In order to enable follow-up system management personnel to determine the physical states of multiple pets more conveniently, a predetermined training algorithm can be used, the training algorithm receives input existing user data (such as nasal print image information of multiple pets), then operation training is carried out, a state prediction model is formed as a result of the operation, the state prediction model is specifically used for obtaining the physical states of the multiple pets, the data of the multiple users are trained according to the steps by using a model building method to obtain the state prediction model, the nasal print image information of the multiple pets is characteristic information, the physical states of the multiple pets are label information, and the nasal print image information of a first pet is input into the state prediction model, so that the physical state of the first pet can be obtained (for example, whether the secretion of hormones of the pet is normal or whether the first pet has nutrition disorder can be judged from the nasal print of the first pet). If the physical state of the first pet is within the preset range of the normal condition, the first pet of the first user is indicated to meet the condition for configuring insurance (healthy, without high-incidence diseases marked on the insurance product for which insurance is forbidden), and the server can configure the first insurance product for the first pet of the first user. According to the scheme, the nasal print image information of the first pet is associated with the body state, so that the condition of configuring insurance is met and refined.
Optionally, after configuring the first insurance product for the first pet of the first user, if receiving an insurance claim settlement application for the first insurance product sent by the target user, at this time, the server needs to verify the identity of the target user according to the identity information carried by the target user, so as to determine which insurance product the target user claims, and if it is determined after verification that the target user is consistent with the applicant identity of the first insurance product, it indicates that the target user is the applicant of the first insurance product, and at this time, the server allows the target user to execute a claim settlement process for the first insurance product. For example, if the user a sends an insurance claim settlement application for insurance 1 to the server, the server needs to verify whether the identities of the user a and the applicant of the insurance 1 are consistent by verifying the identification information (such as fingerprint image information, iris image information, or facial image information) of the user a, and if the verification result indicates that the user a is the applicant transacting the insurance 1, it indicates that the user a is authorized to perform a subsequent claim settlement process related to the insurance 1 (for example, the user a needs to fill in relevant claim material of the insurance 1 and submit the relevant claim material to an insurance company). According to the scheme, the target user can execute the claim settlement process aiming at the first insurance product only after the identity of the target user is confirmed by the server, so that the reliability of insurance claim settlement is enhanced.
Optionally, after allowing the target user to perform the process of claim settlement for the first insurance, the server may further determine whether the target user has further insured other insurance products for his pet, and if so, further determine whether the insurance product is within the insurance validity period, and if not, the server may ask whether the target user needs to continue or needs to replace another type of insurance product, for example, if the server allows the user a to perform the process of claim settlement for insurance 1, it is determined that the user a has further insured insurance 2 and insurance 3, the insurance 2 has a guarantee period of 1 year, the insurance 2 currently applied by the user a is within the insurance validity period, but the insured insurance 3 has passed the insurance validity period, at this time, the server may actively send an inquiry message to the user a to determine whether the user a needs to continue for the insurance 3. According to the scheme, the user is actively confirmed whether other insurance products exist or not, whether other insurance products need to be continued or not, and the like, so that the insurance configuration efficiency can be improved, the experience of the user is improved, and convenience is provided for the user.
Optionally, after the server obtains the insurance product insured by the first user, a plurality of different types of insurance products insured by the first user for the first pet may also be obtained, and the insurance product with the latest insurance expiration date is determined for the plurality of different types of insurance products, if the insurer does not continue to guarantee or insures a new insurance product after the expiration date of the latest insurance product, the server may request the third party platform to update the information of the plurality of users and the information of the plurality of pets in the database (for example, if the first user insures a new insurance product after the expiration date of the latest insurance product expires, the server may request the third party platform to replace the old pet nose print image information with the new nose print image information, or if the first user does not continue to guarantee or does not insure a new insurance product after the expiration date of the latest insurance product expires, the server may request the third party platform to delete the nose print image information of the pet from the database), and the space of the database can be saved by updating the information of the plurality of users and the plurality of pets in the database.
