For a further understanding of the invention, its features and advantages, reference is now made to the following examples, which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings in which:
embodiment one:
referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a hierarchical structure of a waterproof transfer paper in an embodiment. The digital printing waterproof transfer paper in the embodiment comprises a base material layer 1, a water soluble layer 2, an adhesion layer 3, a printing layer 4, a pattern layer 5 and a waterproof layer 6 which are sequentially laminated from bottom to top, wherein the pattern layer 5 is printed on the printing layer 4 through a digital printer.
In practical applications, the base paper may be used for the base layer 1. The water-soluble layer 2 is made of hydrolytic glue, so that the water-soluble layer 2 can be separated and melted when meeting water, and the substrate layer 1 and the adhesive layer 3 are separated. The adhesion layer 3 adopts waterproof adhesion to make, through setting up adhesion layer 3, can prevent when printing layer 4 adopts aqueous glue, print layer 4 and dissolve water soluble layer 2, simultaneously, when using, adhesion layer 3 can take print layer 4 and pattern layer 5 to paste together and wait to transfer the article. The printing layer 4 is printing glue, and in the production process, a worker prints the patterns of the pattern layer on the printing layer 4 according to the requirements of clients. The waterproof layer 6 can be made of transparent waterproof resin or waterproof plastic film, and when the transparent waterproof resin is used as the waterproof layer 6, the waterproof resin is coated on the pattern layer 5 in a spraying or brushing mode; when a waterproof plastic film is used as the waterproof layer 6, the waterproof plastic film is covered on the pattern layer 5 and then bonded together by a plastic-coating process.
Preferably, the waterproof transfer paper for digital printing further comprises a peelable layer 7, wherein the peelable layer 7 is arranged on one surface of the waterproof layer 6, which is away from the pattern layer 5, and the peelable layer 7 is a release film.
Through set up waterproof layer 6 on the pattern layer for transfer paper has waterproof performance, prevents that it from appearing printing fading or the blurred phenomenon of some in the use, improves print quality, simultaneously, can also prevent to hold up the printed matter and can separate moisture and pattern layer when moistureproof, thereby avoid the pattern on the pattern layer to wet and lead to desalination decoloration.
Example two
Referring to fig. 1-2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method of manufacturing a water transfer product in an embodiment. The method for manufacturing the water transfer printing product in the embodiment is specifically based on the method for manufacturing the digital printing water transfer printing paper in the first embodiment, and comprises the following steps of:
s1: preparing waterproof transfer paper; the waterproof transfer paper comprises a base material layer 1, a water soluble layer 2, an adhesion layer 3, a printing layer 4, a pattern layer 5 and a waterproof layer 6 which are sequentially laminated from bottom to top.
S2: the waterproof transfer paper is soaked in water.
S3: the waterproof transfer paper moves in water.
S4: the base material layer 1 of the waterproof transfer paper is attached to the surface of the product work piece to be transferred.
S5: the waterproof layer 6 acting on the waterproof transfer paper makes the adhesion layer 3 and the substrate layer 1 relatively misplaced, and part of the substrate layer 1 leaks outside.
S6: and (3) acting on the leaking part of the substrate layer 1, removing the substrate layer 1, and attaching the adhesive layer 3 to the surface of a product workpiece to be transferred to obtain a pre-transferred product.
S7: and drying the pre-transfer printing product to obtain the water transfer printing product.
Preferably, step S1 comprises the following sub-steps:
s11: cutting the waterproof transfer paper according to the pattern on the pattern layer.
S12: cleaning the surface of the product to be transferred.
S13: and presetting a transfer printing area on the surface of the product to be transferred.
In step S1, when only a single pattern is provided on the waterproof transfer film, the pattern is mainly arranged in the center of the pattern layer of the waterproof transfer film, then the periphery is left white, after the waterproof transfer film is cut, the left white around the pattern is cut and removed, so that the area of the waterproof transfer film is reduced, and the waterproof transfer film is convenient for subsequent use. When a plurality of patterns are arranged on the waterproof transfer printing film, the transfer printing patterns to be used are needed to be cut off from the whole waterproof transfer printing film, so that the waterproof transfer printing film is convenient to use subsequently.
Specifically, in step 12, the surface of the product to be transferred may be cleaned with clean water. The cleaning product surface can prevent the dust and other stains on the product from affecting the use of the waterproof transfer printing film, and prevent the dirt from affecting the transfer printing effect.
Preferably, the waterproof transfer paper further comprises a peelable layer 7, the peelable layer 7 covers one surface of the waterproof layer 6 facing away from the pattern layer, and the step S1 further comprises the following substeps:
s10: the peelable layer 7 is torn off.
