Compared with the prior art, the lightweight composite board 100 and the manufacturing method thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that the first layer of board 110 and the second layer of board 120 are firstly stacked, the thermoplastic film is arranged between the first layer of board 110 and the second layer of board 120, the first layer of board 110 and the second layer of board 120 are cut after a certain period of time, the cut composite board is subjected to hot pressing and cooling operation, so that the lightweight composite board is prevented from being heated and shrunk unevenly when being cooled at low temperature, the pressing thickness of the lightweight composite board 100 is 0-5 mm, and finally, the operation is completed, and the lightweight composite board 100 is taken out. By using the lightweight composite board 100 and the manufacturing method thereof of the invention, not only the problems that lightweight materials need to have certain fluidity and the bonding property between boards is poor are solved, the resin bonding force between the first layer board 110 and the second layer board 120 is enhanced through the thermoplastic adhesive film, but also the lightweight layer is prevented from being collapsed by hot pressing through the rapid heating and cooling process of the die, the manufacturing period is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any simple modifications and equivalent changes and modifications of the above embodiments based on the technical solution of the present invention are made by those skilled in the art and fall into the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A lightweight composite board characterized by comprising:
the two first-layer plates are pre-impregnated thermoplastic plates and are formed by combining thermoplastic materials and fiber materials;
a second layer of plate material disposed between the two first layer of plate material, the second layer of plate material being bonded to the two first layer of plate material, and the second layer of plate material being a lightweight layer of plate material;
the bonding layer is arranged between the second layer of plate and the joint of the two first layers of plates, and has the characteristics of connecting and pasting thermoplastic composite materials and lightweight materials.
2. The lightweight composite board according to claim 1, wherein the thermoplastic material of the first layer board is one or more of polycarbonate, acrylonitrile, butadiene, styrene, polypropylene, and the fiber material of the first layer board is one or more of glass fiber, carbon fiber, and plastic fiber.
3. The lightweight composite board according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the lightweight composite board is between 0 and 5 mm.
4. The lightweight composite board according to claim 1, wherein the lightweight material is one or more of a honeycomb material, a lightweight wood material, a thermoplastic foam material, and a fiber material.
5. The lightweight composite board according to claim 1, wherein the first layer of board is processed at a temperature lower than the second layer of board.
6. The lightweight composite board as set forth in claim 1, wherein a thermoplastic film is provided on the bonding layer.
7. A manufacturing method of a lightweight composite board is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Stacking a first layer of sheet material and a second layer of sheet material;
(2) Arranging a thermoplastic film between the first layer of plate and the second layer of plate;
(3) Cutting the first layer of plate and the second layer of plate after a certain time;
(4) Placing the cut plate in a hot-pressing die;
(5) The hot-pressing die is used for hot-pressing the first layer of plate and the second layer of plate at a certain low pressure;
(6) Rapidly heating up the lightweight composite board in a short time;
(7) The thickness of the lightweight composite board is controlled to be 0-5 mm through hot pressing;
(8) After hot pressing operation, rapidly cooling and cooling the lightweight composite board;
(9) And taking out the lightweight composite board.
8. The method of manufacturing a lightweight composite board according to claim 7, wherein the hot press mold in steps (6) and (8) performs rapid heating and rapid cooling and cooling in a short time, in order to prevent uneven heating and cooling of the lightweight composite board in the intermediate layer.
9. The method for manufacturing a lightweight composite board according to claim 7, wherein the thermoplastic adhesive film is provided between the joint of the second board and the first boards, and the thermoplastic adhesive film serves as an adhesive layer for bonding the thermoplastic composite material and the lightweight material.
10. The method of manufacturing a lightweight composite board according to claim 7, wherein the first layer board is processed at a temperature lower than the second layer board.
