The middleware can use basic service (function) provided by system software to connect each part of an application system or different applications on a network, and can achieve the purposes of resource sharing and function sharing.
The hardware layer mainly comprises an HAL interface, hardware and a driver, wherein the HAL interface is a unified interface for butting all the television chips, and specific logic is realized by each chip. The driving mainly comprises: audio drive, display driver, bluetooth drive, camera drive, WIFI drive, USB drive, HDMI drive, sensor drive (like fingerprint sensor, temperature sensor, pressure sensor etc.) and power drive etc..
In some embodiments, to facilitate a user being able to discuss a television program in real time with other users who also watch the television program, some embodiments of the present application provide a display device configured with a forum function. The display device with the discussion area function can be used for a user to discuss related information such as program contents and the like with other users in real time when watching a live program, so that the user can know the information which the user wants to know in real time. The display equipment can realize the effect of watching live programs and discussing, and the live program content and the discussing content can be seen at the same time, thereby improving the user experience.
It is noted that for purposes of discussion, both the "discussion" and "target discussion" are utilized to refer to at least one of the main and secondary discussions.
FIG. 5 illustrates a flow diagram of a method for creating a master-slave forum during a display device executing a program live broadcast, in accordance with some embodiments. Some embodiments of the present application provide a display device 200, comprising: a display 260 configured to display a user interface; an operating system coupled to the display 260, the operating system being configured to perform the following steps when performing the discussion method in the live program process shown in fig. 5:
s11, responding to a watching instruction generated when a user triggers a specified program, generating a live interface, displaying the live interface in a displayer, and displaying the program content of the specified program in the live interface.
The programs played by the user through the display device include television programs live broadcast by a television station according to system time, live broadcast programs live broadcast by a network blogger according to preset time, and the like.
Taking a television program with a designated program as live broadcast as an example, a user starts a display device, and a device homepage is displayed in a display of the display device. The equipment homepage comprises a television station list, and a user selects a specified television station based on the television station list so as to watch a specified program which is live broadcast by the specified television station at the current time. The designated program may be determined based on a selection time point of the user, for example, if the user selects to watch the program at time 11.
In some embodiments, the manner of selecting the designated program by the user may include one of controlling by operating the control device 100, controlling by voice, controlling by touch, controlling by gesture, remotely controlling by the terminal device 300, and the like, which is not particularly limited herein.
FIG. 6 illustrates a diagram of a live interface when the forum function is not open, in accordance with some embodiments. Referring to fig. 6, a user selects a specific program provided by a specific television station to view, and generates a live interface for playing the program content of the specific program, and the live interface is displayed on the display. If the user does not turn on the forum function of the display device in advance, the forum function switch in the direct interface is the off state, and the automatically created forum is not displayed in the live interface.
In some embodiments, the user operates the display device to power on, and the display device may be networked via WiFi or data services. As long as the display equipment completes one networking operation, the display equipment of the user can be immediately and automatically connected to a cloud platform of a manufacturer of the display equipment, and a cloud platform system issues a password-free default account number to the display equipment, wherein the account number comprises a user name and a password. The display equipment logs in the account, and whether the network is connected or not, the user can enjoy the corresponding authority of the logged-in user when operating the display equipment. If the user actively logs in the official network or cloud platform of the manufacturer to modify the user name and the password, the follow-up display device logs in by using the modified user name and the password. The official network of the manufacturer and the data of the cloud platform are interconnected and common, and the account number modification can be completed by modifying one of the official network and the cloud platform.
And S12, in response to detecting that the forum function is in an open state, creating a main forum comprising a first subject for the specified program.
Wherein, users in the main forum include all watching users who watch the specified program, and the main forum is used for all watching users to discuss in real time based on the first subject.
Whether a forum is displayed in a live interface of a display device while a user is watching a live program depends on whether the user turns on a forum function configured by the display device. Therefore, when the user triggers the specified program to play, the display device detects whether the forum function is on.
In some embodiments, a forum function switch is configured within a system setting of a display device, and if a user previously turns on the forum function switch within the system setting, the forum function is in an on state, otherwise, the forum function is in an off state.
In some embodiments, referring again to FIG. 6, a discussion zone function switch is also displayed in the live interface. If the user does not turn on the forum function switch in the system setting before watching the live program, the forum function switch is in a closed state when just entering the live interface.
FIG. 7 illustrates a diagram of a live interface when opening a forum function, in accordance with some embodiments. Referring to fig. 7, a user can trigger a forum function switch in a live interface in real time during watching a live program, so as to turn on the forum function in real time, and the forum function switch is updated to an on state.
The state of the forum function switch in the system setting is the same as the state of the forum function switch in the live interface. If the forum function switch in the system setting is in the on state, the forum function switch in the live broadcast interface is acquiescently in the on state; if the forum function switch in the system setup is in the off state, the forum function switch in the live interface defaults to the off state. And if the discussion area function switch in the live broadcast interface is operated by the user to be set to be in an opening state, the discussion area function switch in the system setting is correspondingly changed to be in the opening state. If the user operates the forum function switch in the live interface to be set to be in a closed state, the forum function switch in the system setting is correspondingly changed to be in a closed state.
For each live program, at least one discussion zone may be created on the display device for the user to discuss at any time. Each forum is provided with a corresponding topic, namely, for the same live program, a new forum needs to be provided. The theme may be set based on the related content of the specific program, including but not limited to a program name, a character name, a guest name, an activity name in the program, a scene name in the program, and the like.
In order to facilitate a user to discuss a live program while watching the live program, the display device determines a first topic based on the related content of a specified program in response to detecting the opening of the discussion area function, and creates a corresponding main discussion area for the specified program based on the first topic, wherein the main discussion area can be displayed in a live interface. The first theme may be actively set for the display device, and then the first theme may be a program name; and after the user successfully claims the edition owner, the first theme can be edited and modified later by the edition owner.
Illustratively, when the live television program is "XX station" XX teenager "(queen teenager)", the display device may directly create a main discussion area with the program name "XX station" XX teenager "(queen teenager)" as the first subject.
And S13, creating a slave forum including a second subject in response to an instruction generated by a target viewing user in the subject forum to create the slave forum.
Each live program includes, but is not limited to, one discussion topic, then the display device may create multiple discussion forums for the same live program. Where the second subject from the forum is custom set by the user who created the forum.
Referring again to FIG. 7, after the forum function switch is turned on, a new forum button is displayed in the live interface. When a viewing user of the main forum needs to newly build a slave forum, the display device responds to one of the viewing users of the main forum to trigger a new slave forum button, and a new window is displayed in the live interface.
FIG. 8 illustrates an interface diagram after a new secondary forum button is triggered based on the primary forum, in accordance with some embodiments. Referring to fig. 8, the new window includes a theme input box, a confirm button, and a cancel button. For the specified program being watched, the watching user of the main forum corresponding to the specified program inputs the new topic name of the secondary forum in the topic input box. The display device responds to the instruction of a watching user of the main discussion area to trigger a confirmation button, and creates a secondary discussion area comprising a second subject for a specified program; the display device cancels the display of the new window in response to the instruction of triggering the cancel button by the viewing user of the discussion area, and does not execute the creation of the discussion area.
In some embodiments, the second theme is different from the first theme. Different discussions have different corresponding themes. Illustratively, when the theme created by the user is "XX series" XX teenagers (jacket), the display device may create a discussion area having the theme of "XX series" XX teenagers (jacket) ". When the subject created by the user is "XX station XX teenager" (queen speech), the display apparatus may create another discussion area having "XX station XX teenager" (queen speech) as a subject.
In some embodiments, the operating system is further configured to: when a target viewing user in a main forum creates a slave forum, the target viewing user who creates the slave forum is automatically added to the slave forum, and the target viewing user is simultaneously a user of the main forum and the slave forum. Then, users of the slave forum include viewing users who actively create the slave forum in the master forum, and the slave forum is used for at least one viewing user to conduct real-time discussions based on the second topic.
In some embodiments, users of the secondary forum may be created as viewing users that are included in the primary forum by default by the system, i.e., viewing users who are viewing live programs. The differences between the secondary and primary forums are: a display device may actively join a viewing user to a subject forum, while the display device does not automatically join the viewing user to a subject forum. That is, there is no functionality from the forum to default to any other user viewing the live program. If a display device wants to add users to a secondary forum, the user who creates the secondary forum needs to invite the user of the main forum to join, or other users who are not in the program main forum automatically join the newly created forum. However, when a user of a main forum creates a notification of a new forum, a new gold is formed in the new forum, and a new forum is raised by the user, these hot events will issue a system message in the main forum to attract more users of the main forum to actively join other forums to the surrounding and participate in the discussion of the new topic.
