Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the invention provides a preparation method and a device of an antiviral and anti-influenza compound essential oil, comprising the following steps:
s100, respectively introducing nardostachys chinensis bunge essential oil, ligusticum wallichii essential oil, dalbergia wood essential oil, frankincense essential oil and rhizoma atractylodis essential oil into a plurality of pace speed chambers;
wherein only one kind of essential oil is introduced into each step speed chamber;
s200, driving a stepping push rod, introducing the essential oil in the stepping cavity into a feeding cavity at different feeding rates, and carrying out primary flow mixing to obtain primary mixed liquid;
wherein the ratio of the feeding rates of the essential oils is the same as the ratio of the volume parts thereof;
s300, introducing the primary mixed solution into a rotating chamber, and stirring and mixing to obtain a secondary mixed solution;
s400, the secondary mixed liquid gradually flows to a discharge hole under the action of gravity, so that the antiviral and anti-influenza compound aromatherapy essential oil is prepared.
Specifically, in S100, the nardostachys chinensis bunge essential oil needs to be introduced into a pace cavity, and by analogy, the ligusticum wallichii essential oil, the dalbergia wood essential oil, the frankincense essential oil and the rhizoma atractylodis essential oil are respectively introduced into a single pace cavity, a pace push rod is arranged in each pace cavity, the structures of the pace cavity and the pace push rod are similar to those of a needle cylinder, and the pace cavity is communicated with a feeding cavity.
In S200, the discharge speed of the essential oil is positively correlated with the pushing speed of the pace speed push rod and is communicated with the feeding cavity, when the pace speed push rod is driven at different speeds, the flow rate of each essential oil is different, and the volume portion of the essential oil flowing into the feeding cavity in the same time is different, wherein the volume portion is the ratio of the formula content of the compound aromatherapy essential oil. In the process, the formed mixed essential oil is primary mixed liquid, and the primary mixed liquid is mixed essential oil which is layered up and down in a state of slower flow rate due to different densities of each essential oil.
In S300, elementary mixed liquid flows into to rotating the cavity under gravity in, it is a rotation and inclined cavity to rotate the cavity, elementary mixed liquid is wherein driven to rotate and under the effect of gravity, constantly pivoted mixed liquid flows downwards, at this in-process, the different essential oil of upper and lower floor constantly collides at upset and mobile in-process, make the mixture of liquid more even, in order to make secondary mixed liquid, this secondary mixed liquid can the cladding when rotating on the inner wall that rotates the cavity, and be provided with a plurality of baffles on rotating the indoor inner wall of cavity, liquid can not direct inflow to the discharge gate under the effect of baffle, and because secondary mixed liquid is under baffle and rotatory effect, the inside chaotic degree of liquid is higher. .
In S400, the discharge port is directly connected with the filling bottle, and the uniformly mixed secondary mixed liquid directly flows into the filling bottle from the discharge port.
In the embodiment, multiple essential oils are directly and preliminarily mixed at different flow rates by a constant-speed flowing device, and the mixed liquid is further mixed and guided, so that the disorder degree of the mixed liquid in the compound essential oil is increased, the problem that the formula of the essential oil is disordered due to solution layering during discharging is prevented, and the qualification rate of finished products is improved; the preparation method is uninterrupted in production and closed in the whole process, so that the production efficiency is effectively improved, and the evaporation and consumption of the essential oil are reduced.
Preferably, in S300, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s301, when the rotating chamber rotates to a feeding angle, the primary mixed liquor flows into the rotating chamber from the first through groove;
s302, continuously rotating the rotating chamber, and stirring and mixing the primary mixed solution on the inner wall of the rotating chamber to prepare a secondary mixed solution;
s303, when the rotating chamber rotates to a discharging angle, the secondary mixed liquid flows into the discharging opening from the second through groove;
wherein, the difference between the discharging angle and the feeding angle is 180 degrees.
Specifically, in order to further improve the chaotic degree of secondary mixed liquid for the content of each essential oil is close to the ratio content, in S301, rotate and be provided with the baffle between cavity and the feeding cavity, this baffle setting is in the top of rotating the cavity, is provided with first logical groove on this baffle, rotates the cavity and rotates when feeding angle, and first logical groove sets up in the below of baffle, and a small amount of primary mixed liquid passes first logical groove and gets into to rotating in the cavity this moment.
When the rotating chamber moves the discharging angle, primary mixed liquid enters the rotating chamber.
In S302, after the primary mixed liquid enters the rotating chamber from the top of the rotating chamber, the rotating chamber continuously rotates, the primary mixed liquid gradually moves to the bottom of the rotating chamber under the action of gravity, and the rotating chamber applies a rotating force to the primary mixed liquid to improve the mixing effect and change the primary mixed liquid into a secondary mixed liquid.
In S303, a baffle is also arranged between the rotating cavity and the discharge hole, a second through groove is formed in the baffle, the setting direction of the second through groove is opposite to the setting direction of the first through groove, the second through groove rotates at a high speed along with the rotation of the rotating cavity, when the rotating cavity rotates to a discharge angle, the second through groove is arranged below, the first through groove is arranged above, the baffle above blocks primary mixed liquid in the feeding cavity, the second through groove is communicated with the discharge hole, and secondary mixed liquid is discharged from the second through groove.
Two baffles are favorable to increasing the time of essential oil at rotation cavity internal rotation, improve its chaotic effect, and can prevent that small part of essential oil from directly flowing out from the discharge gate when not rotating, and the baffle is favorable to providing a short-lived filling cycle for the filling, conveniently replaces new filling bottle.
In this embodiment, the turning and mixing includes the following steps:
