s2, preparation of a pretreatment solution: taking N-alkyl pyrrolidone, polyglycolic acid, liquid disperse dye, cosolvent, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, penetrating agent, thickening agent, water-soluble chitosan, emulsifier and deionized water, wherein the liquid disperse dye comprises auxiliary agent, the auxiliary agent comprises a mixture of naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate and alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, the penetrating agent is penetrating agent JFC, the emulsifier is NP-40 emulsifier, NP-50 emulsifier or a mixture of the NP-40 emulsifier and the alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, the thickening agent is thickening agent GM-801, the water-soluble chitosan can be N-acylated chitosan, and the water-soluble chitosan is put into a stirrer and uniformly stirred to prepare the required pretreatment liquid;

s1, weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of N-alkyl pyrrolidone, 5-8 parts of polyglycolic acid, 2-4 parts of liquid disperse dye, 3-5 parts of cosolvent, 1-3 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.5-0.8 part of penetrating agent, 0.8-1.6 parts of thickening agent, 5-10 parts of water-soluble chitosan, 0.5-1.0 part of emulsifier, 0.1-0.5 part of pH regulator, 10-15 parts of deionized water, 1-1.5 parts of alkaline agent and 5-8 parts of surfactant;
s2, preparation of a pretreatment solution: putting N-alkyl pyrrolidone, polyglycolic acid, liquid disperse dye, cosolvent, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, penetrating agent, thickening agent, water-soluble chitosan, emulsifier and deionized water into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring to prepare the required pretreatment solution;
s3, spray coating treatment: uniformly spraying the pretreatment liquid prepared in the step S2 on the surface of the printed grey cloth;

s5, printing treatment: printing the surface of the pretreated printed grey cloth by using a circular screen printer or a flat screen printer;

s7, cleaning treatment: placing the printed gray fabric subjected to color fixation in the step S5 into a cleaning solution for cleaning;

3. The liquid disperse dye-based printing process according to claim 1, wherein the penetrant in step S2 is JFC, and the emulsifier in step S2 is NP-40 emulsifier, NP-50 emulsifier, or a mixture thereof.
4. The printing process based on liquid disperse dyes according to claim 1, wherein the thickening agent in the step S2 is GM-801.
5. The liquid disperse dye-based printing process according to claim 4, wherein the cleaning solution in the step S7 comprises a pH regulator, an alkaline agent and deionized water.
6. The printing process based on the liquid disperse dye according to claim 1, wherein the grey cloth printed in the step S5 is uniformly sprayed with 5-10wt% of amino modified silicone oil emulsion on the surface of the printed grey cloth, and is dried at 100-120 ℃.
7. The liquid disperse dye-based printing process according to claim 1, wherein the water-soluble chitosan in step S2 is one selected from N-acylated chitosan and N-succinyl chitosan.