FIG. 9 illustrates a flow diagram of a method for adding a new user from a primary forum to a secondary forum in accordance with some embodiments. Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments of the present application, the operating system of the display device 200 is further configured to perform the steps of:
s131, generating a new notification from the discussion area when the target viewing user creates the secondary discussion area in the main discussion area, sending the new notification to the main discussion area, and prompting any viewing user in the main discussion area to join the secondary discussion area for discussion based on the second subject.
S132, responding to an instruction that at least one viewing user triggers the secondary forum to build a new notice in the primary forum, and adding the user to the secondary forum after the at least one viewing user triggers the secondary forum to build a new notice, wherein the at least one viewing user is used as a user of the primary forum and the secondary forum at the same time.
The user of the secondary forum is the watching user who is watching the live program in the main forum, the operating system automatically joins the creator to the secondary forum and takes the creator as the default forum of the secondary forum, and the secondary forum has no function of actively incorporating other watching users or non-watching users. To facilitate a discussion in real time by more users based on the second subject in the secondary forum, the display device sends a secondary forum new notification to the primary forum upon creating the secondary forum in response to a user triggering the confirmation button.
In some embodiments, when a user of a forum creates a notification of a new forum, the new forum has a new gold formed, and a new forum is struggled by the new forum, these fierce events will all issue a system message in the forum to attract more viewing users of the forum to actively join in the forum surrounding view and participate in the discussion of the new topic.
If the viewing users in the main forum are interested in the newly-built slave forum, the display device responds to the instruction that at least one viewing user in the main forum triggers the new notification from the forum, and the display device adds at least one viewing user in the main forum, which triggers the new notification from the forum, into the slave forum. At this time, at least one viewing user who joins a secondary forum serves as both a primary and a secondary forum, i.e., the viewing user may participate in the discussion of both topics in both forums.
In some embodiments, either discussion zone may or may not have one user, and users in either discussion zone may leave the current discussion zone at any time. A secondary forum will only have its creator added to the forum by default at the time of creation, but the creator may also leave the secondary forum at a later time. Even if no user is in the live program, the existing main and auxiliary discussion areas corresponding to the live program can be kept alive till the program is ended, and whether the program is stored or not is inquired by the system until the program is ended. If the forum does not have any users at this time, then the forum must not have users as a host, but rather a system administrator as a host; however, once the forum is not the user but the vendor's own system forum, the forum must be discarded at the end of the program, i.e. the discussion messages in the corresponding forum are not retained but deleted. Discussion messages in a forum do not remain, reflecting the fact that the respective forum has no user/no host/few users in the forum/indicate that it is not attractive enough.
In some embodiments, users participating in the topic discussion may include viewing users who are viewing the specified program and non-viewing users who are not viewing the specified program. For different types of users, the display device gives different operation rights to the different types of users. Then, the operating system of the display device 200 is further configured to:
step 141, in the process of playing the specified program, if the operating system detects that there is an unviewed user who does not watch the specified program, the unviewed user is not automatically added to any discussion area corresponding to the specified program.
Step 142, in response to a join request generated by a non-viewing user based on the target forum, joins the non-viewing user to the target forum.
Wherein, the target forum includes at least one of a main forum and a secondary forum corresponding to the specified program, and the users of the target forum include at least one viewing user and/or at least one unviewed user.
For an unviewed user, when the unviewed user uses the terminal equipment to view the information of the live program, the forum application configured by the terminal equipment is clicked, and a forum main interface is displayed in a display of the terminal equipment. In the forum main interface, the forum list or list corresponding to different live programs can be viewed. If the unviewed user wants to participate in the program discussion, the unviewed user can click on a forum entry in a forum list or listing corresponding to a live program to join the forum.
If the user is not watching the current live program, the user will not be automatically brought into the main forum by the system, and will not be automatically brought into other forums of the live program. However, the user may select a particular discussion area of interest in the guest's status and browse in the guest's status. And the unviewed user operates own equipment to send a joining request to a display equipment terminal which is broadcasting the television program in a live way, wherein the joining request carries the identifier of the target discussion area which is pre-joined by the unviewed user. The display device, in response to the join request, joins the unviewed user to the corresponding target forum based on the identification.
The unviewed user can browse the forums which the unviewed user joins in the form of tourists, and if the unviewed user also wants to participate in the discussion, the unviewed user needs to log in the account of the unviewed user so as to participate in the discussion in any discussion area or discussion areas corresponding to the currently specified program. After a user who does not watch the login account number, each time a forum is selected to join, a join request needs to be sent to the display device, and the display device 200 responds to the join request to join the user who does not watch the forum to the corresponding target forum. If the unviewed user is not actively entering an account, upon switching from a joined forum to a non-joined forum, the display device 200, in response to the unviewed user's switch request, pops a message prompt in the display asking the unviewed user whether to log in his account to the forum. If the user is not watched to select "yes," the new forum will be entered directly with the user account, and if the user selects "no," the new forum will be browsed in guest status. The tourist identity is only used for browsing the content of the corresponding discussion area and cannot participate in the discussion; and special contents (such as shared contents of watching users which can be seen only by paying fees, encrypted shared contents of watching users and the like) in some forums cannot be browsed; if the user account is logged in, the user can have the same authority as the watching user, such as participation in discussion, browsing special content and the like.
In some embodiments, different users may be watching different live programs. For different live programs, the display device creates different main forums for different live programs, and at this time, users in the main forums include watching users who watch the corresponding live programs.
In some embodiments, for the same user, after the current live program is changed at the tuning station, the corresponding forum is automatically changed to the forum corresponding to the new live program. In this process, the operating system of the display device 200 is further configured to perform the steps of:
and 151, responding to a switching instruction for switching from watching the specified program to watching a second specified program by the user, and switching to display a second live broadcast interface in the display, wherein the second live broadcast interface is used for playing the program content of the second specified program.
Step 152, if there is a second main discussion area corresponding to the second specified program and including a third subject, automatically adding all users watching the second specified program into the second main discussion area, where the second main discussion area is used for all users watching the second specified program to conduct a real-time discussion based on the third subject.
Step 153, if there is no second main forum corresponding to the second designated program and including the third subject, then a second main forum including the third subject is created for the second designated program, and all users viewing the second designated program are automatically added to the second main forum.
The scene that the live program is switched to be played can include that the user initiatively switches to the live program that other TV stations provided and plays when the present live program does not play completely, can also include that the present live program finishes according to the system time nature broadcast, directly jumps to the second live program that present TV station provided and plays.
Taking the example that the user operates the display device to replace the television station, the display correspondingly switches and displays the live broadcast interface corresponding to the new television station, and the newly switched live broadcast interface plays the second live broadcast program corresponding to the new television station. In order to facilitate the user who currently operates the zapping to participate in the discussion of the second live program, the display device first judges whether a second main discussion area corresponding to the second specified program and including a third subject exists.
If so, a user operating zapping (switching live programs) can be automatically added directly to the second forum, and the user can discuss with all users watching the second specified program in real time based on the third subject. If the second theme is not the same as the first theme, the display device creates a second main discussion area including a third theme for the second specified program, and all users watching the second specified program automatically join the second main discussion area, so that users operating channel switching (switching live programs) and other users watching the second specified program can discuss in real time based on the third theme.
In some embodiments, to facilitate a user being able to participate in a program discussion while viewing a live program, a display device may generate a forum window based on at least one of a primary forum and all secondary forums created for the live program, the forum window being displayed in a first form in a live interface. Wherein a first form of a discussion window exposes discussion messages for a target discussion, the target discussion including at least one of a primary discussion and a secondary discussion.
Some embodiments of this application will live and watch the district and discuss the district and unite two into one, can be convenient for the user when watching the shadow synchronous with other watch the user and carry out the pronunciation and communicate. For example, a user may be looking at a live program with their eyes and their mouth and hands may be simultaneously busy sending their own real-time viewing experience, questions, guesses, inferences into the forum. The interaction mode can ensure that the audience shares the discussion in real time, and can influence the watching modes of other audiences, the understanding depth of different roles, the understanding degree of the program background and other aspects in the first time. The interest and interest of people watching TV live programs in real time can be improved, the popularity and climax of watching the programs are improved in real time, more knowledge and information related to the live programs are provided for other users watching the programs, the traditional site of watching the programs by individuals becomes an extended cinema and a shared forum of all people watching the programs in wireless connection, and the chat area is convenient in the process of sharing the programs while watching, chatting while watching and friend talking and sharing the programs while watching.