In the embodiment of the application, the nose print image information of the pet is used as the identity of the pet, the identity of the pet is verified, whether the pet meets the condition for configuring insurance is determined, and if the identity verification is passed and the condition for configuring insurance is met, insurance is configured for the pet. Specifically, a first user uploads a nose print image of a first pet on a server, the server verifies whether information of the first pet is registered or not through whether nose print image information of the first pet exists in a database or not, and if the nose print image information of the first pet exists in the database and the information of the first pet and an owner associated with the first pet in the database is true and the first pet meets conditions for configuring insurance (for example, the first pet is healthy and does not have high-incidence diseases marked on an insurance product for insurance application), the server configures first insurance for the first pet of the first user. Regarding the technical problem of pet insurance, the chip is mainly implanted to bind the pet insurance in the prior art, but the cost for manufacturing the chip is high, so that the popularization rate of the pet insurance is low.
The method of the embodiments of the present application is explained in detail above, and the apparatus of the embodiments of the present application is provided below.
It should be understood that a plurality of devices, for example, configuration devices, provided in the embodiments of the present application include hardware structures, software modules, or a combination of hardware structures and software structures for performing the functions in the foregoing method embodiments, and the like.
Those of skill in the art will readily appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as hardware or combinations of hardware and computer software. Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. The embodiment of the application can divide the functional modules of the device. For example, each functional module may be divided in accordance with each function, or two or more functions may be integrated into one functional module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the division of the module is schematic, and is only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
For example, in the case where the respective functional blocks of the apparatus are divided in an integrated manner, the present application exemplifies several possible processing apparatuses.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an insurance provisioning apparatus 50 based on a pet nose print image according to an embodiment of the present application, where the insurance provisioning apparatus 50 may be a server or a device in the server, such as a chip, a software module, an integrated circuit, and the like. The insurance configuration device 50 is used to implement the aforementioned insurance configuration method based on pet nose print image, for example, the insurance configuration method based on pet nose print image shown in fig. 3.
In one possible embodiment, the insurance configuration device 50 may include an acquisition unit 501, a verification unit 502, and a configuration unit 503.
The acquiring unit 501 is configured to acquire the nasal print image information of the first pet uploaded by the first user;
the verification unit 502 is configured to verify whether the nasal print image information of the first pet exists in a database, where the database stores the nasal print image information of multiple pets and information of owners associated with each of the multiple pets;
if the nose print image information of the first pet exists in the database, and the owner corresponding to the first pet in the database is the first user, the configuration unit 503 is configured to configure a first insurance product for the first pet of the first user when the nose print image information of the first pet meets a condition for configuring insurance.
In the embodiment of the application, the nose print image information of the pet is used as the identity of the pet, the identity of the pet is verified, whether the pet meets the condition for configuring insurance is determined, and if the identity verification is passed and the condition for configuring insurance is met, insurance is configured for the pet. Specifically, a first user uploads a nose print image of a first pet on a server, the server verifies whether the information of the first pet is registered or not through whether the nose print image information of the first pet exists in a database or not, and if the nose print image information of the first pet exists in the database and the information of the first pet and an owner associated with the first pet in the database is true, and the first pet meets the condition of insurance configuration (for example, the first pet is healthy and does not have high-incidence diseases marked on an insurance product for insurance application), the server configures first insurance for the first pet of the first user. Regarding the technical problem of pet insurance, the chip is mainly implanted to bind the pet insurance in the prior art, but the cost for manufacturing the chip is high, so that the popularization rate of the pet insurance is low.
In another possible implementation manner, the database is a database of a third-party platform, the third-party platform is a preconfigured platform trusted by multiple parties, the third-party platform is a platform for verifying the identity of the pet and the owner of the pet, and the third-party platform is used for storing the verified pet and the owner of the pet in an associated manner for calling;
if the information of the nose print image of the first pet does not exist in the database, a sending unit is used for sending a first reminding message and second reminding information to the terminal of the first user, wherein the first reminding message is used for reminding the first pet that the first pet is not suitable for insuring the first insurance product, and the second reminding message is used for reminding the first user to submit the information of the first user and the first pet to the third-party platform.
