Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete waterproofing agents, in particular to a composite concrete waterproofing agent for structural self-waterproofing, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The concrete is a non-homogeneous material, belongs to a porous structure from the aspect of microstructure, and is distributed with a plurality of micro pores with different sizes, and the micro pores are mutually connected to form a water seepage channel, so the water seepage is easy to occur, the concrete pores can be divided into construction pores and construction pores, and the construction pores are mainly capillary pores, residual pores and gel pores.

and (3) auxiliary material C: the thixotropic agent, the glycerol and the triethanolamine are mixed according to the weight ratio of 1.
Preferably, the ratio of the main material A to the auxiliary material B to the auxiliary material C in the mixed material D is 10.
Preferably, the dispersing agent is one of sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium citrate and sodium gluconate, and the defoaming agent is polyether modified organic silicon.
Preferably, in the component of the main material A, the oxidant is dilute sulfuric acid, and the catalyst is potassium persulfate.
Preferably, in the auxiliary material B, the modulus of lithium silicate is 3.0-3.4, and the specification of the nano silica sol is 100nm.

step (1), preparing a main material A:
uniformly mixing 20% of polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether monomer MPEG-2000, 10% of polyethylene glycol monomer PEG600, 5% of methacrylic acid monomer, 2% of oxidant, 0.5% of catalyst and 62.5% of deionized water, heating to 60-70 ℃, reacting for 1.5h, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a water-reducing component, namely a main material A;
step (2), preparing an auxiliary material B:
uniformly mixing lithium silicate and nano silica sol according to the proportion of 2;
step (3), preparing an auxiliary material C:
mixing a thixotropic agent, glycerol and triethanolamine according to the proportion of 1;
step (4), preparing a mixed material D:
dropwise adding the auxiliary material B and the auxiliary material C into the main material A respectively according to a certain proportion, heating to 50 ℃, reacting for 1.5h, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a finished product of the waterproof modified water reducing agent, namely a mixed material D;
step (5), preparing a finished product of the composite concrete waterproofing agent:

The composite concrete waterproofing agent with 1-2% of cementing material content is doped in concrete, and can be used for improving the capillary pore structure in the concrete, sealing the capillary pore channel in the concrete and improving the anti-permeability and waterproofing functions of the concrete.