Referring again to fig. 7, to facilitate the display of discussion messages in a main/sub forum, a display device displays a forum window in a first format in a live interface, and by default, displays a main forum corresponding to a live program in the forum window first. If a viewing user of a main forum creates at least one secondary forum for the same live program, each forum may exist in a forum window at the same time in the form of a forum list, or each forum may exist in a forum window at the same time in the form of a tile, and the forum in which the local user is participating is focused and displayed in an enlarged manner.
The first form may be in thumbnail form. In order to avoid the display of the main forum from shielding the live program picture, the forum window can be displayed in the form of thumbnail. A forum window in the form of a thumbnail may only show the contents of the forum, not the various function buttons provided by the forum window. When it is desired to view all of the contents of the subject forum in its entirety, the forum window can be displayed in an enlarged manner. To this end, referring again to FIG. 7, the discussion area window is provided with maximize, minimize, open, and close buttons. The minimize and maximize buttons here mean that the forum window can be adjusted to a point or full screen, which will completely obscure the live interface. After the discussion area window is enlarged to be displayed in a full screen mode by triggering the maximization button, the maximization button is changed into a recovery button, and the recovery button is triggered to recover the discussion area window to the initial state. The close button here means that the discussion zone can be ended without waiting for the live program to finish. The open button refers to the discussion area which has ended, and as long as the discussion area is not abandoned by the main part and the corresponding live program is not ended and is still live, the discussion area can be reopened by pressing the open button, so that the user can continue to watch and participate in the discussion. However, if the live program ends, the corresponding forum that has been closed in advance cannot be opened any more. An open button (not shown) is displayed when the forum window is adjusted to a point state.
In some embodiments, the forum window may be displayed in the same page as the live interface, or in a different interface.
In some embodiments, where the forum window can be displayed in the same page as the live interface, the forum window can be displayed in the live interface without overlapping. For example, the discussion area window and the live interface are respectively arranged and displayed on the left and right sides, the upper and lower left and right sides, and the like of the display.
In some embodiments, where the forum window may be displayed in the same page as the live interface, the forum window may also be displayed in the live interface overlapping so that the user can see both the live program and the forum content simultaneously. For example, when the main forum does not need input, the main forum defaults to a reduced version to float at the upper right corner of the live interface; when the main discussion area needs to input the message, the discussion area window is automatically enlarged so that the user can see the characters and the cursor clearly.
In some embodiments of the present application, the operating system of the display device 200 is further configured to: in response to a user-triggered form switch instruction, a forum window is displayed in a second form in the live interface.
In some embodiments, the user may manually change the presentation form of the forum window, for example, the user triggers a preset key of the remote controller, the preset key is a preset shortcut key, and the switching of the forum window form may be quickly realized. For example, the preset key is a direction left key. The display device switches the forum window from the first format to the second format in response to a user actuating the directional left key. The second form may be in the form of a floating window, a zoom button, an arrow, or the like. Taking the form of a floating window as an example, the identification information of the target discussion zone is shown in a discussion zone window in the form of a floating window, but the discussion message of the target discussion zone is not shown.
In some embodiments, when the discussion area window in the thumbnail form (first form) is switched to the floating window form (second form), in addition to the above-described manner in which the user manually triggers, the form of the user may be detected in real time by the display device, and the form switching may be automatically implemented. The display device detects that the home terminal user does not generate a new discussion message in the main forum, displays the forum window in a floating window form in the live interface, and does not display the discussion message of the main forum in the forum window in the floating window form. The display device detects an instruction generated by triggering a designated key by a home terminal user, restores a forum window displayed in a floating window form to a first form, displays the forum window in the first form in a live interface, and triggers the designated key for indicating that the home terminal user needs to input a new discussion message in a main forum.
Wherein, the appointed key is a preset shortcut key which can quickly call out the discussion area window for display. For example, the designated key is a direction right key.
FIG. 10 illustrates a diagram in which a forum window is displayed in a floating window on a live interface in accordance with some embodiments. Referring to fig. 10, the display device detects in real time whether the local user inputs a message in the forum, and if it is not detected that the local user generates a new discussion message in the forum within a preset time period, which indicates that the user does not need to discuss currently, the display device reduces the forum window from a thumbnail form to a floating window form to be displayed in the live interface, so as to avoid blocking the live interface. A forum window in the form of a thumbnail may display a portion of the historical discussion messages and new discussion messages of the forum; the discussion area window in the form of a floating window serves only as an identification and does not display any discussion messages of the main discussion area.
If the user needs to enter the message again, the display device responds to the user triggering the designation key to restore the forum window to the first form, as shown in FIG. 7. The home user may enter a new discussion message based on the main discussion area.
FIG. 11 illustrates a schematic diagram of a forum window style in accordance with some embodiments. Referring to fig. 11, in some embodiments, the second form may also be an enlarged form. When the forum window is enlarged and displayed, the forum window also comprises at least one of a forum message display area, a forum heading button, a forum abandoning button, a forum forwarding button, an emoji button, a corpus button, a terminal device input button, a forum remaining duration selecting button, an editing button, a screenshot button, a screen recording button, a personal score detail button, a newly-built forum button, a new forum adding button, a setting button, a forum banning button and a message processing button.
The discussion message display area is used for displaying discussion messages sent by each viewing user in the discussion area list and the target discussion area. The forum list includes a first area and a second area, all forums corresponding to the live programs being watched by the current user are displayed in the first area, each forum can be displayed in the form of a forum popularity list of the current program, and each forum of the same live program in the popularity list is displayed in a ranking way according to the popularity of each forum. For example, when the live program 1 being watched by the user is "XX teenager", the popularity rating of the current program discussion area is shown as the popularity rating of the program 1 discussion area. All discussion areas corresponding to all live programs are displayed in the second area, each discussion area of each program can be displayed in a discussion area heat list mode, and all discussion areas of each program in the heat list are displayed in a ranking mode according to respective heat. If the local user selects a forum in one of the leaderboards, the discussion message sent by each viewing user in the forum is displayed in the right area of the forum list. For example, if the local user selects the forum "NO 1" from the forum 2 to the subject 3 "in the forum heat list of program 1 in the forum window displayed in the local display device, the forum" XX teenager "is displayed in the right area of the forum list, the discussion messages sent by the users a, B, and C are viewed from the forum 2 to the subject 3", indicating that the local user is viewing the XX teenager of the live program, and is participating in discussion from the forum 2 and based on the subject 3.
The theme button of the edition owner is displayed at the non-edition main end, and a corresponding edition owner is set in each forum so as to manage the forum. If the viewing user in the forum wants to become a forum, the display device, in response to clicking a forum claim button, sets the viewing user as the forum of the forum and adds a "forum" identifier behind the user name. If the user is the edition owner, a edition owner abandon button and a edition owner transfer button are displayed on the edition owner side. If the edition owner triggers an edition owner abandoning button, the display equipment cancels the edition owner identity of the user and cancels the display of the corresponding identification, and the edition owner returns to the default administrator of the system; if the deck triggers a deck forward button, the display device displays a deck forward page in the forum window in response to the operation, and other viewing users who belong to the forum are displayed in the deck forward page. One of the viewing users is selected from the edition owner, the selected viewing user side displays the inquiry prompt, if the selected viewing user wants to become a new edition owner, a confirmation button in the inquiry prompt is triggered, otherwise, a rejection button in the inquiry prompt is triggered. And the display equipment responds to the received instruction that the selected watching user triggers the confirmation button, sets the selected watching user as a new edition owner, and then the edition owner is successfully handed over. And the display equipment responds to the received instruction that the selected watching user triggers the rejection button, the selected watching user is not set as a new edition owner, the edition owner fails to be handed over, and the edition owner continues to be the original user.
The expression package button user provides input of different expression packages, and the expression packages comprise classical default built-in expression packages, user-defined expression packages, gif motion pictures and the like. The corpus button is used for providing different types of corpora so as to automatically identify and expand the content of the message input by the user, and the corpus comprises a preset corpus, a custom corpus, a corpus of other people and the like; each corpus includes a plurality of corpora, and each corpus can be repeatedly added, edited and deleted (except for preset corpora in the preset corpus). The specific content of the corpus can refer to the content of the subsequent corpus embodiment, which is not described herein. Since the discussion area supports other terminal devices for compatible input and viewing, the terminal devices include but are not limited to mobile phones, tablets, computers, notebook computers, microcomputers and the like, therefore, selecting the terminal device input button can select the terminal for implementing the input of the discussion message. The method comprises the steps that the terminal equipment is connected with the display equipment through a wifi/data service network in advance, after a local terminal user selects target terminal equipment for input, the current real-time updated content of a main forum at the terminal end of the display equipment is synchronously displayed on the target terminal equipment, the local terminal user inputs discussion messages based on the forum on the target terminal equipment, and then the discussion messages are delivered to the main forum of the display equipment in real time. This function requires that the display device and the correspondingly selected target terminal device can mutually support mutual delivery of part or all of the contents on the screen. The deliverable content can be selected, and by default, the content on the screen is totally delivered to the other corresponding device, and the two can be updated in real time mutually. The specific content for implementing the input of the discussion message by the terminal device may refer to the content of the subsequent terminal device embodiments, which is not described herein again.
