本发明公开了一种用于制作帐篷的压皱型保温复合面料,它主要包括外表面层和内保温层,所述的外表面层包括表层面料与定形层面料,表层面料的反面与定形层面料的正面通过粘贴胶(2)粘贴在一起后形成外表面层,然后将外表面层放入压花机中通过带有图案的压辊对表层面料的正面进行压花作业,表层面料的正面压花在定形层面料的支撑下形成压辊上设定的压花图案(1),最后将定形层面料的反面通过粘贴胶(2)与内保温层粘贴在一起后形成压皱型保温复合面料。本发明它可以增加帐篷的辨识度,而且无需采用棉花来增加帐篷的保温性,使得帐篷容易收放,收放后体积比较小,携带也比较方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制作帐篷的压皱型保温复合面料。
背景技术
现有帐篷布料一般都在面料里面夹有保温棉,由于保温棉比较厚,放入帐篷布料后,采用这种帐篷布料制作的帐篷不但体积比较大,重量比较重,显得比较笨重,当需要携带到野外使用时,携带很不方便,需要用大型的汽车才能运输,而且保温效果不好,特别是遇到恶劣天气时保温效果很差,另外目前的帐篷布料的表面没有图案,在遇到帐篷比较多情况下,帐篷的辨识度比较低,很容易认错。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于制作帐篷的压皱型保温复合面料,它可以增加帐篷的辨识度,而且无需采用棉花来增加帐篷的保温性,使得帐篷容易收放,收放后体积比较小,携带也比较方便。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种用于制作帐篷的压皱型保温复合面料,它主要包括外表面层和内保温层,所述的外表面层包括表层面料与定形层面料,表层面料的反面与定形层面料的正面通过粘贴胶粘贴在一起后形成外表面层,然后将外表面层放入压花机中通过带有图案的压辊对表层面料的正面进行压花作业,表层面料的正面压花在定形层面料的支撑下形成压辊上设定的压花图案,最后将定形层面料的反面通过粘贴胶与内保温层粘贴在一起后形成压皱型保温复合面料。
所述的表层面料为涂有PU保护层的表层涤纶布。所述的表层涤纶布为涤纶300D面料制作。所述的定形层面料为生坯网料,生坯网料采用白色的网料布。所述的内保温层为内层涤纶布,内层涤纶布的正面与定形层面料的反面粘贴在一起,内层涤纶布的背面涂覆有具有保温作用的银层。所述的内层涤纶布采用涤纶210D面料。所述的粘贴胶设置为PU胶水。
本发明具有以下有益效果:采用了以上技术方案后,本发明在复合面料的表面设有压花图案,这样可以增加帐篷的辨识度,而且无需采用棉花来增加帐篷的保温性,使得帐篷容易收放,收放后体积比较小,携带也比较方便,而且采用的内层涤纶布的背面涂覆有具有保温作用的银层,这样有效地提高帐篷的保温性能。

在图1中,本发明提供了一种用于制作帐篷的压皱型保温复合面料,它主要包括外表面层和内保温层,所述的外表面层包括表层面料与定形层面料,表层面料的反面与定形层面料的正面通过粘贴胶2粘贴在一起后形成外表面层,粘贴胶2设置为PU胶水,然后将外表面层放入压花机中通过带有图案的压辊对表层面料的正面进行压花作业,表层面料的正面压花在定形层面料的支撑下形成压辊上设定的压花图案1,表层面料为涂有PU保护层的表层涤纶布4,表层涤纶布4为涤纶300D面料制作,最后将定形层面料的反面通过粘贴胶2与内保温层粘贴在一起后形成压皱型保温复合面料,定形层面料为生坯网料5,生坯网料5采用白色的网料布,所述的内保温层为内层涤纶布6,内层涤纶布6的正面与定形层面料的反面粘贴在一起,内层涤纶布6的背面涂覆有具有保温作用的银层7,内层涤纶布6采用涤纶210D面料。

1.一种用于制作帐篷的压皱型保温复合面料,其特征是它主要包括外表面层和内保温层,所述的外表面层包括表层面料与定形层面料,表层面料的反面与定形层面料的正面通过粘贴
胶(2)粘贴在一起后形成外表面层,然后将外表面层放入压花机中通过带有图案的压辊对表层面料的正面进行压花作业,表层面料的正面压花在定形层面料的支撑下形成压辊上设定的压花图案(1),最后将定形层面料的反面通过粘贴胶(2)与内保温层粘贴在一起后形成压皱型保温复合面料,所述的内保温层为内层涤纶布(6),内层涤纶布(6)的正面与定形层面料的反面粘贴在一起,内层涤纶布(6)的背面涂覆有具有保温作用的银层(7),所述的定形层面料为生坯网料(5),生坯网料(5)采用白色的网料布。
2. 根据权利要求1 所述的用于制作帐篷的压皱型保温复合面料,其特征是所述的表层面料为涂有PU 保护层(3)的表层涤纶布(4)。
3. 根据权利要求2 所述的用于制作帐篷的压皱型保温复合面料,其特征是所述的表层涤纶布(4)为涤纶300D 面料制作。
4. 根据权利要求1 所述的用于制作帐篷的压皱型保温复合面料,其特征是内层涤纶布(6)采用涤纶210D 面料。
5. 根据权利要求1 所述的用于制作帐篷的压皱型保温复合面料,其特征是所述的粘贴胶(2)设置为PU 胶水。
