Abstract

As shown in fig. 2, firstly, the lifting member 2 is designed according to the total weight of the steel trestle 4, the central rotating member 7 and the hoisting system 8, and the lifting member 2 and the steel trestle pre-assembling section 3 are installed on the top ring beam of the euro cabin structure 1. The moulding bed 5 and the equipment moving platform and guide 6 are then mounted within the euro silo structure 1. And then assembling a central rotating part 7 and a winding system 8 on the outer side of the Euro cabin structure 1, and assembling the steel trestle 4 on the jig frame 5.
As shown in fig. 3, the central rotating member 7 and the hoisting system 8 are hoisted to the upper part of the equipment moving platform and the guide rail 6 along the wall of the euro cabin structure 1 by using a hoisting device 9, and the central rotating member 7 and the hoisting system 8 are combined and installed together.
As shown in fig. 4, the assembled steel trestle 4 is lifted to a height of 12.0m by the lifting member 2, and the central rotating member 7 and the hoisting system 8 are prepared to move.
As shown in fig. 5, the central rotating member 7 and the hoisting system 8 are moved along the edge side of the euro cabin structure 1 to the position right below the steel trestle 4 by using the equipment moving platform and the guide rail 6, and are leveled with the central rotating member 7 and the hoisting system 8 and are aligned with the center of the steel trestle 4; the steel trestle 4 falls back to the height of 9.018m, and the concentric rotating piece 7 and the winch system 8 are in butt joint connection.
As shown in fig. 6, the steel trestle 4, the central rotating member 7 and the hoisting system 8 are lifted to a height of 55.40m by the hoisting member 2, and the steel trestle 4 is connected to the steel trestle pre-installation section 3.
As shown in fig. 7, the jig frame 5 is removed, the spiral frame 10 is divided into three sections and is hung along the wall of the euro silo structure 1 to the equipment moving platform and the guide rail 6 by using the hoisting equipment 9, and then the telescopic blanking pipe 11 is hung into the euro silo structure 1 by using the hoisting equipment 9 and is combined with the spiral frame 10. And then the spiral frame 10 and the telescopic blanking pipe 11 are moved to the other side of the Euro bin structure 1 by using the equipment moving platform and the guide rail 6.
As shown in fig. 8, after the lifting member 2 is unloaded, the lifting member 2 is removed. Hoisting an A-shaped frame 12 into the inner side of the Euro cabin structure 1 by using hoisting equipment 9, and completing connection with a spiral frame 10; and then, hoisting the A-shaped frame side rotary trestle 13 above the A-shaped frame 12 in the Euro cabin structure 1, and connecting and installing the A-shaped frame side rotary trestle with the hoisting system 8.
As shown in fig. 9, the spiral frame side rotary trestle 14 is suspended above the spiral frame 10 in the euro cabin structure 1 by using a hoisting device 9, and is connected and installed with the hoisting system 8.
As shown in fig. 10, the whole euro cabin equipment 1 is installed, lifted and rotated by using the steel wire rope of the equipment, and enters a debugging stage.
