Abstract

and S5, removing the insulating blanket clamp operating rod from the insulating blanket, inserting another insulating blanket clamp into the holding piece, and repeating the steps S1 to S4 until all insulating blanket clamps are installed at the insulating blanket.
The holding piece designed by the invention can be used for restraining the insulating blanket clamp handle by the movable restraining part specially designed according to the mode of holding the clamp handle by hands, has wider applicability, can be compatible with insulating blanket clamps with various specifications, and has the following advantages;
1. the purpose of controlling the insulating blanket clamp is achieved by the design of fixing the tightness device for the blanket clamp, so that the insulating blanket can be used in ground potential live-line work, and the use range of the insulating blanket clamp in the live-line work is expanded.
2. Through the design of the connecting rotating shaft, the fixing angle of the blanket clamp becomes flexible, and not only the insulating blanket in the vertical direction is fixed.
