The oil film is arranged between the molded pen core 20 and the side wall of the upper pen shell 21 for isolation, the pen core is smoothly moved in and out when in use, and under the action of the rough surface of the rough sheet 22, the pen core 20 and the rough sheet 22 have high adhesion degree, so that the pen core 20 is ensured not to fall out of the upper pen shell 21 and can be reliably retracted into the upper pen shell 21.
