The adjusting support assembly 200 includes a first connecting seat 220 and a second connecting seat 210 that can slide relatively, the second connecting seat 210 can drive the seat cushion 300 to slide up and down, and the second connecting seat 210 can trigger the counter and count the counter when sliding down. The armrest member 400 is installed in front of the seat cushion 300 to facilitate the hand force of the user and maintain balance, and the knee protection assembly 500 is installed on the armrest member 400 to protect the knees of the user.
The embodiment discloses a highly adjustable rehabilitation chair can form the protection to the user when the user does squat down, standardizes the training action, improves the effect of rehabilitation training to shorten recovery time. In addition, can also count the squatting of user to medical personnel knows user's recovery condition.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the adjusting and supporting assembly 200 and the armrest are disposed on the base plate 100, and the counter is disposed at the connection between the adjusting assembly and the base plate 100, so that the user can count after making a complete squat each time.
Referring to fig. 4 and 7 to 9, the adjustment support assembly 200 includes a first connection base 220, a second connection base 210, and a first elastic member 230. The first connecting seat 220 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 100, the second connecting seat 210 is slidably connected with the first connecting seat 220, and the second connecting seat 210 can slide along the height direction of the first connecting seat 220 relative to the first connecting seat 220. The two ends of the first elastic member 230 are respectively connected with the first connecting seat 220 and the second connecting seat 210, the first elastic member 230 enables the second connecting seat 210 to have a trend of being far away from the first connecting seat 220, the first elastic member 230 can ensure that the second connecting seat 210 can be reset upwards along with rising of a user after the user squats down the second connecting seat 210 each time, and the counter can work and count through up-and-down movement of the second connecting seat 210. The first connecting seat 220 is provided with a relief groove 221, the second connecting seat 210 is provided with a protrusion 219 at a position corresponding to the relief groove 221, and the protrusion 219 is in sliding fit with the relief groove 221. One end of the first elastic member 230 abuts against the bottom of the relief groove 221, and the other end of the first elastic member 230 abuts against the protrusion 219, so that the protrusion 219 and the second connection seat 210 have a tendency to move upward relative to the first connection seat 220.
The height of squatting varies from person to person due to the different body types of the users. Based on this, the height-adjustable rehabilitation chair disclosed in the present embodiment is provided with a positioning rod 240 on the second connection base 210. The positioning rod 240 is slidably connected to the second connecting seat 210, and the positioning rod 240 is located at an end of the second connecting seat 210 away from the seat cushion 300. The counter includes a body and a triggering part, the body is installed at the connection of the first connection seat 220 and the bottom plate 100, the triggering part is installed at the bottom of the positioning rod 240, and when the positioning rod 240 contacts with the bottom plate 100, the triggering part just moves to the position where the body is located, and the body counts once at this time. By sliding the positioning rod 240 up a small amount, the distance between the trigger member and the bottom of the positioning rod 240 and the second connection socket 210 can be changed.
When the distance between the triggering part and the second connecting seat 210 is increased, the distance between the triggering part and the bottom plate 100 is reduced, at this time, the second connecting seat 210 only needs to descend by a small height to trigger the counter, and the counter is suitable for users with higher heights. When the distance between the triggering part and the second connecting seat 210 is reduced, the distance between the triggering part and the bottom plate 100 is increased, and at this time, the second connecting seat 210 needs to be lowered by a larger height to trigger the counter, so that the counter is suitable for users with shorter heights, because the legs of the users are shorter, when the users complete squatting actions, the distance between the buttocks and the ground is smaller, and after the whole length of the second connecting seat 210 is changed through the sliding positioning rod 240, the counter can be counted when the user squats to ensure the accuracy of data.
The counter principle is mainly to control the gating circuit by a shaped signal with the input frequency fB of the B-channel, i.e. to open the gate with one pulse and to close the gate with a subsequent pulse. The time interval (TB) of the two pulses is the door opening time. The pulse group with the frequency fA shaped by the A channel input passes through the gate in the opening time to count the counter, and the counted number N=fA.TB. The counter is mainly used for counting the number of pulses in a digital system and consists of a basic counting unit and a plurality of control gates, wherein the counting unit consists of a series of various triggers with information storage function, and the triggers comprise an RS trigger, a T trigger, a D trigger, a JK trigger and the like. The addition and subtraction control end calculates the counter to count up when the addition and subtraction control end is at a low level; when it is high level, the counter counts down, and when it is up counter, it can be used as frequency divider by QD output, it can be used as frequency divider by QC output, it can be used as frequency divider by QB output, and it can be used as frequency divider by QA output.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the present embodiment is designed to quickly adjust and position the positioning rod 240, so that users of various heights can make a more standard squat.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, 6 and 12, a chute 2112 and a groove 211 are provided on the second connection seat 210. When the distance between the triggering part and the second connecting seat 210 is increased, the distance between the triggering part and the bottom plate 100 is reduced, and at this time, the second connecting seat 210 only needs to be lowered by a smaller height to trigger the counter, so that the counter is suitable for users with higher heights, because the legs of the users are longer, and the distance between the buttocks and the ground is larger when the users finish squatting actions. The groove 211 is recessed along a sidewall of the chute 2112, and the second connecting seat 210 is further provided with a rotation piece 212 and a second elastic member 213. The rotating plate 212 is rotatably connected with the second connecting seat 210, the rotating axis of the rotating plate 212 is perpendicular to the axis of the second connecting seat 210, and the rotating shaft of the rotating plate 212 is located in the groove 211. The two ends of the second elastic member 213 are respectively connected to the rotating plate 212 and the bottom of the groove 211, and the second elastic member 213 makes the rotating plate 212 have a tendency to rotate towards the outside of the groove 211. In the present embodiment, the bottom of the rotating plate 212 is rotatably connected to the second connecting seat 210, that is, the second elastic member 213 will make the top of the rotating plate 212 have a tendency to rotate towards the outside of the groove 211.