In the embodiment of the application, the third party is a platform trusted by multiple parties such as users, servers, insurance companies and the like (such as a health and epidemic prevention department, a public security department and other business departments related to registration information and health information of pets), the server verifies the information uploaded by the first user through the information stored in the database of the third party, if no nose print image information of the first pet exists in the database, the server sends a reminding message to the terminal of the first user to indicate that the first user does not belong to a legal raiser legally holding a pet inspection certificate, a pet raising permission certificate and an immunity certificate, so that the first pet is not suitable for insuring a first insurance product, the first user needs to submit the related information to the third party platform and then waits for the third party platform to audit to pass, and the insurance can be purchased after the verification passes. According to the scheme, the trusted third-party platform verifies the information of the first user and the pet information of the first user, so that the insurance application quality of the pet is guaranteed, and the actual market requirements can be standardized.
In yet another possible embodiment, the method further includes:
a determining unit, configured to determine a physical state of the first pet according to the nose print image information of the first pet, wherein the physical state includes at least one of hormone secretion and nutritional status;
if the physical state of the first pet belongs to a preset normal condition, the configuration unit 503 is further configured to configure a first insurance product for the first pet of the first user.
In this embodiment, the physical status of the first pet is determined according to the nasal print image information of the first pet (for example, whether the secretion of hormones of the first pet is normal or whether the first pet is malnutritionally determined from the nasal print of the first pet), and if the physical status of the first pet is within a preset interval range of normal conditions, it indicates that the first pet of the first user meets the condition for configuring insurance (healthy, without suffering from high-incidence disease that prohibits insurance marked on an insurance product that is to be insured), the server may configure the first insurance product for the first pet of the first user. According to the scheme, the nasal print image information of the first pet is linked with the body state, and the condition meeting the configuration insurance is subjected to fine processing.
In yet another possible embodiment, the method further includes:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a claim settlement application aiming at the first insurance product sent by a target user;
the verification unit 502 is further configured to verify the identity of the target user according to the identification information of the target user, where the identification information of the target user includes one or more of fingerprint image information, iris image information, and facial image information;
and if the target user is consistent with the identity of the insurant of the first insurance product, an allowing unit is used for allowing the target user to execute a claim settlement process aiming at the first insurance product.

the determining unit is further used for determining whether a second insurance product is configured for the first pet or not based on the nose print image information of the first pet;
if the second insurance product is configured for the first pet, the determining unit is further used for determining whether the second insurance product is in the period of insurance validity;
if the second insurance product is not in the insurance validation period, the sending unit is further configured to send an inquiry message to the terminal of the target user, where the inquiry message is used to inquire whether the target user renews the insurance.
In the embodiment of the application, after allowing the target user to execute the claim settlement process for the first insurance, the server can also determine whether the target user guarantees other insurance products for the pet, if so, then determine whether the insurance product is in the insurance validity period, if not, the server can inquire whether the target user needs to continue the insurance or whether other types of insurance products need to be replaced, and the scheme can improve the configuration efficiency of the insurance, improve the experience of the user and provide convenience for the user by actively confirming whether other insurance products exist or not, and whether other insurance products need to continue the insurance or not to the user.
In another possible embodiment, the method further includes:
the obtaining unit 501 is further configured to obtain a plurality of insurance products that the first user applies for the first pet;
the determining unit is further used for determining the insurance product with the latest insurance expiration date in the plurality of insurance products;
the sending unit is further configured to send a request message to the third party platform after the insurance product with the latest expiration date expires, wherein the request message is used for requesting the third party platform to update the information of the plurality of users and the plurality of pets in the database.
In the embodiment of the application, after acquiring an insurance product insured by a first user, a server determines an insurance product with the latest insurance expiration date for a plurality of different types of insurance products, and if an applicant does not continue to secure or secures a new insurance product after the expiration date of the insurance product with the latest insurance expiration date, the server can request a third-party platform to update information of a plurality of users and a plurality of pets in a database (for example, if the first user secures a new insurance product after the expiration date of the latest insurance product with the latest insurance expiration date, the server can request the third-party platform to replace old pet nose print image information with new nose print image information, or if the first user does not continue to secure or does not secure a new insurance product after the expiration date, the server can request the third-party platform to delete the nose print image information of the pet from the database).
