When the sliding plate 51 slides downwards, the sliding plate 51 contacts with the limiting rod 102 and extrudes the limiting rod 102 to slide, so that the fourth spring 103 is stretched, and when the sliding plate 51 moves downwards to the position below the limiting rod 102 continuously, the fourth spring 103 resets to drive the limiting rod 102 to be clamped above the sliding plate 51, so that people do not need to press the sliding plate 51 all the time during continuous stirring, and when the sliding plate 51 needs to reset upwards, the limiting rod 102 is pulled manually, and the sliding plate 51 is not clamped any more.
