Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In recent years, meridian and acupoint detection technology is becoming mature. Since the 60 s, scholars at home and abroad prove that the health situation relationship of deficiency, excess, cold, heat and the like of meridian points corresponds to the volt-ampere characteristic of the meridian points after micro-current is applied to the meridian points through a large number of researches. Provides scientific basis for the existence of meridian points.
According to the classic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the back transport points are closely related to the zang-fu organs, but the 24 back transport points are located on the bladder meridian, and are greatly influenced by the single meridian of the bladder meridian, and the difference between the values is small, so that the accurate analysis is difficult.
In order to solve the above problems, embodiments of the present invention provide a back acupoint analyzer and a back acupoint analysis method, which include auxiliary positioning of back acupoints, data acquisition of deficiency and excess cold and heat of back acupoints, and data processing of deficiency and excess cold and heat of back acupoints, so as to meet the rules of electrophysiological properties of acupoints and facilitate understanding by users.
The back acupoint analyzer provided by the embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 1.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a back acupoint analyzer according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the back acupoint analyzer according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: image capture device 110, computing device 120, and image display device 130;
the image acquisition device 110 is configured to acquire an original image, where the original image is a back image of a given individual to be tested, and a plurality of feature points are preset on the back of the given individual to be tested;
the computing device 120 is configured to determine the locations of the back acupoints of the given subject to be measured based on the correspondence between the feature points and the back acupoints and the original map, and generate a meridian acupoint location map; the corresponding relationship between the characteristic points and the points on the back is preset;
the image display device 130 is used for displaying the meridian point location map.
Specifically, the image capturing device 110 may be an image capturing device such as a camera, a video recorder, or an infrared camera, and it should be understood that the above is an example for facilitating understanding of the embodiment of the present invention, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific type of the image capturing device as long as the image capturing function can be implemented, and the captured original image can distinguish the feature point from the back image of the given individual to be measured.
The feature points are used to identify the feature location of a given individual to be measured. The feature points may be set by a user on the back of a given individual to be tested in advance, and for example, the given individual to be tested may be prone to be attached to the feature points by the user (e.g., an instrument operator) on the back of the given individual to be tested. It should be understood that the feature points are set for a given individual to be tested, for example, the feature points may be bony feature points for identifying the bone position of each given individual to be tested, the bone position of each individual is not completely the same, for example, there are individual differences in the bone node size or bone spacing, and the feature points set according to the actual bone condition of the individual can reflect the different features of the individual.
It should be understood that the correspondence between the feature points and the points on the back is different according to the positions of the feature points; it can also be understood that the feature points are set at positions corresponding to the preset correspondence between the feature points and the points on the back, that is, the feature points are set according to the requirement of the preset correspondence between the feature points and the points on the back. The correspondence between the feature points and the back acupoints may be pre-stored or may be input by the user in advance, which is an example for understanding the embodiment of the present invention.
The computing device 120 may identify the feature points, for example, the color and size of the feature points may be preset, and the computing device determines the feature points by the color and the color range. Alternatively, the computing device may determine the color range based on the size of the feature points. It should be understood that the above is an example for facilitating understanding of the embodiment of the present invention, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit how the feature points are identified.
The computing device 120 can determine the locations of the back acupoints based on the feature points and the predetermined correspondence between the feature points and the back acupoints. For example, the correspondence between the predetermined characteristic points and the acupoints on the back may include: the midpoint between each two sequentially located feature points is a back acupoint, and the computing device 120 can determine the location of the back acupoints according to the identified feature points and their corresponding relationships. It should be understood that the above description is provided for the convenience of understanding the embodiments of the present invention, and the specific contents of the correspondence relationship between the feature points and the acupoints on the back are not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
After determining the points, the computing device 120 can add point locations to the original map, generate a map of the location of the points, and send the map to the image display device 130. The meridian point location map is displayed by the image display apparatus 130.
The back acupoint analyzer provided by the embodiment of the invention determines the position of the back acupoint through the characteristic points and the corresponding relation between the characteristic points and the back acupoint, and the characteristic points are set according to the actual situation of an individual, so that the difference characteristics of the individual can be reflected, for example, the characteristic points are set as the third section of the cervical vertebra and the first section of the coccyx, and the position of the characteristic point of each individual is different due to the influence factors such as age, health condition and environment; therefore, the positions of the back acupoints are determined according to the characteristic points and the corresponding relation between the characteristic points and the back acupoints, the positions of the back acupoints can be determined for each individual, accuracy of determining the positions of the back acupoints of the individual is improved, and the positions of the back acupoints can be determined quickly through processing of computing equipment.