In yet another possible embodiment, the method further includes:
the training unit is used for training the nose print image information of the pets and the body states of the pets to obtain a state prediction model, wherein the nose print image information of the pets is characteristic information, and the body states of the pets are label information;
and the input unit is used for inputting the nose print image information of the first pet into the state prediction model to obtain the body state of the first pet.
In the embodiment of the application, the state prediction model is obtained by obtaining the information of the plurality of pet nose prints and the information of the body states of the plurality of pets for training, and the obtained state prediction model provides accurate mapping from input to required output. When a first user appears, only the nose print image information of the user needs to be obtained, then the nose print image information of the user is subjected to feature analysis to obtain a feature vector, the feature vector is input into a state prediction model to obtain the body state of the first pet, and then follow-up operation related to pet insurance is executed based on the body state of the pet. The scheme improves the efficiency of determining the body state of the first pet by utilizing the training model.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an insurance configuration device 60 based on a pet nose print image according to an embodiment of the present application, where the insurance configuration device 60 may be a server or a device in the server, such as a chip, a software module, an integrated circuit, and the like. The insurance configuration apparatus 60 may include at least one processor 601. Optionally, at least one memory 603 may also be included. Further optionally, the insurance configuration device 60 may also include a communication interface 602. Still further optionally, a bus 604 may be included, wherein the processor 601, the communication interface 602, and the memory 603 are connected via the bus 604.
The processor 601 is a module for performing arithmetic operation and/or logical operation, and may be one or a combination of multiple Processing modules, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a picture Processing Unit (GPU), a Microprocessor (MPU), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD), a coprocessor (assisting the CPU to complete corresponding Processing and Application), and a Micro Control Unit (MCU).
The communication interface 602 may be used to provide information input or output to the at least one processor. And/or, the communication interface 602 may be used to receive and/or transmit data externally, and may be a wired link interface such as an ethernet cable, and may also be a wireless link (Wi-Fi, bluetooth, general wireless transmission, vehicle-mounted short-range communication technology, other short-range wireless communication technology, and the like) interface. Optionally, the communication interface 602 may further include a transmitter (e.g., a radio frequency transmitter, an antenna, etc.), or a receiver, etc. coupled to the interface.
The memory 603 is used to provide a storage space in which data, such as an operating system and computer programs, may be stored. The Memory 603 may be one or a combination of Random Access Memory (RAM), read-only Memory (ROM), erasable Programmable Read-only Memory (EPROM), or portable Read-only Memory (CD-ROM), among others.
The at least one processor 601 of the insurance configuration apparatus 60 is configured to perform the methods described above, such as the method described in the embodiment illustrated in fig. 3.
Alternatively, the processor 601 may be a processor dedicated to performing the methods (referred to as a special purpose processor for convenience), or may be a processor for executing the methods by calling a computer program, such as a general purpose processor. Optionally, the at least one processor may also include both special purpose and general purpose processors. Optionally, in case the computing device comprises at least one processor 601, the above mentioned computer program may be stored in the memory 603.
Optionally, the at least one processor 601 in the insurance configuration apparatus 60 is configured to execute a call computer instruction to perform the following operations:
acquiring nose print image information of a first pet uploaded by a first user;
verifying whether nose print image information of the first pet exists in a database, wherein the database stores the nose print image information of a plurality of pets and information of owners related to each of the pets;
if the nose print image information of the first pet exists in the database and the owner corresponding to the first pet in the database is the first user, configuring a first insurance product for the first pet of the first user under the condition that the nose print image information of the first pet meets the condition of configuring insurance.

Optionally, the processor 601 is further configured to:
obtaining a plurality of insurance products that the first user applies for the first pet;
determining an insurance product with a latest insurance expiration date in the plurality of insurance products;
and sending a request message to the third party platform after the insurance product with the latest expiration date expires, wherein the request message is used for requesting the third party platform to update the information of the plurality of users and the plurality of pets in the database.

and inputting the nose print image information of the first pet into the state prediction model to obtain the body state of the first pet.