The forum remaining duration selection button is used for setting whether the discussion message in the corresponding forum is reserved or the duration is reserved after the live program is finished. The edit button may be an input box for providing convenience in inputting a discussion message, and various operations such as copying, pasting, inserting, cutting, deleting, text background setting, etc. may be performed in the input box. In the process of inputting the discussion message by the user, the intelligent input system of the system can predict the content to be input by the user according to the language and characters being input, and give a content prompt, or recommend a proper gold sentence in a certain language or a corpus to the user according to the input content of the user. Wherein this functionality depends on the content of the intelligent embodiments of the subsequent discussion, which is not described in detail here. The screenshot button is used for facilitating screenshot of a user, the user can return to a live interface to perform screenshot, and screenshot can also be directly performed on some messages in the subject discussion area. After the screenshot is finished, the screenshot can be directly sent to the main forum as a message of the screenshot, can also be directly stored as a local picture and sent to a dialog box of the screenshot and the screenshot itself or a separate dialog box (a two-person separate forum) of the screenshot and other users, and can also be directly sent to the screenshot itself or other people without being stored in the screenshot itself. The cut picture can be edited and then sent or stored in various modes, and the editing of the picture comprises cutting, zooming, rotating, partial erasing and the like. All screenshot actions cannot be synchronized to a live forum App on other equipment, and the screenshot actions can be synchronized to the live forum on other equipment in time after a home terminal user sends the captured pictures to the forum.
And the screen recording button is used for the user to perform screen recording operation on the live program or the discussion area. The user can return to the program of the live interface to record the screen, and can also directly record some messages of the forum or the change process of the forum. After the screen recording is finished, the screen recording can be directly sent to the discussion area as a message of the screen recording, and the transmitted screen recording file form is not a picture but a moving picture. The video local to the display device can be directly stored as a dialog box of the display device and the user or a separate dialog box (a two-person separate discussion zone) of the display device and other users, or the video local to the display device can be directly stored without being stored in the display device and sent to the user or other people. The recorded video may be edited and then transmitted or stored, and the editing of the video may include cropping, scaling, rotating, partial erasing, and the like. All screen recording actions are not synchronized into the live forum App on the other device. And the local user can synchronize the recorded video to the live forum on other equipment in time after sending the video to the forum. The screen recording duration, format, type and file name can be customized. However, due to the arrangement of data size and storage space, the user is not allowed to record the screen indefinitely, and the time length exceeding certain limit can be reminded to indicate that the screen cannot be directly forwarded to the forum for a long time and whether the screen is stored locally or not. But if the storage space is sufficient, the user is allowed to record indefinitely. After entering a screen recording state, a user can start a certain existing video stored locally and then start to record a screen of the certain local video.
The personal point details button is used for the user to view the point details he or she obtained. During the process of watching a live program and simultaneously discussing, each user has many different chances to obtain point awards, such as a golden sentence award, a good language material award, a main edition contribution award, a main excellent historical discussion district edition award, a main hot theme edition award and the like, and a positive discussion contributor award. Different types of rewards correspond to different points, and the user can accumulate and increase personal points according to the type of operation. The display device can also reduce the points for each user under different conditions, for example, the cloud platform of a television manufacturer finds that a certain user has illicit speech and forbidden speech, the user can be punished, and the punishment can be deducted points. For another example, some users may increase their points to others, and their own points may be decreased accordingly. Or, some users may take the points to a cloud platform of a television manufacturer or buy the points on the official network, and the points may be consumed. The points can stimulate the user to participate in the discussion of different topics in the forum, can also inhibit the behavior of the illiterate forum, and of course, can also be consumed by the user. When any change occurs in the user points, a message is sent to the personal window of the user to remind the user of the change of the points. The reason for the point change in the point details is summarized, and the user is informed of the point going direction.
A new slave forum button is used for the user to create a slave forum. The new build in the live interface is the same function as the new build in the forum window, both of which can exist at the same time or in an alternative form. When a viewing user of a main discussion area needs to create a new slave discussion area, the display device responds to the viewing user to trigger an enlargement button on a discussion area window, and the discussion area window is enlarged and displayed. Next, the display device responds to the user triggering a new secondary forum button in the forum window, and displays a new window in the forum window, and the form of the new window can refer to the effect shown in FIG. 8. A viewing user in the main forum can create a new slave forum and set a discussion subject in the new slave forum. The default user at the beginning of a new forum will only have a new creator of the forum who also defaults to the forum's owner. Currently live programs may have multiple forums, all of which are displayed in forum windows in the form of thumbnail icons or lists. The current forum can be switched to another forum by the user moving a cursor. The new forum adding button is used for a user to add into a certain forum, and the user can select to add into the new forum at all forum interfaces of the current live program. A discussion zone of a subject may also be added directly to the button of the current discussion zone by "add new discussion zone button". When the user does not join the new discussion zone, the user cannot see any of the contents of the new discussion zone. After the addition, the message of the new forum is collected in time. The banning button is used for a main part to carry out banning operation on other users in the same forum, and the banning function is the exclusive right of the main part in the forum. It can forbid the users who have illegal actions and do not speak in the discussion area. The forbidden words are selected for a long time, and the forbidden words are selected for 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, forbidden until the live broadcast is finished, and the like. The statement fails after the forum is over or is saved to a historical forum. In addition, the copyright owner may also change the banning penalty for banned users. Message handling buttons, for each message already appearing on the forum window, when the cursor is put on it, some handling buttons will appear thereafter, such as collection as a gold sentence, forwarding, approval, reply, sharing, etc.
The setting button is used for the user to perform relevant setting on the operation of the discussion area. (1) Setting the frame and background (color, texture and effect) of the discussion area window; (2) Setting the font, font size, color, special effect and the like of the discussion area message; and (3) setting a discussion area default reserved time length. The retention period may be set to 1 day, 1 week, one month, etc. By default, "live end immediately obsolete" may also be set. The setting content and the discussion zone remaining duration selecting button realize the same operation, and the display device provides two operations for setting the discussion zone remaining duration. And (4) setting a set of forum retention rules. For example, a discussion area with a message volume of 1000 sentences can be reserved for 1 month; the message size reaches a discussion area of 1 ten thousand sentences, and can be kept for 6 months. Standards and rules are developed in advance and added to the settings of each forum by default in the form of official bulletins. The rule can be used for making a dispute resolution criterion when the retention time of the forum is not approved by the host at the end of the forum. (5) setting a forum message synchronization mechanism: the selection of which hardware devices on which of these forums need to be synchronized. The default settings are: all the latest messages on the forum at the display device will be automatically synchronized on all devices. The range/time limit of the latest message capable of being synchronized on the device requiring message synchronization is selected, and the message synchronization range/time limit can be set individually for each device. The default synchronized display device broadcasts all messages in the forum live. Such as synchronizing messages within 3 days, within 1 day, within 1 hour. Setting a friend circle: each user may also have their own different types of circle of friends: teacher group, friend group, common friend group, good friend group, colleague group, family group, etc. Friends in each circle of friends can be selected from all accounts on the television vendor cloud platform. And setting the authority of the friend circle: different friend circles of the user should be endowed with different default message viewing permissions. First, for which friend circles in the current discussion area are visible, a corresponding friend circle needs to be selected (for example, all people are visible by default, but a friend circle of a movie may be visible only in a girlfried circle). Second, for each circle of friends that are visible, a default duration of time for which the message is visible to them can be set. For example, by default the own forum message is "only visible on live" to each circle of friends. Finally, for each message, its visible duration to others may also be provided. Such as default settings each message a, visible only live; b.3 days later; c. visible within one month; d. can be seen within half a year; e. is permanently visible. For these settings, there is an overlap between the different settings, and the television manufacturer should provide the priority of the different settings. For example, the prioritization may be: the individual setting of the duration of each message > the default duration set for all messages > the duration set individually for each circle of friends to view messages. And (6) setting the default screen recording duration. Due to the limitation of resource space of the television itself, a cloud platform of a television manufacturer, and the like, the default time length of the operation of recording a screen, which occupies a large resource, needs to be limited. Such as a limit of default screen recording with a maximum duration of 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, etc. The functions provided herein include, but are not limited to, the above, depending on the particular design.
