the operation method of the oiling device specifically comprises the following steps:
the telescopic cylinder (22) drives the pressing plates to clamp the two sides of the headrest, the lifting cylinder (21) drives the clamped headrest to move, the headrest rod passes through the oiling perforation (11) and is inserted into the oiling component (3), in an initial state, the protruding part of the sliding tube (41) is positioned at the high position of the chute, the through hole (42) is staggered with the opening (43), the sliding component (4) closes the opening, lubricating oil conveyed by the oil conveying pipeline (34) enters between the recovery cylinder (33) and the oiling cylinder (32) through the branch pipe (35), the lubricating oil is continuously conveyed, the lubricating oil enters the oiling cylinder (32) from the top of the oiling cylinder (32) and is absorbed by the oil absorption sponge (36), the oil absorption sponge (36) absorbs oil and expands, after the headrest rod is inserted into the oiling cylinder (32), the headrest rod can be tightly wrapped on the surface of the headrest rod, the driving mechanism (5) drives the oiling cylinder (32) to rotate, and centrifugal force drives the lubricating oil between the recovery cylinder (33) and the oiling cylinder (32) to lift the lubricating oil on the surface of the headrest rod, so that the lubricating oil is uniformly oiled;
the headrest rod is continuously pressed down to drive the sliding tube (41) to move downwards, the through hole (42) also moves downwards until the through hole (42) is communicated with the opening (43), the sliding assembly (4) opens the opening, redundant lubricating oil enters the oil conveying pipeline (34) from the opening, the redundant lubricating oil returns to the space between the recovery cylinder (33) and the oiling cylinder (32) through the branch pipe (35), the lubricating oil between the recovery cylinder (33) and the oiling cylinder (32) is increased, the liquid level is increased, the lubricating oil flows into the oiling cylinder (32) again, and the oil absorbing sponge (36) absorbs the lubricating oil again from top to bottom until oiling is completed;
when the oil amount in the oiling component (3) is insufficient, the oil injection pump and the oil outlet pipeline (13) convey the lubricating oil stored in the oil injection tank (12) into the oil conveying pipeline (34), and further convey the lubricating oil into the oiling component (3).
