Abstract

The fixing and anti-loosening device comprises: the first metal plate and the second metal plate are made of different materials, and the connecting part and the limiting part are connected; the first metal plate is provided with a through hole and at least one open slot, and the open slot is connected with the through hole; the second metal plate is provided with a connecting hole, and the connecting part passes through the through hole and is inserted into the connecting hole to be fixed; and a limiting part is arranged in the groove and is fixedly connected with the connecting part. The fixing and anti-loosening device can be used for fixing. A cartridge fuel assembly comprising said securing and anti-loosening means. The fixing and anti-loosening device disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, small in occupied space and strong in operability, and can realize fixing and loosening prevention among different materials in a small space. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fuel assemblies, in particular to a fixing anti-loosening device and method and a box fuel assembly.
Background
The nuclear fuel assembly is the core of the reactor, and is designed into different forms according to different application reactor types and reactor performance indexes and by comprehensively considering a plurality of factors such as assembly safety, economy, processing simplicity and the like. According to whether a single group of fuel assemblies is mixed with a surrounding fuel assembly by a coolant, the fuel assemblies can be divided into a box fuel assembly and an open type fuel assembly, wherein the box fuel assembly is provided with a fuel box which is circumferentially and closely wrapped on the periphery of a fuel rod bundle and is mainly used in research reactors and fast reactors, and the open type fuel assembly is not provided with the wrapping structure and is mainly used in commercial pressurized water reactors.
In the fuel assembly, a plurality of parts need to be fixed and anti-loose designed so as to resist the unstable structure influence of the fuel assembly caused by a plurality of factors such as vibration, abrasion, impact and fatigue in a reactor. In the existing common tape box fuel assembly, a fuel box, an upper transition joint and a lower transition joint are made of the same material, the welding compatibility of the same material is good, the quality of a welding line easily meets the design requirement, and the fuel box and the upper transition joint and the lower transition joint can be connected and fixed in a butt-joint girth welding mode.
In some novel tape box fuel assemblies, due to considerations of reactor physics, radiation swelling and the like of related materials, the fuel cartridge and the upper and lower transition joints or other parts are made of different materials, and if the fuel cartridge and the upper and lower transition joints or other parts are connected and fixed in a conventional butt-joint girth welding mode, the conditions that the quality of a welding seam, the surface quality of the welding seam and the connection strength cannot meet design requirements exist, which brings great challenges to the safety of the fuel assembly in the reactor.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: a fixing and anti-loosening device, a fixing and anti-loosening method and a tape-box fuel assembly are provided, different materials can be fixed, and the connection strength and quality can meet the requirements of nuclear facilities.

The upper end of the connecting part 1 has a boss, and the upper end of the connecting part 1 is the side close to the first metal plate 3. The boss can compress the limiting part 2 to avoid transverse movement.
The connecting part 1 may be embodied as a screw, bolt or other part with connecting and prestressing capability. Preferably, the material of the connecting member 1 is the same as the second metal plate 4.

The first metal plate 3 is provided with a slot, and the slot is connected with the through hole.
The limiting part 2 is placed in the slot of the first metal plate 3 and is plugged tightly;
the connecting part 1 is of a screw structure, passes through the through hole of the first metal plate 1, is screwed into the connecting hole of the second metal plate 4, and applies pretightening force to realize the primary connection and fixation of the first metal plate 3 and the second metal plate 4;
as shown in fig. 2, the slotting shape of the first metal plate 3 is consistent with that of the connecting part 1 and the limiting part 2, and the slotting space of the first metal plate 3 is filled with the limiting part 2, so that the first metal plate 3, the second metal plate 4, the connecting part 1 and the limiting part 2 are transversely fixed;
the contact part of the connecting part 1 and the limiting part 2 is subjected to spot welding, the rotation of the connecting part 1 is limited, so that the looseness prevention of the connecting part 1 and the limiting part 2 is realized, and meanwhile, the first metal plate 3 and the second metal plate 4 are completely fixed and have looseness prevention capability.

as shown in FIG. 4, the fuel bundle 13 is located at the center of the fuel assembly, and the hanging head 7, the upper enclosure 8, the upper grid 9, the fuel cartridge 10, the lower grid 11, and the lower end 12 are connected in sequence and form an independent channel to enclose the fuel bundle 13.
The hoisting head 7 is used for lifting, placing and grabbing in the component transferring process; the upper enclosure 8 is used for preventing foreign matters in the reactor from flowing into the fuel assembly; the cartridge 10 provides a closed flow path for coolant flowing through the fuel bundle 13; the upper grid plate 9 connects the upper enclosure 8 with the fuel cartridge 10, has an open-pore structure in the center, and provides positioning for the upper ends of the fuel bundles 13; the lower grid plate 11 connects the fuel cartridge 10 with the lower end 12, has an open hole structure in the center, and provides lower end positioning for the fuel bundle 13; the lower end 12 is seated in the lower grid plate 11 of the reactor core to support and fix the assembly;
the materials of the hoisting head 7, the upper surrounding shell 8, the upper grid plate 9, the lower grid plate 11 and the lower end 12 are stainless steel, the material of the fuel box 10 is zirconium, and the quality of a welding seam, the surface quality of the welding seam and the connection strength cannot be ensured according to a conventional welding method;
therefore, by applying the fixing and anti-loosening method, the hoisting head 7 is connected with the upper enclosing plate through pins and fixed through spot welding, and the upper enclosing shell 8 and the upper grid plate 9, and the lower grid plate 11 and the lower end 12 are fixed through butt-joint circumferential welding;
as shown in fig. 5, the fuel cartridge 10 is externally sleeved on the upper grid 9 and the lower grid 11 and is in close contact therewith.
The fuel box 10 is provided with a groove, the upper grid plate 9 and the lower grid plate 11 are both provided with threaded holes, and the groove of the fuel box 10 corresponds to the threaded holes of the upper grid plate 9 and the lower grid plate 11;
the anti-loosening sheet 6 is placed in a groove of the fuel box 10, the screw 5 is inserted into the groove of the fuel box 10 and screwed into the threaded holes of the upper grid plate 9 and the lower grid plate 11, and pretightening force is applied to realize the primary connection and fixation of the fuel box 10 and the upper grid plate 9 as well as the lower grid plate 11;
the fuel box 10 is slotted in a shape consistent with the shape of the screw 5 and the anti-loosening sheet 6, and the screw 5 and the anti-loosening sheet 6 fill up the slotted space of the fuel box 10, so that the fuel box 10, the upper grid plate 9, the lower grid plate 11, the screw 5 and the anti-loosening sheet 6 are fixed transversely;
the contact part of the connecting part 1 and the limiting part 2 is spot-welded to limit the rotation of the connecting part 1, so that the locking of the screw 5 and the locking piece 6 is realized, and meanwhile, the fuel cartridge 10, the upper grid plate 9 and the lower grid plate 11 are completely fixed and have locking capability.