In some embodiments, when the discussion area window is displayed on the live interface in the form of a thumbnail, the display device only exposes the discussion message display area to be viewed by the user, so that the purpose that the user can view the discussion messages of other users while watching the live program is achieved. When the forum window is overlaid on the live interface in an enlarged form, the discussion message display area and various function buttons in the forum window can be seen by the user.
In some embodiments, the content that can be entered at the forum can also be varied, as messages on the display device side that are live at the forum can be entered and viewed at the same time on different devices. The forum is compatible with all the input information formats currently supported, including, without limitation, text, emoticons, gif charts, voice and video.
In some embodiments, the display device is in a networked state so that discussion messages in the discussion zone can be synchronized to other networked clients. Otherwise, even if the discussion area function of the display device of the home terminal is in an open state, the home terminal user can only see the discussion area and the discussion messages of the home terminal after the live program starts, but cannot see other discussion messages generated by other users and other users who are watching the live program at the same time. Until the network of the local-end display equipment is in a networking state, the data of the discussion area of the local-end can be synchronized to the discussion areas of other user ends by the cloud platform, and the data of the discussion areas of the other user ends are synchronized to the discussion areas of the local-end display equipment by the cloud platform, so that the synchronization of discussion messages in the discussion areas is realized, and the real-time discussion of multi-end users is carried out.
In some embodiments, different users are watching the same live program. For the same live program, the display device defaults to creating a main forum for the live program. The main forum is the first forum of live programs, and the display device adds all watching users watching specified programs into the main forum so as to allow all watching users to discuss in real time based on the first subject. When the main forum is created, the display device brings a user watching a live program into the main forum by default; while a new user viewing the live program after the forum has been created, the display device also automatically joins that type of user to the forum in response to receiving a status change notification. If the display device receives a change notification from a viewing user, who was originally located in the forum, to turn off the forum function switch, the display device pulls the user out of the forum. That is, the users of the forum include all viewing users who are viewing a given program.
The user who is watching the specified program can be the user who is watching the same specified program; the watching users can also be users who are watching the same specified program and have the respective discussion area functions in an open state; viewing users may also be users who are viewing the same specified program with the respective forum function in an on state and the same type of display device.
In some embodiments, when a discussion is displayed in the forum window, the forum window also displays a user list (not shown) of the forum, including a username for each viewing user in the forum and a username for the identity of the guest. Then, in any forum, there can be three categories of users: the first category of users are users who are watching the program and the display device adds a special flag after the user name of each watching user, which indicates that the user is watching television. A watching user who joins the main forum can also join other forums corresponding to the specified program, and then in the other forums, the user name of the watching user is followed by a special mark to indicate that the user is watching television. The second category of users are users who are not watching television, and if the users enter the discussion area in a login mode, the display device does not add a special mark behind the user name of the users. The third kind of users are users who are not watching television and not logging in account numbers, if the users are browsing a certain forum, the display device also counts the total number of the users in the forum, and only the display device displays the user names of the users as tourists without adding special marks, so that the permission of the users is limited.
Among them, the discussion speech published by the user with the live mark has a speech score higher than that of the general user (for motivating the user to watch the current program), and a higher bonus point can be obtained. In addition, a user who opens a live video forum function will, by default, see a user account (not shown) dynamically generated by the television system by default, without a password, in the forum window. However, although the account can enter a TV forum by default (as long as the forum function is opened), only the discussion messages of people distinguished by the TV discussion can be viewed, and the authority of the discussion is not published. However, the distinction between having a personal account number and not having a personal account number is also limited to this "floor", and the other functions are the same. After the user opens the live television forum function, if the user wants to not only participate in the viewing function of the forum, but also want to publish a comment in the forum, then the user needs to provide an account application to a cloud platform or a specified official network of a television manufacturer, and the user can log in a webpage/computer webpage/television side webpage of the manufacturer at an App/mobile phone side of a television manufacturer of a mobile phone side to follow the specified official network application of the television manufacturer, so that the user can obtain a defined account and a password set by the user.
In some embodiments, when the forum window and the live interface are displayed in an overlapping manner, the size of the forum window and the position relative to the live interface can be automatically adjusted to a free area of the live interface based on the analysis of the live program content picture by the system, so as to avoid the obstruction of the live program content by the forum.
In some embodiments of the present application, the operating system of the display device 200, in executing displaying a forum window in a live interface and displaying a main forum in the forum window, is further configured to execute the following steps:

FIG. 12 illustrates a diagram where a discussion area window is displayed in a small window on a live interface in accordance with some embodiments. Referring to fig. 12, the display device analyzes images in the live interface at certain time intervals to determine whether there is a free area in the screen. The time interval may be image analysis every 5 minutes, and the free area refers to a position excluding the main content of the program, for example, a position where the picture of a guest or a character is not blocked. If the display apparatus detects that the program main content is displayed on the right side in the image and a free area exists on the left side, the display apparatus reduces the discussion window into a small window form based on the size and position of the free area. The discussion area window in the form of a small window is the same as the idle area in size, and the position of the discussion area window which is originally positioned at the upper right corner is moved to the position of the upper left corner of the idle area, so that the live program content picture in the live broadcast interface is prevented from being shielded.
In some embodiments, the size of the forum window, relative to the location of the live interface, may be adjusted based on the user operating the remote control when the forum window and the live interface are displayed in an overlapping manner. That is, the position and size of the discussion area window on the live interface can be manually dragged and zoomed according to the needs of the user.
In some embodiments of the present application, the operating system of the display device 200 is further configured to perform the following steps: the discussion area window is displayed in the live interface. And responding to an instruction generated when the user drags the forum window, and displaying the forum window at a target position of a live screen corresponding to the dragging operation.
The forum window can be displayed in the live interface in the form of a thumbnail as shown in fig. 7 or in the form of a small window as shown in fig. 12, and the user can drag the forum window by touching or operating the remote controller to drag the forum window to any position of the live interface, so as to avoid blocking the live program content screen in the live interface.
In some embodiments, when the discussion area window and the live interface are not overlapped, if the discussion area window and the live interface are on the same interface, they cannot be full screen, and both of them need to be displayed in a manner of up and down, or left and right and left and right.
In some embodiments, when the forum window is not on the same interface as the live interface, the operating system of the display device 200, in performing displaying the forum window in the live interface and displaying the main forum in the forum window, is further configured to perform the following steps:
step 161, generating a first program display page corresponding to the specified program, and displaying the first program display page on the display.
Step 162, generating a forum interface for the specified program based on at least one of the subject forum and the secondary forum.
Step 163 displays the discussion area interface and the live interface in a particular format in the first program display page, the particular format including one of a simultaneous display format and a non-simultaneous display format.
When the discussion area and the live interface are displayed on different pages, the two are in different display forms. At this time, the first program display page is used for realizing the display of the forum and the live interface on different pages, and the forum interface comprises various forums of the specified program.
When the discussion area interface and the live interface are simultaneously displayed in the first program display page and the discussion area interface and the live interface are not overlapped, the discussion area interface and the live interface cannot be displayed in a full screen mode, and the discussion area interface and the live interface need to be displayed in a tiled mode, such as an up-down mode, a left-right mode, a left-up-right-down mode or a right-up-left-down mode. When the forum interface and the live interface overlap, there may be some overlap of content between the two, for example, the lower right corner of the forum interface and the upper left corner of the live interface overlap.
If the discussion area interface and the live interface are not displayed on the first program display page at the same time, one of the discussion area interface and the live interface selected by the user is in a display state, and the other is in a hidden state. For example, if the live interface in the first program display page is in a display state, the discussion window in the second display page is hidden, and vice versa. The switching between the discussion area interface and the live broadcast interface can be realized by one or more instructions of a television remote controller in live broadcast to quickly enter a certain single page outside the live broadcast interface (the instruction can be input through one or more keys, can also be input through one or more voices, or can be realized through the combination of one or more gestures, or can be realized through the opening of an instruction set file, and the like), for example, a next direction key is triggered.
In some embodiments, the various forums to which a given program corresponds may be displayed in a forum window, or may also be displayed in a forum interface. Wherever a discussion is presented, it can be presented in the form of a listing of discussions. To this end, the operating system of the display device 200 is further configured to perform the steps of: when a target discussion area is displayed in a discussion area window or a discussion area interface, generating a discussion area list based on a main discussion area and a slave discussion area; a listing of forums is displayed in a forum page, or, while a forum window is displayed in a first format, a selected forum from the listing of forums is displayed in the first format of forum window.
In a forum window or forum interface, a forum listing can be generated for each forum. The forum list may include all forums for the same live program and may also include all forums for all live programs. A forum list can display all the contained forums in a forum interface, and can also display the forum for which control focus is obtained in a forum window in a first form (thumbnail form).
