S3 is rolled by a roller and then dried by adopting infrared pre-drying equipment;
s5, printing treatment: printing the surface of the pretreated printed grey cloth by using a circular screen printer or a flat screen printer;
s6, color fixing treatment: carrying out steam color fixation on the polyester fabric through a steam box, wherein the temperature of the steam box is 110 ℃;
s7, cleaning treatment: placing the printed gray fabric subjected to color fixation in the step S5 into a cleaning solution for cleaning;
s8, drying, tentering and setting: and (5) drying the cloth cleaned in the step (S7), and finishing and packaging to form a printing finished product.

The printing process based on the liquid disperse dye as claimed in claim 1, wherein the liquid disperse dye in the step S2 comprises an auxiliary agent, the auxiliary agent comprises one or more of naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, lignosulfonate and alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, and the spraying amount of the pretreatment liquid in the step S3 on the surface of the printed grey cloth is 30-50g/m2.
3. The liquid disperse dye-based printing process according to claim 1, wherein the penetrant in step S2 is JFC, and the emulsifier in step S2 is NP-40 emulsifier, NP-50 emulsifier, or a mixture thereof.
4. The printing process based on liquid disperse dyes according to claim 1, wherein the thickening agent in the step S2 is GM-801.
5. The liquid disperse dye-based printing process according to claim 4, wherein the cleaning solution in the step S7 comprises a pH regulator, an alkaline agent and deionized water.
6. The printing process based on the liquid disperse dye according to claim 1, wherein the grey cloth printed in the step S5 is uniformly sprayed with 5-10wt% of amino modified silicone oil emulsion on the surface of the printed grey cloth, and is dried at 100-120 ℃.
7. The liquid disperse dye-based printing process according to claim 1, wherein the water-soluble chitosan in step S2 is one selected from N-acylated chitosan and N-succinyl chitosan.