Referring to fig. 6 and 14, the positioning rod 240 is slidably engaged with the chute 2112. A plurality of stoppers 241 for cooperating with the rotation piece 212 are provided at a side of the positioning rod 240 facing the recess 211. The plurality of limiting blocks 241 are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the positioning rod 240, and the limiting blocks 241 are matched with the rotating piece 212 in a clamping manner. When the rotating plate 212 is clamped with the limiting block 241, the positioning rod 240 cannot slide relative to the second connecting seat 210 in a direction away from the seat cushion 300. Specifically, the limiting block 241 includes an inclined surface and a clamping surface, the bottom of the limiting block 241 is configured as the clamping surface, the clamping surface is perpendicular to the axis of the second connecting seat 210, or the clamping surface is inclined inwards along the upward direction of the axis of the second connecting seat 210. The inclined surface is disposed at the top of the limiting block 241, and the inclined surface is inclined inwards along the upward direction of the axis of the second connecting seat 210.
When the positioning rod 240 moves upward relative to the second connecting seat 210, the limiting block 241 pushes the rotating plate 212 to return to the groove 211 against the elastic force of the second elastic member 213, so that the positioning rod 240 can slide upward smoothly. The rotating piece 212 is separated from the groove 211 under the pushing of the second elastic piece 213, attached to the inclined surface and is abutted with the clamping surface of the upper limiting block 241, so that the positioning rod 240 can be prevented from sliding downwards. The concrete steps are as follows: when the user uses the chair for the first time, the user can directly make a relatively standard squat on the height-adjustable rehabilitation chair, the second connecting seat 210 can drive the positioning rod 240 to move downwards together when descending, and after the positioning rod 240 is abutted with the bottom plate 100, a part of the positioning rod 240 can slide into the second connecting seat 210 along with the user's continuous squat downwards. After that, when the user gets up, the distance between the triggering part and the second connecting seat 210 is not changed, so that the user can be ensured to squat to the degree each time and the counter can be triggered, and each squat of the user is ensured to be more standard.
The present embodiment further provides a structure for ensuring the reset of the positioning rod 240, that is, after the use of one user is completed, the positioning rod 240 is returned to the state of extending out of the longest length of the second connecting seat 210 by the structure, so that the next user can readjust and position the positioning rod 240.
Referring to fig. 6 and 9 to 11, a lever 214 and a first control cord 215 are further provided on the second socket. The control rod 214 is rotatably connected with the second connecting seat 210, one end of the first control rope 215 is wound on the control rod 214, and the other end of the first control rope 215 is connected with one side of the rotating piece 212 facing the bottom of the groove 211. When the control lever 214 rotates along the first direction, more first control ropes 215 are wound around the control lever 214, and at this time, the second control ropes 218 pull the rotating plate 212 back into the groove 211, and at this time, the positioning rod 240 can smoothly move towards the lower side of the second connecting seat 210 until moving to the maximum distance. When the control of the lever 214 is released, the rotation piece 212 is rotated again outside the groove 211 by the elastic force of the second elastic member 213, and the rotation piece 212 pulls the lever 214 to rotate in a second direction opposite to the first direction by the first control cord 215.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 6, a clockwise direction in the figure is a first direction, and a counterclockwise direction in the figure is a second direction.
Referring to fig. 15, a clamping groove 242 is further provided on the positioning rod 240, the clamping groove 242 is located above the limiting block 241, and the clamping groove 242 may be just located on the same straight line with the limiting block 241, or may be staggered with the limiting block 241 along the width direction of the positioning rod 240.
Referring to fig. 6, a second control string 218, a third elastic member 217, and a latch 216 for cooperating with the latch groove 242 are provided on the second connection base 210. The clamping block 216 is slidably connected with the second connecting seat 210, and the sliding direction of the clamping block 216 passes through the axis of the positioning rod 240. The two ends of the third elastic member 217 are respectively connected to the second connecting seat 210 and the latch 216, and the third elastic member 217 makes the latch 216 have a tendency to move toward the positioning rod 240. One end of the second control rope 218 is wound around the control rod 214, and the other end of the second control rope 218 is connected with one end of the clamping block 216 away from the control rod 214. When the lever 214 rotates in the first direction, the rotating piece 212 returns to the groove 211, and the second control cord 218 is in a loose state, so that the clamping block 216 can be clamped into the clamping groove 242. When the lever 214 rotates in the second direction, the first control cord 215 becomes a slack state, and the second control cord 218 pulls the latch 216 to move away from the positioning lever 240.