The ranking of each forum in the forum list can be arranged in various ways, such as by the hot of discussion, time of creation, number of discussion messages, number of people, and so on. A forum listing may also fix the location of the subject forum as the leading forum, and only those subject forums will be ranked according to the requirements above. In the forum list, only one forum is the area where the default cursor focus is located, which will be selected as the only current "particular forum" that can be displayed onscreen with the live page. If the user wants to input discussion messages in other forums, the user can quickly switch to the forum lists of all forums by one key in the live interface, and then select one of the forums to participate in the discussion of the corresponding topic in the forum.
In some embodiments, after the end of the current live program, its corresponding discussion zone is paused, i.e., no longer syncing messages to other end users. Whether each forum is reserved or immediately discarded is determined by the owner of the respective forum. For the waste forum, the process of applying and auditing the waste forum is required. Meanwhile, when the next program of the television station starts, a new discussion area for the next program is created immediately, so that a user of the new program can start a new discussion.
In some embodiments, the discussion zone in the selected-in-focus state in which the user is participating does not disappear from the screen at the end of the current live program. But when the user opens another page, a pop-up asks "do the current forum shift to the historical forum, ask whether to switch to another page? ". If the user chooses yes, he can only enter from the historical forum when he attempts to return to the forum. When the live broadcast is finished, if a plurality of other forums corresponding to the live broadcast program just finished are not currently in the focus selection state, the forums are automatically transferred to the historical forums by default, and the user is not reminded that the forum is transferred to the historical forum.
In some embodiments of the present application, at the end of the live program, the operating system of the display device 200 is further configured to:

Wherein a target forum includes at least one of a primary forum and a secondary forum; the condition of ending the playing of the specified program may include a condition that the user closes by himself before the live broadcast ends, and may also include a condition that the live broadcast reaches a scheduled ending time.
FIG. 13 illustrates a schematic diagram of whether a discussion zone retains a query prompt, in accordance with some embodiments. Referring to fig. 13, at the end of a live program, a display device of a deck displays in a display whether a discussion area remains an inquiry prompt to inquire whether the deck of the discussion area retains a discussion message of the discussion area or directly deletes it. The query whether to reserve a forum will include a confirm reservation button and a discard reservation button. If the owner selects to abandon the retention button, directly abandoning the discussion messages of each discussion area corresponding to the live program so as to release resources and space; if the owner selects the confirm hold button, an interface (not shown) including a selection item characterizing the hold period pops up. If the edition owner is the television manufacturer administrator, namely the system edition owner, the discussion area corresponding to the live program is directly abandoned and discarded, and the retention time length of the discussion area is 0.
The options for characterizing the retention period may include: A. immediately discarding after 1 hour of direct sowing; B. the direct sowing is finished within 1 day; C. the direct seeding is finished within one month; D. the direct sowing is finished within 3 months; E. the direct seeding is finished within half a year; F. and the permanent storage is directly finished. After the retention time is selected, the display device initiates an application for retaining the discussion area to the cloud platform. If the cloud platform judges that the actual value of the discussion area is not large and the holding time of the version owner application is too long, the cloud platform cannot immediately pass the application, but the two parties negotiate a more appropriate time length in the middle.
How long each forum should be kept, there should be many factors such as number of message entries, number of message clauses, discussion heat, etc. Specifically, a manufacturer should set a set of forum reservation rules in advance, publish them to the official website or default them to the "forum" setting, so as to guide the application of the forum to make appropriate treatment according to the reservation rules published in advance when there is a debate. The rules for retaining and deleting the forum are automatically updated OTA.
In some embodiments, the display device may provide a function that the host uniformly reserves or discards all discussion areas where the host is located; the display device may also provide a separate reservation or discard function by the moderator for the target forum currently participating in the discussion; the display device can also provide a function of keeping or discarding a part of the parts selected by the owner from all discussion areas where the owner locates.
In some embodiments, whether the respective forum for each live program is reserved may be automatically determined by the system. At this time, the operating system of the display apparatus 200 is further configured to:
step 181, responding to the received instruction of ending the playing of the specified program, and combining with the setting information whether the corresponding forum is reserved, acquiring the discussion message information in the target forum corresponding to the specified program to be reserved, wherein the target forum includes one of the main forum and the slave forum.

The setting information of whether the forum is reserved may be the result of whether the forum set in advance by the user is reserved. At the end of the live program, if the live interface is preset to need to retain the discussion message, the discussion message information includes, but is not limited to, the number of message pieces, the number of message clauses, the discussion heat, etc. The specified rule may be that different types of discussion message information have different weight values, and the different weight values affect the length of the retention period. The display device calculates a target retention period for each forum in accordance with a prescribed rule based on the discussion message information. If the calculated target retention period is 0, the corresponding discussion area can be directly deleted; if the calculated target retention period is not 0, store the discussion message of the target discussion zone in terms of a specific value.
In some embodiments, the user may participate in the discussion while the program is live; after the live discussion is finished, the discussion area will disappear from the "current live discussion area list" of the display device, but will be transferred to the "historical discussion area list". When the discussion area changes to the historical discussion area, the user name with the special live mark will automatically disappear the 'live mark'. Then, the operating system of the display device 200 is further configured to: adding a target forum stored based on a target retention period as a historical forum into a historical forum list; in response to detecting that the user generates a new discussion message based on the historical discussion section, updating the discussion message of the historical discussion section based on the new discussion message, wherein the target retention period of the historical discussion section does not change along with the newly added discussion message.
After the forum is reserved, the forum is filed in a historical forum and reserved according to the channel name, the date and time of the live program, the starting and ending time of the program, the program name, the subject of the forum and other keyword sequences. The owner, by default, in the historical forum is still the cloud platform administrator. Any user on the cloud platform can enter the historical forum again to view and send new messages, and then the messages are stored in the historical forum. However, the history information in the history discussion area can not be modified or deleted by the later person. Newly added discussion content in the historical discussion area is also ranked according to the popularity of the participating topics; the high heat will also award points to the corresponding deck owner at the end of the historic forum. Thus: if someone participates in the historical forum and asks the manager for the owner of the historical forum, the manager can also obtain the owner bonus point at the end of the forum if the heat of the discussion topic can reach the bonus point standard. FIG. 14 illustrates a schematic diagram of a corpus interface, according to some embodiments. Referring to fig. 14, when the user defines the corpus, the user triggers an addition control in the corpus interface, pops up an addition popup, and the user inputs a new corpus in the addition popup and updates the new corpus into the corpus. In some embodiments, the discussion area provided by the display device may also preset a corpus. The corpus is pre-stored in a corpus by a special person and an expert to form a huge and classified corpus treasure house. The preset corpus cannot be edited, modified or deleted, and can only be used for forwarding, inserting, predicting and associating. In some embodiments, the user-defined corpus, the display device, by default, is synchronized to the cloud platform in time. In some embodiments, each forum may be configured with a host for management. In some embodiments, the forum has push capabilities. In order to improve the intelligence of the discussion area, according to the history attention programs and history messages of the users, the display device provides a searching function of history messages of different users, and provides possibly related statements and push of the users during searching. Depending on the favorite board and the speech of the user in the respective forum before, a possible "user of possible interest", "a possible popular topic" is provided in his new forum, a "possible travel route" is pushed to him appropriately "," a possible favorite food spot "etc. According to the video types frequently participating in discussion by the user, other videos to be broadcast in the near future are recommended to the user (including and not limited to the upcoming channel, the viewing mode, the scheduled broadcasting date-time program list, the number of users who also reserve the video, the real-time discussion popularity of the video, and the ranking of the related real-time discussion topic popularity of the video).
In some embodiments, the forum may also have a collection function. The forum also has a flexible and rich collection of classical functions. The method can collect the classical scenes in the live broadcast film and the golden words, the classical motions, the expression bags with exploded patterns and the like in a discussion area in real time, and form a special and unique golden sentence corpus of the user. The corpora collected by the user can be synchronized to the cloud platform in time.
In some embodiments, the forum is intelligent to intelligently predict user input needs. The intelligence of the forum also provides the forum with an excellent use experience. For example, after the user inputs "Nice to", predictions such as "meet you", "see you", etc. are automatically provided. The user classical sentences are automatically associated. In some embodiments, the forum functionality may also be applied in terminal devices. The discussion area on each terminal device can be synchronized and updated with real-time data of each display device in a bidirectional and multidirectional manner through the cloud platform. The synchronization and the updating comprise the timely synchronization of all user messages in various topic forums in which the users participate on a plurality of terminals of the forum, and also comprise the permission and operation of a deck owner, the closing and opening of the forum, an inquiry box for inquiring whether to abandon the forum or not received by the deck owner when closing the forum, and the like, and the messages can appear on all other terminals App with the forum not only on the display device side forum. The user can input messages through the discussion area of the display device and process pop-up boxes, and the messages can be processed through all the terminal devices downloading the application, and the messages can be automatically synchronized to all the terminal devices in which the discussion area is located.