In the embodiment of the application, the state prediction model is obtained by obtaining the information of the plurality of pet nose prints and the information of the body states of the plurality of pets for training, and the obtained state prediction model provides accurate mapping from input to required output. When a first user appears, only the nose print image information of the user needs to be obtained, then the nose print image information of the user is subjected to feature analysis to obtain a feature vector, the feature vector is input into a state prediction model to obtain the body state of the first pet, and then follow-up operation related to pet insurance is executed based on the body state of the pet. The scheme improves the efficiency of determining the body state of the first pet by utilizing the training model.
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon that, when executed on at least one processor, implement a method for configuring an insurance based on a pet nose print image, such as the method described in fig. 3, as previously described.

acquiring the nasal print image information of a first pet uploaded by a first user;
verifying whether the nose print image information of the first pet exists in a database or not, wherein the database stores the nose print image information of a plurality of pets and information of owners related to each of the plurality of pets;
if the nose print image information of the first pet exists in the database, and the owner corresponding to the first pet is the first user in the database, configuring a first insurance product for the first pet of the first user under the condition that the nose print image information of the first pet meets insurance configuration conditions.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the database is a database of a third party platform, the third party platform is a preconfigured platform trusted by multiple parties, the third party platform is a platform for verifying the identity of the pet and the owner of the pet, and the third party platform is used for storing the verified pet and the owner of the pet in an associated manner for recall; the method further comprises the following steps:
if the information of the nose print image of the first pet does not exist in the database, sending a first reminding message and a second reminding message to the terminal of the first user, wherein the first reminding message is used for reminding the first pet that the first pet is not suitable for insuring the first insurance product, and the second reminding message is used for reminding the first user to submit the information of the first user and the first pet to the third-party platform.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein configuring a first insurance product for the first pet of the first user if the nose print image information of the first pet meets a condition for configuring insurance comprises:
determining a physical state of the first pet according to the nose print image information of the first pet, wherein the physical state comprises at least one of hormone secretion and nutrition condition;
and if the physical state of the first pet belongs to a preset normal condition, configuring a first insurance product for the first pet of the first user.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 3, wherein, in the case that the nose print image information of the first pet satisfies a condition for configuring insurance, after configuring a first insurance product for the first pet of the first user, further comprising:
receiving a claim settlement application for the first insurance product sent by a target user;
verifying the identity of the target user according to the identity identification information of the target user, wherein the identity identification information of the target user comprises one or more of fingerprint image information, iris image information and facial image information;
and if the target user is consistent with the applicant identity of the first insurance product, allowing the target user to execute a claim settlement process aiming at the first insurance product.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after allowing the target user to perform a claim settlement process for the first insurance product, further comprising:
determining whether a second insurance product is configured for the first pet based on the nose print image information of the first pet;
if the second insurance product is configured for the first pet, determining whether the second insurance product is within an insurance validation period;
and if the second insurance product is not in the insurance effective period, sending an inquiry message to the terminal of the target user, wherein the inquiry message is used for inquiring whether the target user renews the insurance.
6. The method of claim 1 or 3, further comprising:
obtaining a plurality of insurance products that the first user applies for the first pet;
determining an insurance product with the latest insurance expiration date in the plurality of insurance products;
and sending a request message to the third party platform after the insurance product with the latest expiration date expires, wherein the request message is used for requesting the third party platform to update the information of the plurality of users and the plurality of pets in the database.
7. The method of claim 1 or 3, further comprising:
training the nose print image information of the pets and the body states of the pets to obtain a state prediction model, wherein the nose print image information of the pets is characteristic information, and the body states of the pets are label information;
the determining the body state of the first pet according to the nose print image information of the first pet comprises the following steps:
and inputting the nose print image information of the first pet into the state prediction model to obtain the body state of the first pet.

the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the nose print image information of the first pet uploaded by the first user;

if the nose print image information of the first pet exists in the database and the owner corresponding to the first pet is the first user in the database, the configuration unit is used for configuring a first insurance product for the first pet of the first user under the condition that the nose print image information of the first pet meets insurance configuration conditions.

An insurance configuration device based on a pet nose print image, characterized in that the device comprises a processor and a memory, the memory being used for storing computer instructions, the processor being used for invoking the computer instructions to implement the method of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein instructions which, when executed on at least one processor, implement the method of any one of claims 1-7.
