Because the diameter D of the bone needle fixing hole is larger than the outer diameter D of the fixing thread of the bone needle, the bone needle can be inclined in a certain range relative to the axis of the bone needle fixing hole (as shown in figure 5), so that the fixing plate can adapt to various positions of the bone needle, and the generation of radial force on the bone needle is avoided.
In order to maintain the fracture end in good alignment and contact state, an elastic drawstring 51 (as shown in fig. 6) is arranged between the adjacent spicules, and the elastic drawstring of the embodiment is a ring-shaped rubber band. Tension springs 52 (shown in fig. 7) may also be used to tension between adjacent spicules.

The adjustable mandibular external fixation device of this embodiment enables the relative angle of the spicules to be adjusted over a wide range. The fixing mode of the spicules is more flexible and the adaptability is better.