In addition, referring to fig. 9 to 11 and 13, two control grooves 2110 are further provided on the second connection seat 210, and the two control grooves 2110 are provided along the circumferential direction of the control lever 214. The control lever 214 is provided with a sliding block 260, the sliding block 260 is in sliding fit with the control lever 214, and the sliding block 260 is in clamping fit with the control groove 2110. When the sliding block 260 is snapped into one of the control slots 2110, the lever 214 cannot continue to rotate, and one of the rotating tab 212 and the latch 216 returns into the second connector receptacle 210. Referring to fig. 6 and 11, when the sliding block 260 is snapped into the upper control slot 2110, the first control cord 215 is in a relaxed state and the second control cord 218 pulls the latch 216 back into the second connector base 210. When the slider 260 is rotated in the first direction into the lower control slot 2110, the first control cord 215 pulls the rotating tab 212 back into the recess 211 and the second control cord 218 assumes a relaxed state.
By the arrangement of the above structure, at least one of the rotating plate 212 and the clamping block 216 can be clamped with the control lever 214, so as to control the control lever 214. When the rotating piece 212 is matched with the limiting block 241 on the control rod 214, the control rod 214 can only slide upwards along the height direction of the second connecting seat 210 but cannot slide downwards; when the clamping block 216 is clamped into the clamping groove 242, the control rod 214 cannot slide upwards along the height direction of the second connecting seat 210. The reason for setting the clamping block 216 and the clamping groove 242 is that, sometimes, in order to reset the positioning rod 240, after the rotating piece 212 is received in the groove 211, the restriction on the rotating piece 212 may be forgotten to be released, so that a user cannot position and fix the positioning rod 240 when using the device, and further, the user has different postures when squatting each time, which affects the observation effect. After the clamping block 216 and the clamping groove 242 are arranged, the positioning rod 240 can slide relative to the second connecting seat 210 after the restriction on the rotating piece 212 is released, so that the medical staff can obtain more accurate measurement data of the user.
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, a locking screw 250 is further provided on the second coupling seat 210, and a screw hole 2111 is further provided on the second coupling seat 210. The locking screw 250 is screw-coupled with the second coupling seat 210, the axis of the locking screw 250 intersects with the axis of the positioning rod 240, and the locking screw 250 is rotated to increase or decrease the friction between the locking screw 250 and the positioning rod 240. The cooperation of the rotating plate 212 and the limiting block 241 can only limit the sliding of the positioning rod 240 in one direction, and the threaded rod can lock the positioning rod 240 after the user performs a squatting action, so that the phenomenon that the user squats more forcefully due to the fact that the subsequent positioning rod 240 continues to move is avoided.
Referring to fig. 1, the armrest member 400 is disposed on the floor 100, and the armrest member 400 is positioned in front of the seat cushion 300. The user can hold the armrest member 400 with his hand while performing use to maintain equilibrium while squatting and standing. The knee protection assembly 500 includes a first pad 510 between two armrest parts 400 and a second pad 520 at both sides, respectively, and the knee protection assembly 500 is mainly used for protecting the knees of a user, and can standardize the distance between the knees, and ensure that the user has a more standard squatting posture, thereby avoiding injury to the knees.
The height-adjustable rehabilitation chair disclosed in this embodiment is used as follows:
first, the sliding block 260 is initially located in the control groove 2110 above the second connecting seat 210, where the first control rope 215 is in a loose state, and the rotating piece 212 can be engaged with the limiting block 241. The user can stand between the armrest member 400 and the seat cushion 300 and then make a relatively standard squat. During the downward movement of the second connecting seat 210 relative to the first connecting seat 220, the positioning rod 240 moves upward relative to the second connecting seat 210 until the user stops squatting. In order to reduce the consumption of the user, the user can stand up again at this time, and in this process, although the second connecting seat 210 moves upward relative to the first connecting seat 220 under the action of the first elastic member 230, the positioning rod 240 is limited by the cooperation of the rotating piece 212 and the limiting block 241, so that the positioning rod 240 can maintain the relative position with the second connecting seat 210.
The locking screw 250 is used to lock the position between the positioning rod 240 and the second connecting seat 210, and when the user needs to make the same squatting degree as the first squatting degree during each use, the bottom of the positioning rod 240 can drive the trigger component to slide onto the bottom plate 100 to be matched with the counter body, so as to complete the counting step, thereby ensuring the standard squatting posture of the user.
After the user finishes using the device, the locking screw 250 is first loosened, the sliding block 260 is withdrawn from the control slot 2110, and the sliding block 260 and the control rod 214 are rotated in the first direction, so that the rotating piece 212 can be returned into the groove 211, and the positioning rod 240 can be reset and moved to a position extending out of the second connecting seat 210 by a maximum distance. Finally, the sliding block 260 and the control rod 214 are rotated along the second direction, and the sliding block 260 is clamped into the control groove 2110 above the second connecting seat 210 again, and then the next user can use the device.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and variations may be made to the present application by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principles of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
