When the box door 2 is closed and in a closed state, the small air pump 402 continuously pumps the air inside the box door 2 into the end pipe 401 connected with the small air pump 402, then the air flows into the transverse conduit 400 through the buckle ring 405 buckled in the end pipe 401, the air inside the box door 2 is introduced into the transverse conduit 400 through the small air pump 402, moisture mixed in the air is absorbed by the desiccant particles 409 in the transverse conduit 400, and the dried and dehumidified air is discharged by the other end pipe 401 communicated with the other end of the transverse conduit 400, so that active circulation drying and dehumidifying treatment of the moisture inside the box door 2 is realized, compared with the traditional mode of passively dehumidifying and drying by placing a desiccant in a breathable container, the dehumidifying and drying device can realize better dehumidifying and drying effects and high dehumidifying and drying efficiency on the inside of the box door 2.

Under the effect of the elastic force of the spring, the arc limiting head 502 extending out of the transverse groove can limit the transverse guide pipe 400 above the arc limiting head, so that each transverse guide pipe 400 is limited to slide downwards, and when a worker does not drive the transverse guide pipe 400 to move up and down through the longitudinal piston cylinder 300, the transverse guide pipe 400 filled with the desiccant particles 409 can be stably fixed.