In some embodiments of the present application, when the display device communicates with the terminal device, the operating system of the display device 200 is further configured to:
step 1111, responding to the connection between the display device and at least one terminal device, and synchronously updating the discussion messages of all discussion areas corresponding to the specified program to all terminal devices connected with the display device in real time for displaying.
Step 1112, receiving a new discussion message generated by the local user at the target discussion area of the respective terminal device end and sent by at least one terminal device, and synchronously updating the new discussion message sent by all the terminal devices to the corresponding position of the target discussion area of the display device.
The display device and at least one terminal device can be connected in a mode of establishing connection through a network and a cloud platform of a television manufacturer, and can also be connected in other modes such as a WIFI screen projection mode.
The live forums on the display device side create several forums, and the several forums can appear synchronously in the live forum applications on the other corresponding terminal devices. On different terminals such as a television, a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet, a notebook and the like, as long as the application of the live television forum is installed, the change of the forum on any terminal equipment can be automatically updated and synchronized.
The user can change the forum setting at the display device end, and select which forums on the terminal device need to be synchronized. The default settings are: all the latest messages on the forum at the display device will be automatically synchronized on all devices. The user can also select whether the latest message on the discussion area of the terminal equipment where the user is currently located needs to be synchronously displayed. The user may also select the time limit for the latest messages that can be synchronized on his current terminal device, such as synchronizing messages within 3 days, within 1 day, within 1 hour, etc.
According to the display equipment provided by some embodiments of the application, when a discussion method in a program live broadcasting process is executed, a live broadcasting interface is displayed in a display in response to a watching instruction generated when a user triggers a specified program; upon detecting that the forum function is in an on state, a forum is created for a given program that includes a first topic, with the users of the forum including all viewing users who view the given program. In response to an instruction to create a secondary forum generated by a target viewing user in the primary forum, a secondary forum is created for a specified program that includes a second subject. The display equipment can be used for the user to discuss relevant information such as program contents and the like with other users in real time when watching the live program, so that the user can know the information which the user wants to know in real time, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 15 shows a flowchart of a discussion method in a process of a terminal device performing live program according to some embodiments. Some embodiments of the present application provide a terminal device 300, including: a display configured to display a user interface; a communicator configured to connect with a display device; an operating system coupled to the display and the communicator, the operating system, when performing the method of discussion during live programming as shown in fig. 15, being configured to perform the steps of:
and S21, responding to a starting instruction generated by triggering the discussion area application by a user, and displaying a discussion area main interface in the display, wherein the discussion area main interface comprises different programs.
And S22, responding to an instruction of triggering a specified program in the main interface of the forum triggered by the user, and acquiring at least one forum corresponding to the specified program and a discussion message corresponding to each forum, which are sent by the display device.
And S23, generating a forum display interface based on the at least one forum and the discussion message corresponding to each forum, and displaying the forum display interface on a display.
And S24, acquiring new discussion messages generated by the user based on the target forum and from different terminal devices and display devices, and sending the new discussion messages to all the terminal devices and display devices, wherein the new discussion messages are displayed in the target forum.
The forum function of the display device end configuration may be installed into any terminal device in the form of a forum application. The user triggers the application of the discussion area in the terminal equipment, and displays a main interface of the discussion area, wherein different television stations are displayed in the main interface of the discussion area. The user selects one of the television stations to play, and the corresponding appointed program of the television station can be played. The appointed program and the appointed program played by the display device end are the same live program.
When a user views a specified program in terminal equipment, the display equipment synchronizes all discussion areas and discussion messages corresponding to the specified program to the terminal equipment. The terminal equipment generates a discussion area display interface based on all discussion areas and discussion messages corresponding to the specified program, and displays the discussion area display interface in a display of the terminal equipment.
FIG. 16 illustrates a schematic diagram of a discussion zone display interface in accordance with some embodiments. Referring to FIG. 16, the forum display interface includes a discussion message display, a forum list and a function button display. All the forums corresponding to the specified program are displayed in the forum list, and if the local terminal user selects one of the forums, the discussion message sent by each viewing user in the forum is displayed in the discussion message display area. For example, if the local user selects the forum "1, xxx" in the forum window displayed in the local terminal device, the discussion message sent by the users a, B, C is viewed in the forum "1, xxx" displayed in the discussion message display. The function button display area includes various function buttons provided by the discussion area function, which can be referred to the content shown in fig. 11 and will not be described herein.
In some embodiments, the forum display interface may also display a live interface for displaying program content for a specified program.
In some embodiments, the local user inputs a new discussion message based on the corresponding target discussion area in the discussion message display area of the terminal device, and the terminal device synchronizes the new discussion message to the display device side playing the specified program and other terminal devices participating in the discussion.
It should be noted that, for the process of generating a new discussion message by the terminal device and synchronizing the new discussion message with other devices, reference may be made to the contents of step 1111 to step 1112 provided in the foregoing embodiment of the display device, which is not described herein again.
According to the terminal equipment provided by some embodiments of the application, when a discussion method in a program live broadcasting process is executed, a starting instruction generated by a user triggering a discussion area application is responded, and a discussion area main interface is displayed in a display; responding to an instruction of a user for triggering a specified program in a main interface of a forum, acquiring at least one forum corresponding to the specified program and discussion messages corresponding to each forum sent by a display device, and generating a forum display interface to be displayed in a display; and acquiring new discussion messages generated by a user based on the target forum and coming from different terminal devices and display devices, and sending the new discussion messages to all the terminal devices and display devices to be displayed in the corresponding target forums. This terminal equipment provides the multiple mode in operation discussion district, and terminal equipment carries out message synchronization with display device, can supply the user to discuss relevant information such as program content with other users in real time when watching the live program, and the user of being convenient for can know the information that it wants to learn in real time, improves user experience.
FIG. 5 illustrates a flow diagram of a method for a display device to create a master-slave forum during a live program, according to some embodiments. Referring to fig. 5, some embodiments of the present application provide a discussion method in a live program process, which is applied to a display device, and the method includes:
s11, responding to a watching instruction generated when a user triggers a specified program, generating a live interface, displaying the live interface on a display, and displaying the program content of the specified program on the live interface;
s12, in response to the situation that the forum function is detected to be in an open state, creating a forum including a first subject for the specified program, wherein users in the forum include all watching users watching the specified program, and the forum is used for all watching users to discuss in real time based on the first subject;
and S13, in response to an instruction generated by a target viewing user in the main forum to create a slave forum, creating one or more slave forums including a second subject for the specified program.
Fig. 15 shows a flowchart of a discussion method in a process of a terminal device performing live program according to some embodiments. Referring to fig. 15, some embodiments of the present application provide a discussion method in a program live broadcasting process, where the discussion method is applied to a terminal device, and the method includes:
and S21, responding to a starting instruction generated by triggering the discussion area application by a user, and displaying a discussion area main interface in the display, wherein the discussion area main interface comprises different programs.
And S22, responding to an instruction of a specified program in the main screen of the forum triggered by the user, and acquiring at least one forum corresponding to the specified program and a discussion message corresponding to each forum sent by the display device.
And S23, generating a forum display interface based on the at least one forum and the discussion message corresponding to each forum, and displaying the forum display interface on a display.
And S24, acquiring a new discussion message generated by the user based on the target discussion area and from different terminal devices and display devices, and sending the new discussion message to all the terminal devices and the display devices, wherein the new discussion message is displayed in the target discussion area.
In a specific implementation, the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium may store a program, and when the program is executed, the program may include some or all of the steps in the embodiments of the discussion method in the program live broadcasting process provided by the present invention. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a read-only memory (ROM) or a Random Access Memory (RAM).
Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the techniques of the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented as software plus a required general purpose hardware platform. Claims (18)

1. A display device, comprising:
a display configured to display a user interface;
an operating system connected with the display, the operating system configured to:
responding to a watching instruction generated when a user triggers a specified program, generating a live interface, displaying the live interface in a display, and displaying the program content of the specified program in the live interface;
in response to detecting that the forum function is in an open state, creating a forum including a first topic for the specified program, wherein users of the forum include all watching users who watch the specified program, and the forum is used for all watching users who watch the specified program to discuss in real time based on the first topic;
in response to an instruction to create a secondary forum generated by a target viewing user in the primary forum, one or more secondary forums including a second subject are created for the specified program.
