Continuously for 5 days, selecting and carrying out turbidity test on raw water in Shanshan village, a sample to be analyzed (hereinafter referred to as an experimental sample) which passes through an experimental pretreatment room and an automatic monitoring sample (hereinafter referred to as an automatic sample) which is treated by pretreatment systems of different levels, and setting turbidity parameters for starting pretreatment of each level according to the highest matching degree of the experimental sample and the automatic sample, wherein the pretreatment turbidity of 4 level is 50NTU, and the pretreatment turbidity of 5 level is 150NTU. On the basis, setting verification work for a period of time is carried out according to the requirements of actual work.
As the monitoring items related to the full digestion treatment after the implementation of the transformation item mainly comprise the permanganate index, the total nitrogen and the total phosphorus, only three monitoring items are compared. The specific verification results are shown in table 2, which is a summary of the verification results of the preprocessing system.

And designing related programs by using an integrated controller, and after the sample with certain data exceeding the turbidity is subjected to conventional three-step pretreatment (precipitation, metal process and large-caliber metal filtration), performing fourth pretreatment and fifth pretreatment according to a turbidity test result. Firstly, opening an electronic valve to filter a sample through a plurality of quartz sands from top to bottom (the bottom is a metal mesh tray), and directly opening the electronic valve to automatically analyze an analysis unit instrument without a fifth pretreatment; and if the fifth pretreatment is needed, performing the fifth membrane treatment partial filtration by using the overflow mode sample. Wherein, after the pretreatment is finished, tap water is used for back flushing to implement the pretreatment cleaning.
