Description

Hip joint prosthesis revision femoral stem with interlocking nail
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a femoral stem for revision of a hip joint prosthesis with interlocking nails.
Background
The hip joint (hip joint) is formed by the relative position of the femoral head and the acetabulum, belongs to a multiaxial joint, and can perform flexion, extension, contraction, rotation and rotation motions. The acetabulum is only covered with articular cartilage on the lunar surface, and the acetabulum fossa is filled with fat, also called as Haversian gland, which can be squeezed out or sucked in along with the increase and decrease of the intra-articular pressure so as to maintain the balance of the intra-articular pressure.
Hip replacements are mainly for several reasons: 1. the joint is seriously worn; 2. damage to joint disease; 3. articular cartilage is not regenerated. Therefore, when the hip joint is severely damaged, it needs to be replaced to repair the worn joint, thereby eliminating pain, correcting joint deformity and reconstructing joint stability, restoring and improving joint function. The hip joint replacement surgery is mainly suitable for senile femoral neck fracture, congenital acetabular dysplasia, rheumatoid arthritis, femoral head necrosis, traumatic coxitis and other diseases, and can be used for hip joint replacement surgery when the patients cause dysfunction.
With the popularization of hip replacement technology, revision due to various reasons is more and more common. Currently, there are various femoral stems available for the revision of the femoral side, but in the case of revision, the proximal cancellous bone of the femur is largely damaged, and the residual chipped bone and bone cement affect the effect of the bone cement femoral stem.
Therefore, the femoral stem of the current revision case tends to use a biological stem, and the traditional revision stem is an integrated biological type distal fixation stem. The revision handle may provide a certain initial stability, but the rotation or sinking of the prosthesis still occurs in the actual clinical operation, so that the initial stability cannot be provided.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem that initial stability cannot be provided due to rotation or sinking of a prosthesis in clinical operation, the invention aims to provide a hip joint prosthesis revision femoral stem with interlocking nails.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a femoral stem for revision of hip joint prosthesis with interlocking nails comprises a femoral stem with a metal coating, femoral interlocking nails, aiming arms and fixing rods; the fixed rod is provided with screw teeth, the aiming arm is provided with a screw hole matched with the screw teeth, the femoral prosthesis handle is provided with a positioning hole matched with the screw teeth, and the fixed rod sequentially penetrates through the screw hole and the positioning hole so as to enable the aiming arm to be fixedly connected to the femoral prosthesis handle;
the femoral prosthesis handle is provided with a locking hole matched with the femoral interlocking nail, the aiming arm is provided with a threaded hole matched with the femoral interlocking nail, one end of the femoral interlocking nail is inserted into the threaded hole, and the other end of the femoral interlocking nail is inserted into the locking hole.
Femoral neck osteotomies were performed following the hip replacement procedure, followed by femoral cavity preparation. The femoral prosthesis handle is inserted into a femoral medullary cavity until the femoral prosthesis handle is properly placed, the aiming arm is connected with the femoral prosthesis handle through the fixing rod, and the femoral interlocking nail is screwed into the locking hole through the aiming arm to complete locking between the femur and the prosthesis handle and avoid rotation and sinking of the femoral handle. By means of the femoral prosthesis stem, a certain initial stability may be provided, thereby helping the physician to better manipulate to fix the femur by means of the femoral interlocking nail.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, can avoid the prosthesis rotation or sink in clinical operation to provide better initial stability, so that with thighbone interlocking nail propelling movement to the thighbone smoothly, thereby realize the effective locking between the thighbone. Therefore, the operation efficiency can be ensured, and the replacement quality of the hip joint can be improved, so that the patient can move normally in the later period.

Tantalum (Tantalum) is a metal element with an atomic number of 73 and a chemical symbol Ta, and the elementary substance corresponding to the element is steel gray metal, has extremely high corrosion resistance, and does not react with hydrochloric acid, concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia under cold and hot conditions. The femoral prosthesis handle made of the material also has the characteristic of corrosion resistance, and can avoid adverse effects on the body.
In a possible design, the aiming arm comprises a fixing section provided with the threaded hole and a connecting section made of wear-resistant metal material, one end of the connecting section is fixedly connected with the fixing section, and the other end of the connecting section is provided with the threaded hole. This is beneficial for ensuring the bending strength of the connecting section. For a specific material type, stainless steel or any other suitable alloy material may be selected.
In one possible embodiment, the connecting section has a diameter D and the fastening rod has a diameter D, wherein D > D/2. So, can guarantee the intensity of linkage segment to make the dead lever steadily impel along the screw.
In one possible design, the fixation section is parallel to the axis of the femoral prosthesis stem, which is beneficial to provide a stable support force to help the femoral interlocking nail be accurately pushed into the femur.
In one possible design, the end of the fixation rod is provided with a socket head so that the fixation rod may be easily attached to the aiming arm and the femoral prosthesis stem using a socket head wrench or other auxiliary driving tool.
In one possible design, the fixing rod is sleeved with a cushion pad. Thus, certain anti-loosening effect can be achieved, and the fixing rod can effectively abut against the aiming arm and the femoral prosthesis handle. In addition, certain anti-abrasion effect can be achieved to a certain extent, namely, the phenomenon that the tightness and reliability of connection of the fixing rod are affected due to abrasion between the fixing rod and the aiming arm is avoided.
In one possible design, a plurality of ribs arranged longitudinally are arranged on the positioning seat, and the ribs are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the positioning seat, so that reliable initial stability is provided.