2. The display device of claim 1, wherein the operating system is further configured to:
when a target viewing user in the subject forum creates a slave forum, the target viewing user who creates the slave forum is automatically added to the slave forum, and the target viewing user acts as a user of both the subject forum and the slave forum.
3. The display device of claim 2, wherein the operating system is further configured to:
when a target viewing user in the main forum creates a slave forum, generating a slave forum new notification, and sending the slave forum new notification to the main forum, wherein the slave forum new notification is used for prompting any viewing user in the main forum to join the slave forum for discussion based on a second topic;
in response to an instruction that at least one viewing user in the main forum triggers the secondary forum new notification, adding the user to the secondary forum after the at least one viewing user triggers the secondary forum new notification, the at least one viewing user simultaneously serving as a user of both the main and secondary forums.
4. The display device of claim 2, wherein the operating system is further configured to:
in the process of playing a specified program, if the operating system detects that an unviewed user who does not watch the specified program exists, the unviewed user is not automatically added into any discussion area corresponding to the specified program;
in response to a join request generated by the unviewed user based on a target forum, joining the unviewed user to the target forum, the target forum including at least one of a main forum and a secondary forum corresponding to the specified program.
5. The display device of claim 1, wherein the operating system is further configured to:
responding to a switching instruction of a user for switching from watching a specified program to watching a second specified program, and switching and displaying a second live broadcast interface in a display, wherein the second live broadcast interface is used for playing the program content of the second specified program;
if a second main discussion area which corresponds to the second specified program and comprises a third subject exists, all users watching the second specified program automatically join the second main discussion area, and the second main discussion area is used for all users watching the second specified program to discuss in real time based on the third subject;
if a second main discussion area which comprises a third subject and corresponds to the second specified program does not exist, a second main discussion area which comprises the third subject is created for the second specified program, and all users who watch the second specified program are automatically added into the second main discussion area.
6. The display device of claim 1, wherein the operating system is further configured to:
generating a forum window based on at least one of the main forum and the secondary forum, and displaying the forum window in a first form in a live interface, wherein the discussion message of a target forum is shown in the first form of the forum window, and the target forum comprises at least one of the main forum and the secondary forum;
and in response to a form switching instruction triggered by a user, displaying the forum window in a live interface in a second form, wherein the forum window in the second form shows identification information of the target forum but does not show discussion messages of the target forum.
7. The display device of claim 6, wherein the operating system is further configured to:
performing image analysis on a program content picture in the live interface;
and if the free area exists in the program content picture obtained by analysis, displaying the forum window in a third form in the free area of the live broadcast picture according to the size and the position of the free area, wherein the forum window in the third form displays discussion messages generated by the target forum.
8. The display device of claim 1, wherein the operating system is further configured to:
generating a first program display page corresponding to a specified program, and displaying the first program display page in a display;
generating a forum interface of a specified program based on at least one of the main forum and the secondary forum;
displaying the discussion zone interface and the live interface in a first program display page in a particular form, the particular form including one of a simultaneous display form and a non-simultaneous display form.
9. The display device according to claim 6 or 8, wherein the operating system is further configured to:
generating a forum list based on the main forum and the secondary forums when a target forum is displayed in the forum window or the forum interface;
the forum listing is displayed in a forum interface, or, while the forum window is displayed in a first format, a selected forum from the forum listing is displayed in the first format forum window.
10. The display device of claim 1, wherein the operating system is further configured to:
responding to the connection between the display equipment and at least one terminal equipment, and synchronously updating discussion messages of all discussion areas corresponding to the specified program to all the terminal equipment connected with the display equipment in real time for displaying;
receiving a new discussion message generated by a local user at a target discussion area of a respective terminal device end and sent by the at least one terminal device, and synchronously updating the new discussion message sent by all the terminal devices to a corresponding position of the target discussion area of the display device.
11. The display device of claim 1, wherein the operating system is further configured to:
in response to receiving the instruction of ending the playing of the specified program, judging the affiliation of the version of each target discussion area;
if the version of the target forum is the system version, deleting the discussion message of the target forum;
if the theme of the target forum is the user, generating a query prompt for whether the forum remains, and displaying the query prompt for whether the forum remains in a display of the user as the theme, wherein the display of a non-editorial main user of the target forum does not display the query prompt for whether the forum remains, and the query prompt for whether the forum remains comprises a selection item for representing at least one of a retention period and a abandonment retention;
in response to the user triggering whether the forum retains a specified option in a query prompt, executing an operation corresponding to the specified option on a target forum of the specified program, wherein the target forum comprises at least one of a main forum and a slave forum.
12. The display device of claim 1, wherein the operating system is further configured to:
in response to receiving a playing ending instruction of the specified program, acquiring discussion message information in a target discussion area corresponding to the specified program needing to be reserved in combination with setting information of whether the corresponding discussion area is reserved or not, wherein the target discussion area comprises at least one of a main discussion area and a slave discussion area;
and based on the discussion message information, calculating a target retention period of the target forum according to a specified rule, and storing the discussion message of the target forum based on the target retention period.
13. The display device of claim 11 or 12, wherein the operating system is further configured to:
adding a target forum stored based on a target retention period as a historical forum into a historical forum list;
in response to detecting that the user generates a new discussion message based on the historical discussion section, updating the discussion message of the historical discussion section based on the new discussion message, wherein the target retention period of the historical discussion section does not change along with the newly added discussion message.
14. The display device of claim 1, wherein the operating system is further configured to:
obtaining a discussion message generated by each user in a target discussion area corresponding to the specified program, wherein the target discussion area comprises at least one of a main discussion area and a slave discussion area;
analyzing all discussion messages in the target discussion area, and determining discussion characteristics of all users in the target discussion area on the basis of a target subject, wherein the target subject comprises one of a first subject and a second subject;
and generating a corresponding feature tag based on the discussion feature, and adding the feature tag on the target discussion area according to a system strategy.
15. The display device of claim 1, wherein the operating system is further configured to:
responding to an instruction for triggering a corpus in a discussion area window, generating a corpus interface, and displaying the corpus interface in a display, wherein the corpus interface comprises a plurality of preset corpora, editing controls and adding controls;
responding to an instruction generated by a user selecting a target corpus and triggering an editing control, and editing the target corpus;
in response to an instruction generated by a user triggering an adding control, adding new corpora, and updating a corpus based on the new corpora, wherein in the discussion area window, the user can add each piece of discussion message to the corresponding corpus, and determine the discussion area message which is approved by the user and the frequency of adding the corpus reaches a specified standard as a standard gold sentence, and generate a gold sentence index corresponding to each message, and recommend the standard gold sentence to the corpus of each user as a candidate corpus.
16. A terminal device, comprising:
a display configured to display a user interface;
a communicator configured to connect with a display device;
an operating system connected with the display and communicator, the operating system configured to:
displaying a forum main interface in a display in response to a user triggering a start instruction generated by a forum application, wherein the forum main interface comprises different programs;
responding to an instruction that a user triggers a specified program in the main interface of the forum, and acquiring at least one forum corresponding to the specified program and a discussion message corresponding to each forum, which are sent by a display device;
generating a forum display interface based on the at least one forum and the discussion message corresponding to each forum, and displaying the forum display interface on a display;
and acquiring a new discussion message generated by a user based on a target discussion area and from different terminal devices and display devices, and sending the new discussion message to all the terminal devices and the display devices, wherein the new discussion message is displayed in the target discussion area.
17. A discussion method in a program live broadcast process is applied to a display device, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to a watching instruction generated when a user triggers a specified program, generating a live interface, displaying the live interface on a display, and displaying the program content of the specified program on the live interface;
in response to detecting that the forum function is in an open state, creating a forum including a first subject for the specified program, wherein users of the forum include all watching users watching the specified program, and the forum is used for all watching users watching the specified program to conduct real-time discussion based on the first subject;
in response to an instruction to create a secondary forum generated by a target viewing user in the primary forum, one or more secondary forums including a second subject are created for the specified program.
18. A discussion method in a program live broadcast process is applied to terminal equipment, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
displaying a forum main interface in a display in response to a user triggering a start instruction generated by a forum application, wherein the forum main interface comprises different programs;
responding to an instruction of a user for triggering a specified program in the main interface of the forum, and acquiring at least one forum corresponding to the specified program and discussion messages corresponding to each forum, which are sent by a display device;
generating a forum display interface based on the at least one forum and the discussion message corresponding to each forum, and displaying the forum display interface on a display;
and acquiring a new discussion message generated by a user based on a target discussion area and from different terminal devices and display devices, and sending the new discussion message to all the terminal devices and the display devices, wherein the new discussion message is displayed in the target discussion area.