Optionally, the computing device 120 is further configured to determine a spine position of the given subject to be tested based on the corresponding relationship between the feature points and the spine and the original map;
the corresponding relation between the characteristic points and the spine is preset, and the meridian point positioning diagram comprises the positions of the back acupuncture points of the given to-be-detected individual and the spine position of the given to-be-detected individual.
Specifically, the computing device 120 may automatically identify the spine position in the original map based on the feature points of the given individual under test. Illustratively, the feature points may be 6, three of which are located at the spine position, and the computing device 120 may determine the spine from 3 feature points located at the spine position without determining the spine from all 6 feature points.
The correspondence between the feature points and the spine may be stored in advance or may be input in advance by the user.
The above description is provided as an example for facilitating understanding of the embodiment of the present invention, and the preset manner and content of the correspondence relationship between the feature point and the spine are not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the spine position can further assist the positioning of the back acupoints, so that the accuracy of the positioning of the back acupoints is improved.
Optionally, the correspondence between the feature points and the acupoints on the back includes: the position relationship between the characteristic points and the points on the back.
Specifically, the positional relationship between the feature points and the points on the back is used to determine the positions of the points on the back from the positions of the feature points. Exemplarily, the distance relationship between the feature points and the back acupoints can be considered, for example, 5cm on the left side of the feature point 1 is the back acupoint 1, and 3cm below the feature point 2 is the back acupoint 2; the center of the graph, which is composed of feature points 1, 2, and 3, is the dorsal acupoint. It should be understood that the above description is provided for the convenience of understanding the embodiments of the present invention, and the specific contents of the positional relationship between the feature points and the acupoints on the back are not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
Optionally, the correspondence between the feature points and the acupoints on the back includes: the proportional relationship between the positions of the characteristic points and the positions of the back acupoints.
Specifically, the proportional relationship between the feature point positions and the locations of the back acupoints refers to the relationship between the distance proportional relationship between the feature points and the locations of the back acupoints.
For example, if two feature points are used, the feature points 1 and 2 can be divided into 13 line segments in equal proportion, each line segment is divided into two equal proportion division points, and each division point corresponds to a back acupoint; for example, the spine position can be determined from the feature points, and the spine is divided into 13 line segments in equal proportion, each line segment is divided into equal proportion division points, and each division point corresponds to a dorsal acupuncture point. It should be understood that the above description is provided for the convenience of understanding the embodiments of the present invention, and the specific content of the proportional relationship between the positions of the feature points and the positions of the back acupoints is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that increasing the number of feature points can increase the accuracy of determining the points on the back, and for embodiments with multiple feature points, the embodiments of the present invention are not described in detail.
The back acupoint analyzer provided by the embodiment of the invention determines the positions of the back acupoints according to the proportional relationship between the positions of the characteristic points and the positions of the back acupoints, so that the applicability of positioning the back acupoints of different individuals can be improved. For example, the distances between acupoints are different between infants and adults, and if a fixed distance (e.g., 5cm or 10 cm) is used for positioning the back acupoints, errors are caused, and the proportional relationship is used, so that errors caused by individual differences are avoided, the accuracy of positioning the back acupoints is improved, and the analysis of the back acupoints is facilitated.
Optionally, the number of the feature points is 5.
According to the back acupoint analyzer provided by the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the number of the characteristic points is 5, the rapidness and the accuracy of positioning can be considered at the same time.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a second schematic structural view of the back acupoint analyzer according to the embodiment of the present invention, and the image display device 130 is a projector for projecting the meridian acupoint positioning map onto the back of the given subject.
Specifically, the projector projects the meridian point location map containing the information of the back shu points onto a given back, which can be used as a reference for locating the back shu points for a user (e.g., a user of the back shu point analyzer or a tester).
