Abstract
The invention discloses a hole sealing device of an instantaneous spaller, which comprises a rubber air bag, wherein the side wall of the rubber air bag is provided with a plurality of barbs, the top end of the rubber air bag is provided with a waste gas absorption box, the waste gas absorption box is filled with a toxic gas absorbent, and the end head of the waste gas absorption box is provided with a vent hole; the other end of the rubber air bag is provided with a valve for charging and discharging air. The invention also discloses an installation device of the instantaneous spaller hole sealing device. The instantaneous expansion crack device hole sealing device and the installation device adopting the structure can solve the problems of low working efficiency and potential safety hazard of the existing mud seal.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of blasting hole sealing, in particular to a hole sealing device and a mounting device for an instantaneous expanding cracker.
Background
The single-crack instantaneous bursting device is a novel rock breaking device which is used for matching with a 110/N00 construction method for cutting a top and can instantaneously generate a single crack surface without blasting. In coal mining, energy-gathering blasting technology is often used, particularly in deep hole blasting with upward holes, an instantaneous bursting device needs to be installed in carriers such as an energy-gathering pipe in advance, then the carriers such as the energy-gathering pipe with the instantaneous bursting device are manually installed in a blast hole, then sealing mud is installed in the blast hole, and finally the sealing mud is tamped by a gun stick so as to achieve the purpose of hole sealing. Because the weight of the carrier in the process of installing the instantaneous expanding device in the upward direction in the hole opening direction is overlarge, a large amount of labor is needed, in addition, the installation process also needs good matching and coordination capacity among professionals, the installation difficulty is higher, the hole sealing effect is poor in the whole, and dangerous conditions such as punching are easy to occur. A large amount of harmful gas is flushed out of the holes after the directional rock breaking, and certain potential safety hazard problems exist. Meanwhile, the diameter and the depth of the blast hole are large, and the mud sealing requirement is large, so that the efficiency of manually sealing the mud and sealing the hole is low; in addition, in the operation process, the sealing mud is easy to be sprayed outwards, so that operators are injured, and the safe and efficient production of the coal mine is seriously influenced. In addition, in the mud sealing process, the lead is easily broken due to unreasonable control force, so that the blast hole is scrapped.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hole sealing device of an instantaneous expansion crack device, which solves the problems of low working efficiency and potential safety hazard of the existing mud seal. Another object of the present invention is to provide an installation device of a transient expander sealing device.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a hole sealing device of an instantaneous expansion device, which comprises a rubber air bag, wherein the side wall of the rubber air bag is provided with a plurality of barbs, the top end of the rubber air bag is provided with a waste gas absorption box, the waste gas absorption box is filled with a toxic gas absorbent, and the end head of the waste gas absorption box is provided with a vent hole; the other end of the rubber air bag is provided with a valve for charging and discharging air.
Preferably, the waste gas absorption box is a circular truncated cone-shaped elastic structure with a large diameter far away from one end of the rubber air bag.
Preferably, the bottom end of the rubber air bag is provided with a rubber plugging plug which is of a circular truncated cone structure, and the plugging plug is provided with a through hole for the valve to pass through.
The mounting device of the instantaneous expander hole sealing device comprises a boosting trolley and a telescopic supporting rod, wherein the telescopic boosting rod is arranged above the boosting trolley, the boosting rod is hinged with the boosting trolley, a push plate is arranged at the end of the boosting rod, a power element for driving the boosting rod to rotate is arranged on the boosting trolley, an air pump is arranged on the boosting trolley, and the air pump is connected with a valve through an air pipe; the bracing piece sets up in boosting car one side, and the top of bracing piece articulates there is the backup pad.
Preferably, a mounting seat is arranged above the boosting vehicle, and the bottom end of the boosting rod is hinged to the mounting seat.

3. The end of rubber gasbag sets up the waste gas absorption box, and the toxic gas absorbent in the waste gas absorption box absorbs the toxic gas in the big gun hole, avoids toxic gas to spill over and causes the threat to the staff.