By providing the peelable layer 7, transfer paper can be prevented from adhering during transportation, and at the same time, the pattern layer can also be prevented from being scratched during transportation. In actual production, when transparent waterproof resin is adopted as the waterproof layer 6, the peelable layer 7 is directly attached to the waterproof layer 6; when the waterproof laminator film is used as the waterproof layer 6, the waterproof laminator film is coated on the peelable layer 7, then the waterproof layer 6 and the peelable layer 7 are covered on the pattern layer together, and then the waterproof laminator film is combined together through laminator treatment, the thickness of the waterproof laminator film is increased through the peelable layer 7, so that the waterproof laminator film can be manufactured to be thinner, and the film feel is not obvious after pattern transfer printing.
Preferably, in step S2, the soaking time of the waterproof transfer paper is 20-100S, and in specific applications, the soaking time can be determined according to the area of the waterproof transfer paper, and the larger the area of the waterproof transfer paper is, the longer the required soaking time is, the smaller the area of the waterproof transfer paper is, and the shorter the required soaking time is. The hydrolytic adhesive of the water soluble layer 2 melts after being soaked and is melted when meeting water, and the substrate layer 1 and the adhesive layer 3 are still connected, but can be separated relatively under the action of external force.
Preferably, step S3 comprises the sub-steps of:
s31: acting on the waterproof transfer paper.
S32: the waterproof transfer paper moves a preset distance in water.
It will be appreciated that, in step S2, the water-soluble layer 2 is soaked in water and then melted, but the substrate layer 1 and the adhesive layer 3 are still in a connected state, so that a relatively large external force is generally required to intervene to separate the two layers, while in soaking the water, the water-soluble transfer paper is then moved in water, for example, the water-soluble transfer paper slides in water for a certain distance, so that the connected state between the substrate layer 1 and the adhesive layer 3 is weakened and the two layers have a relatively misplaced separation tendency, in other words, the substrate layer 1 and the adhesive layer 3 can be separated by interposing a relatively small force so as to facilitate the execution of the subsequent steps.
Specifically, in step S4, the base material layer 1 is located between the adhesive layer 3 and the product to be transferred.
Specifically, in step S5, the adhesive used in the adhesive layer 3 is not tacky when wetted, and the adhesive layer 3, the print layer 4, the pattern layer 5 and the waterproof layer 6 are a complete film, so that the operator can directly push the adhesive layer 3 and above to slide relative to the substrate layer 1 when acting on the waterproof layer 6 of the waterproof transfer paper. After the substrate layer 1 and the adhesive layer 3 and above are relatively displaced, a part of the substrate layer 1 is exposed from the adhesive layer 3 and above.
Preferably, step S6 comprises the sub-steps of:
s61: the substrate layer 1 is removed by acting on the leaking portion of the substrate layer 1, and the adhesive layer 3 is attached to the surface of the product workpiece to be transferred.
S62: acting on the waterproof layer 6 to change the surface position of the adhesive layer 3 on the workpiece of the product to be transferred to a preset area, so as to obtain a pre-transferred product.
Specifically, in step S61, the base material layer 1 is drawn out of the base material layer 1 from between the adhesive layer 3 and the product work to be transferred to remove the base material layer 1. In step S62, it is understood that the adhesive layer is in a non-adhesive state before being dried, and if the position of the adhesive layer 3 is not aligned, the position of the adhesive layer 3 may be changed by acting on the waterproof layer 6 so that the adhesive layer 3 moves to a predetermined area.
Preferably, step S7 comprises the sub-steps of:
s71: scraping off the water drops on the pre-transferred product.
S72: and airing or drying the pre-transferred product.
Preferably, step S71 comprises the sub-steps of:
s711: and scraping off water drops on the surface of the pre-transferred product and water drops and bubbles under the attached pattern.
S712: wiping the surface of the pre-transferred product.
Specifically, in step S711, a drainage tool or a piece of absorbent paper may be used to scrape off the water drops on the surface of the pre-transferred product and the water drops and bubbles under the attached pattern, so as to prevent the water drops and bubbles under the pattern from being discharged, so that the transferred pattern is rugged and affects the transfer quality
Specifically, in step S712, the surface of the pre-transfer product may be wiped with a water absorbent cloth or paper.
Preferably, in step S72, the pre-transfer product is dried or baked to obtain a water transfer product.
According to the embodiment, the substrate layer 1 of the soaked waterproof transfer paper is attached to the surface of a product workpiece to be transferred, and then the substrate layer 1 is removed, so that the adhesive layer 3 is attached to the surface of the product workpiece to be transferred, the thickness and hardness of the waterproof transfer paper during attachment are increased, wrinkles or damage to the transfer paper during attachment are prevented, the operation difficulty is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
Example III

s1: preparing waterproof transfer paper; the waterproof transfer paper comprises a base material layer 1, a water soluble layer 2, an adhesion layer 3, a printing layer 4, a pattern layer 5 and a waterproof layer 6 which are sequentially laminated from bottom to top.
Preferably, step S3 comprises the sub-steps of:
s31: acting on the waterproof transfer paper.
S32: the waterproof transfer paper moves a preset distance in water.
