when the second pre-stressed corrugated pipe is transported, the rotating wheel 2 is in a free state, pushing acting force is applied to the through plate 9, the seat frame 1 is moved to the pre-stressed corrugated pipe storage position through the rotating wheel 2, the rotating wheel 2 is in a braking state, the end head of the pre-stressed corrugated pipe is placed on the lower jaw 3, and the handle part 61 rotates in the transverse through hole body 15, so that the jaw part 41 and the lower jaw 3 are folded.
The second embodiment of the invention integrates technical characteristics in a mode of arranging a carrying operation point at the end of the prestressed corrugated pipe,
a second embodiment of the invention is based on the first embodiment,
the second embodiment of the present invention comprises a main body of a prestressed corrugated pipe conveying apparatus having a seat frame 1, a rotating wheel 2, a lower jaw 3, a support base 8, a through plate 9 and a tightening screw 91.
In this embodiment, a first attachment means is also included and is provided on the body part of the prestressed corrugated pipe handling device, the first attachment means being provided to include an upper jaw 4, a drive screw 5 and a turning handle 6.
In this embodiment, a second accessory device is also included and is provided on the first accessory device, the second accessory device being provided as an external joint 7.
In this embodiment, a third attachment means is included and is provided on the main body part of the prestressed corrugated pipe handling device and on the first attachment means, the third attachment means being provided as teeth 92.
A second embodiment of the invention is based on the first embodiment.
The invention has the following characteristics:
1. due to the design of the prestressed corrugated pipe conveying device, the conveying operation points are arranged at the ends of the prestressed corrugated pipes, the technical effect that the prestressed corrugated pipes in the original state cannot be integrally operated is solved, and therefore the mounting efficiency of the prestressed corrugated pipes on the continuous beam is improved.
2. Due to the design of the seat frame 1, the rotating wheel 2, the lower jaw 3, the supporting seat 8, the through plate 9 and the jacking screw rod 91, the through vehicle-mounted transportation arrangement is realized.
3. Due to the design of the upper jaw 4, the transmission screw 5 and the rotating handle 6, the clamping arrangement of the end of the prestressed corrugated pipe is realized.
4. Due to the design of the outer joint 7, the unified control setting of the clamping ports is realized.
5. Due to the design of the teeth 92, the arrangement of the teeth at the end of the prestressed corrugated pipe is realized.
6. Because the structural shape is limited by the numerical range, the numerical range is the technical characteristic of the technical scheme of the invention, and is not the technical characteristic obtained by formula calculation or limited tests, and tests show that the technical characteristic of the numerical range achieves good technical effect.
7. Due to the design of the technical characteristics of the invention, tests show that each performance index of the invention is at least 1.7 times of the existing performance index under the action of the single and mutual combination of the technical characteristics, and the invention has good market value through evaluation.
Other technical features which are the same as or similar to those of the prestressed corrugated pipe conveying device provided with a conveying operation point at the end of the prestressed corrugated pipe are all one of the embodiments of the present invention, and the technical features of the above-mentioned embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and in order to meet the requirements of patent laws, patent implementation rules and examination guidelines, all possible combinations of the technical features of the above-mentioned embodiments are not described again.
