The bird spike assembly comprises a sliding seat movably connected with the first rotating shaft, the sliding seat slides along the axis direction of the first rotating shaft, and a locking mechanism and a plurality of groups of spikes are arranged on the sliding seat.
Compared with the prior art, the above one or more technical schemes have the following beneficial effects:
1. under the rotation state in the bird thorn subassembly, each spine is in the motion state, makes small-size birds can't stop in the space between the spine, and then blocks and drives small-size birds and nest on the shaft tower.
2. The bird thorn is rotated by meshing the rotating matching gear of the wind wheel, the bird thorn and the reflecting plate in the wind wheel are used for expelling birds together, and the automatic operation of the bird repelling device can be realized without power facilities such as batteries.
3. Through the meshing of the incomplete second gear and the first gear, on one hand, the first rotating shaft is alternately driven to rotate discontinuously and periodically, so that the bird thorn component is in a dynamic rotating state, which is beneficial to scaring birds, and then driving the birds to prevent the birds from nesting; on the other hand, the power of the wind power for driving the wind bowl to rotate is limited, and the structure of the incomplete gear is required to concentrate the rotating power in the meshing process of the second gear and the first gear, so that the bird spike assembly can be reliably driven to rotate.
Drawings
The accompanying drawings, which are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification, are included to provide a further understanding of the invention, and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification, illustrate exemplary embodiments of the invention and together with the description serve to explain the invention and not to limit the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a bird repelling device on a power tower according to one or more embodiments of the invention;
in the figure: 1. base, 2, mounting panel, 3, bird thorn subassembly, 4, first pivot, 5, wind bowl, 6, second pivot, 7, first gear, 8, second gear.
Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.
As described in the background art, the electric power tower is a facility with a stable foundation and far away from the ground, and is suitable for nesting of birds and animals, and objects such as waste metal wires, wet branches, feathers and the like in a nest of the birds affect the insulating performance of the electric power tower.
Therefore, the following embodiment provides the bird repelling device for the electric power tower, the bird spikes are rotated by utilizing the rotation of the wind wheel to be matched with the meshing of the gear, the birds are repelled by utilizing the rotated bird spikes and the light reflecting plate in the wind wheel together, and the bird repelling device can automatically operate without power facilities such as batteries and the like.
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, the object of this embodiment is to provide a bird repelling device for an electric power tower, which includes a first rotating shaft 4 and a second rotating shaft 6 that are vertically arranged and movably connected to a base 1, wherein the top of the first rotating shaft 4 is connected to a bird thorn assembly 3, and the bottom of the first rotating shaft is connected to a first gear 7; the top of the second rotating shaft 6 is connected with the wind bowl 5, and the bottom is connected with the second gear 8; the wind bowl 5 is pushed by wind to rotate, and the rotary power is transmitted to the first gear 7 and the bird thorn assembly 3 through the second gear 8, so that the bird thorn assembly 3 rotates along with the wind bowl.
The second rotating shafts 6 are at least two groups, are respectively positioned at two sides of the first rotating shaft 4, and are arranged in parallel with the first rotating shaft 4.
The base 1 is connected with the mounting plate 2, and the bird repellent device is mounted to the designated position of the tower through the mounting plate 2.
The bird spike assembly 3 is of an existing structure, and in the embodiment, the bird spike assembly comprises a sliding seat movably connected with the first rotating shaft 4, the sliding seat slides along the axis direction of the first rotating shaft 4, a locking mechanism and a plurality of groups of spikes are arranged on the sliding seat, and the sliding seat is fixed at a set position of the first rotating shaft 4 through the locking mechanism, so that the heights of the plurality of groups of spikes are adjusted.
In the operation process, wind power pushes the wind bowl 5 to rotate, and the light reflecting layer inside the wind bowl body reflects light rays to the surrounding space in a moving state, so that interference is generated on birds, and the birds are blocked and driven to nest on the tower.
Under the rotation state in the bird thorn subassembly, each spine is the motion, then small-size birds can't stop in the space between the spine, and then block and drive small-size birds and nest on the shaft tower.
The bird thorn component 3 can be effectively driven to rotate by utilizing the rotating power generated by the transmission of wind power to the first rotating shaft 4 by the at least two groups of second rotating shafts 6.
The second gear 8 is an incomplete gear which is of an existing structure, when the wind force pushes the wind bowl to drive the second gear to be meshed with the first gear, intermittent motion can be achieved, the two groups of second gears are respectively meshed with the first gear in an alternating mode, on one hand, the first rotating shaft 4 is driven to rotate discontinuously in an alternating mode, the bird thorn component is in a rotating state with dynamic periodic change, and accordingly the bird thorn component is beneficial to scaring birds, and then the birds are driven to prevent nesting; on the other hand, the power of the wind power for driving the wind bowl to rotate is limited, and the rotating power needs to be concentrated by utilizing the structure of the incomplete gear, so that the bird spike component 3 can be reliably driven to rotate.
Above-mentioned structure does not need power supplies such as extra battery at the bird in-process that drives, relies on wind-force can operate, and simple structure is convenient for maintain.