Examples

As shown in the figure, the instantaneous expander sealing device comprises a rubber air bag 1, and the rubber air bag 1 is expanded and extruded on the side wall of a blast hole 6 after being inflated, so that the blast hole 6 is sealed. The lateral wall of rubber gasbag 1 is fixed on be provided with a plurality of barb 2, and rubber gasbag 1 improves the connection stability of rubber gasbag 1 and big gun hole 6 on pricking the lateral wall of big gun hole 6 through barb 2.
The top of rubber gasbag 1 is provided with waste gas absorption box 3, and waste gas absorption box 3 is keeping away from the big round platform type elastic construction of rubber gasbag 1 one end diameter. The exhaust gas absorption box 3 is made of rubber, and the exhaust gas absorption box 3 and the rubber airbag 1 are glued or welded together. The bottom of blast hole 6 is plugged to the shutoff stopper 4 of rubber, the installation of the rubber gasbag 1 of being convenient for on the one hand, on the other hand improves the stability that rubber gasbag 1 and 6 lateral walls of blast hole are connected. The sealing plug 4 is provided with a through hole for the valve 5 to pass through.
The lead wire penetrates out from the side wall of the rubber air bag 1, and a lead wire penetrating hole or a penetrating groove is formed in the side wall of the waste gas absorption box 3 and the plugging plug 4.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of a sealing device of an instantaneous expander and an installation device of the present invention, and fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of an installation of a sealing device of an embodiment of a sealing device of an instantaneous expander and an installation device of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the mounting device of the instantaneous expander sealing device comprises a boosting vehicle 7 and a telescopic supporting rod 13, wherein the boosting vehicle 7 can be an existing electric vehicle, a motor-driven vehicle or a manual vehicle. A mounting seat 8 is fixedly arranged above the boosting vehicle 7, and the bottom end of a boosting rod 9 is hinged with the mounting seat 8. The push-aid rod 9 can be an existing hydraulic cylinder 11, an air cylinder or an electric telescopic rod according to requirements. The end of the push-aid rod 9 is provided with a push plate 10 for pushing the rubber air bag 1.
The boosting vehicle 7 is provided with a power element for driving the boosting rod 9 to rotate. The power element is a hydraulic cylinder 11, the bottom end of the hydraulic cylinder 11 is hinged with the boosting vehicle 7, and the top end of the hydraulic cylinder 11 is hinged with the boosting rod 9. The push-aid rod 9 is driven to rotate on the push-aid vehicle 7 through the extension of the hydraulic cylinder 11, so that the rubber airbags 1 with different angles can be installed.
The boosting vehicle 7 is provided with an air pump which is connected with the valve 5 of the rubber air bag 1 through an air pipe 12. The air pump inflates the rubber air bag 1 through the air pipe 12, so that the rubber air bag 1 is expanded and is pressed against the side wall of the blast hole 6. When the air pump does not work, the air in the rubber air bag 1 is discharged through the valve 5, so that the rubber air bag 1 can be recycled.
The supporting rod 13 is arranged on one side of the boosting trolley 7, and the top end of the supporting rod 13 is hinged with a supporting plate 14. The supporting plate 14 can be automatically adjusted according to the angle of the rubber air bag 1, and the supporting plate 14 has an auxiliary supporting function on the rubber air bag 1, so that the rubber air bag 1 can be conveniently plugged into the blast hole 6. The support rod 13 can be selected from the existing hydraulic cylinder 11, air cylinder or electric telescopic rod according to the requirement.
The boosting cart 7 can also be provided with a controller and a control panel, and the control panel is provided with a boosting rod 9 button, a hydraulic cylinder 11 button, a support rod 13 button and an air pump button, so that the electric control operation of each element is convenient. The push-aid rod 9, the hydraulic cylinder 11, the support rod 13 and the air pump are all connected with the controller by the existing technology according to the requirement.
Therefore, the instantaneous expansion crack device hole sealing device and the installation device adopting the structure can solve the problems of low working efficiency and potential safety hazard of the existing mud seal.