Optionally, the back acupoint analyzer further comprises a meridian acupoint electrical signal acquisition component;
the meridian point electric signal acquisition assembly comprises a measuring electrode and an auxiliary electrode, the auxiliary electrode is in a sheet shape, and the auxiliary electrode is suitable for being fixed on a body surface; the measuring electrodes are used for sequentially contacting each back acupoint to be measured of a given individual to be measured, collecting electric signals of each back acupoint to be measured, and generating volt-ampere characteristic data of the back acupoint to be measured based on the electric signals;
the computing equipment is used for calculating and acquiring the deficiency and excess values and the cold and heat values of the back acupuncture points to be detected based on the volt-ampere characteristic data corresponding to the back acupuncture points to be detected;
the computing equipment is further used for determining the deficiency and excess conditions of the back acupuncture points to be detected based on preset deficiency and excess reference values and the deficiency and excess values, and determining the cold and heat conditions of the back acupuncture points to be detected based on preset cold and heat reference values and the cold and heat values;
the back acupoints to be measured include any one of the back acupoints.
In an embodiment, fig. 3 is a third structural schematic view of the back acupoint analyzer according to the third embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the computer and the meridian acupoint electrical signal acquisition component of the back acupoint analyzer according to the third embodiment of the present invention may be connected via USB, the computing device may be a PC computer, which may be a desktop computer or a notebook computer, and the computing device has an idle USB interface and is compatible with USB1.1 protocol; the meridian point electric signal acquisition assembly can comprise two interfaces, namely a USB interface for connecting with a computer; and the 4-core aviation socket is characterized in that one contact is connected with the auxiliary electrode, the other three contacts are connected with the measuring electrode and the test chamber, and optionally, two contacts can be connected with the test chamber, and one contact is connected with the measuring electrode. The measuring electrode can be coated with normal saline to facilitate electric conduction and is clamped on the acupuncture points to be measured of the given individual to be measured, and a tester can detect the acupuncture points to be measured one by one to obtain volt-ampere characteristic data corresponding to each acupuncture point to be measured.
Specifically, the meridian point has a low resistance characteristic, and an electric signal can be obtained from the meridian point by inputting a trace of current or a trace of voltage, and the electric signal can be acquired by the meridian point electric signal acquisition assembly. The voltammetric data may be any one or a combination of: a current value; a voltage value; a current-voltage characteristic curve chart; a current-time volt-ampere characteristic curve chart; current time volt-ampere characteristic curve chart. Under the condition of introducing micro current, the volt-ampere characteristic data at least comprises a voltage value or a voltage characteristic curve chart of the back acupoint to be detected; under the condition of applying a small amount of voltage, the voltammetry data at least includes the current value or current characteristic curve of the back acupoints to be measured. It should be understood that the above are examples for understanding the present invention, and the present invention should not be construed as limited thereto, and the data representing the bioelectrical characteristics of the meridian point should be within the scope of the present invention.
For a specific individual, the data acquisition time, season, environment and the state of the individual itself all affect the electrical signal acquisition, for example, for a given individual a to be detected, the detection is performed at different times on the same day, the volt-ampere characteristic data corresponding to the detected acupuncture points are different, the virtual value and the cold value are also changed to some extent, if the virtual value and the cold value are determined based on the big data (for example, a large sample virtual value and a cold value are determined based on the volt-ampere characteristic data of 100 sample individuals), since the sample acquisition time cannot guarantee that the volt-ampere characteristic data acquisition time of the given individual to be detected is completely the same as the sample acquisition time of the given individual to be detected, even if the sample acquisition time of the given individual to be detected is the same as the data acquisition time of the given individual to be detected, the sample cannot guarantee that the sample is the same as the season, the environment and the like of the given individual to be detected, even if the external environment can be further kept the same, the psychological states of the sample and the individual to be detected cannot guarantee that the sample and the individual are completely consistent, the virtual value and the cold value determined based on the big data cannot be accurately applied to the given individual to be detected. Therefore, the back acupoint analyzer provided by the embodiment of the invention performs data analysis based on the volt-ampere characteristic data of the back acupoints to be detected of the given subject, obtains the false and real values and the cold and heat values by taking the back acupoints to be detected of the given subject as the processing object, only relates to the data of the given subject, and evaluates the false and real values and the cold and heat values of the given subject, so that the false and real values and the cold and heat values of the given subject can accurately reflect the health condition of the given subject, and the false and real values and the cold and heat values of the back acupoints of the given subject can be evaluated more accurately and effectively, so that the false and real values and the cold and heat values can be applied to the back acupoints of each specific subject, the problem of poor applicability of the false and real values and the cold and heat values caused by sample quantization data is avoided, the accuracy of evaluating the false and cold and heat values of the back acupoints on the subject is improved, and the targeted quantitative evaluation of the acquired subject is realized, and the data analysis is improved.
