The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a flexible absorbable rib internal fixation device.
Background
Clinically, severe rib fracture is common, the rib fracture reduction internal fixation operation treatment is required, and the titanium alloy encircling type rib bone fracture plate or the memory alloy rib bone fracture plate is commonly used for performing rib reduction internal fixation operation in the existing operation.
The existing fixing operation is difficult to reset, wound bleeding and the like frequently, the bone fracture plate needs to be shaped according to the position and the form of rib fracture in the operation, complete anatomical resetting cannot be guaranteed, special rib plate fixing forceps need to be used for fixing during fixing, and the situation of difficult fixing still exists at a special angle, so that the flexible absorbable rib internal fixing device is provided to solve the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that the conventional fixing operation is difficult to restore, wound bleeding and the like, a bone fracture plate needs to be shaped according to the position and the shape of rib fracture in an operation, complete anatomical restoration cannot be guaranteed, special rib plate fixing forceps are needed for fixing during fixing, and fixing is difficult at a special angle.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows: the flexible absorbable rib internal fixation device comprises a tensioning rope, wherein a plurality of body chains are connected to the outer side of the tensioning rope in a sliding mode, and two locking assemblies which are located on two sides of the plurality of body chains respectively are connected to the outer side of the tensioning rope in a sliding mode;
the locking assembly comprises a C-shaped clamping block, the outer side of the C-shaped clamping block is in threaded connection with a locking screw in contact with the inner side wall of the C-shaped clamping block, and the outer side of the locking screw is in threaded connection with a wire clamping nut in contact with the inner side wall of the C-shaped clamping block.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: has the advantage of conveniently realizing the reduction and fixation of anatomy.
Further: the number of the tensioning ropes is two, and the two tensioning ropes are symmetrically distributed.
The beneficial effects of the further scheme are as follows: the balance of the whole device can be ensured by arranging a plurality of pull ropes.
Further: the body chain and the locking assembly are both made of absorbable magnesium alloy, and the tensioning rope is an absorbable wire.
The beneficial effects of the above further scheme are: this arrangement allows the device as a whole to be absorbed.
Further: the locking screw is in a grinding shape and is provided with absorbable cotton at one end contacted with the inner side of the C-shaped clamping block.
The beneficial effects of the further scheme are as follows: the locking bolt arranged in this way can prevent the discomfort of the patient caused by over-compression on the ribs.
Further: two adjacent body chains are connected through a hinge, and the number of the body chains can be adjusted automatically.
The beneficial effects of the further scheme are as follows: the condition of the fracture can be conveniently adjusted.
Further: the back sides of the body chains at the two ends are respectively connected with the two locking assemblies through hinges.

Detailed Description
The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth to illustrate, but are not to be construed to limit the scope of the invention.
Please refer to fig. 1-2:
a flexible absorbable rib internal fixation device comprises a tensioning rope 1, wherein a plurality of body chains 2 are connected to the outer side of the tensioning rope 1 in a sliding mode, and two locking assemblies 3 which are located on two sides of the plurality of body chains 2 are connected to the outer side of the tensioning rope 1 in a sliding mode;
the locking assembly 3 comprises a C-shaped clamping block 31, a locking screw 32 in contact with the inner side wall of the C-shaped clamping block 31 is connected to the outer side of the C-shaped clamping block 31 in a threaded mode, and a wire clamping nut 33 in contact with the inner side wall of the C-shaped clamping block 31 is connected to the outer side of the locking screw 32 in a threaded mode.
Further: the number of the tensioning ropes 1 is two, and the two tensioning ropes 1 are symmetrically distributed.
The beneficial effects of the further scheme are as follows: the balance of the whole device can be ensured by arranging a plurality of pull ropes.
Further: the body chain 2 and the locking component 3 are both absorbable magnesium alloy, and the tensioning rope 1 is an absorbable wire.
The beneficial effects of the further scheme are as follows: this arrangement allows the device as a whole to be absorbed.
Further: one end of the locking screw 32, which is in contact with the inner side of the C-shaped clamping block 31, is in a grinding shape and is provided with absorbable cotton.
The beneficial effects of the further scheme are as follows: the locking bolt arranged in this way can prevent the discomfort of the patient caused by over-compression on the ribs.
Further: two adjacent individual chains 2 are connected through a hinge, and the number of the individual chains 2 can be adjusted by self.
The beneficial effects of the above further scheme are: the condition of the fracture can be conveniently adjusted.
Further: the opposite sides of the two end body chains 2 are respectively connected with the two locking components 3 through hinges.
The working principle is as follows:
the first step is as follows: respectively dissociating two fractured ends of the rib in a rib fracture area, attaching the body chain 2 to the surface of the rib after manual reduction is satisfied, then screwing the locking screws 32 to enable the two locking screws 32 at the position of a single C-shaped clamping block 31 to have a gap, then placing the C-shaped clamping block 31 outside the rib at two sides of the fracture and screwing the locking screws 32;
the second step is that: then the tensioning rope 1 is pulled to enable the multi-body chain 2 to become a tight state, then the wire clamping nut 33 is screwed to enable a gap to be formed between the wire clamping nut 33 and the C-shaped clamping block 31, and then the tensioning rope 1 is placed between the wire clamping nut 33 and the C-shaped clamping block 31 and the wire clamping nut 33 is locked to achieve fixing.
