Also, the use of the terms "a" or "an" and the like do not denote a limitation of quantity, but rather denote the presence of at least one.
Embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a care bed according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a cross-sectional schematic view showing an internal structure of a bed head of the care bed according to the embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a nursing bed according to an embodiment of the present application includes a bed body 10, a first bed head 20, a second bed head 30, a first cloth winding tube 40, a second cloth winding tube 50, a first motor 60, a second motor 70, a first lifting mechanism 80, and a second lifting mechanism 90.
As shown in fig. 1, the bed 10 includes a first side plate 11, a second side plate 12 disposed opposite to and parallel to the first side plate 11, a cross member 13 connecting the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12 to define a bed surface together, and legs 14 supporting the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12. The length of the first and second side panels 11, 12 substantially defines the length of the care bed and the length of the cross beam 13 substantially defines the width of the care bed. The side plates can also be called side rods or bed edges, and the cross beams can also be called bed head frames or cross arms.
The first bed head 20 is fixedly connected to one end of the first side plate 11 and one end of the second side plate 12 of the bed body 10, and includes a hollow accommodating space and vertical direction sliding grooves 21 and 22 formed above the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12.
The second bed head 30 is fixedly connected to the other ends of the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12 of the bed body 10, and includes a hollow accommodating space and vertical upper sliding grooves 31 and 32 disposed above the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12.
The first head 20 may be a head and the second head 30 may be a foot, or vice versa. In addition, the bed head, the bed tail and the side plates are fixedly connected in a detachable mode. The runners 21, 22, 31, 32 may be identical in shape and size and in position the runner 21 is arranged symmetrically to the runner 22 on the first head 20 and the runner 31 is arranged symmetrically to the runner 32 on the second head 30. Therefore, the chute 21 and the chute 31 oppose each other, and the chute 22 and the chute 32 oppose each other.
Although runners 21 and 22 are not shown in fig. 1, they correspond to runners 31 and 32, respectively, and may have the same location and structure, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, as follows.
The first cloth winding tube 40 is disposed above the first side plate 11, and has a first end rotatably and slidably received in the corresponding slide groove 21 of the first head 20 and a second end rotatably and slidably received in the corresponding slide groove 31 of the second head 30.
The second batching pipe 50 is arranged above the second side plate 12, and has a first end rotatably and slidably received in the corresponding chute 21 of the first head 20 and a second end rotatably and slidably received in the corresponding chute 32 of the second head 30.
The first and second batching pipes 40 and 50 may be collectively referred to as batching pipes, batching rods, reeling pipes, or reeling rods, etc., as long as they have a function of being rotatable and capable of winding a sheet.
The first motor 60 is disposed in the accommodating space of the first head 20 or the second head 30, and is coaxially connected to the first batching pipe 40 and drives it to rotate forward and backward. Or the first motor 60 can be accommodated in the accommodating space of the first head 20 or the second head 30 and drive the forward and reverse rotation of the first batching pipe 40 through a transmission mechanism.
The second motor 70 is disposed in the accommodating space of the first head 20 or the second head 30, coaxially connected to the second batching pipe 50, and drives the forward and reverse rotation thereof. Or the second motor may be accommodated in the accommodating space of the first head 20 or the second head 30 and drive the forward and reverse rotation of the second batching pipe 50 through a transmission mechanism.
The first motor 60 and the second motor 70 may be collectively referred to as a rotary motor for driving the rotation of the cloth rolling tube. According to the use requirement, sometimes the two run in the same direction at the same time, sometimes the two run in opposite directions at the same time. Therefore, the synchronicity of the first and second motors 60 and 70 is important and should be controlled by a controller, which will be described in more detail below.
As shown in fig. 2, the first elevating mechanism 80 is provided in the accommodating space of the first head 20 to drive the first ends of the first and second batching pipes 40 and 50 in a linked manner.
As shown in fig. 2, the second elevating mechanism 90 is disposed in the accommodating space of the second head 30, and drives the second ends of the first fabric rolling pipe 40 and the second fabric rolling pipe 50 in a linked manner.
The first lifting mechanism 80 and the second lifting mechanism 90 should be driven and operated synchronously so as to ensure that the first cloth rolling pipe 40 and the second cloth rolling pipe 50 are lifted or lowered synchronously horizontally.
As shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present application, the nursing bed may further include: a first guardrail 15 arranged outside the first side plate 11 in a lifting manner; and a second guardrail 16 which is provided on the outer side of the second side plate 12 so as to be movable up and down, opposite to the first guardrail 15. As shown in fig. 1, each of the first guard rail 15 and the second guard rail 16 may be a parallelogram structure having a plurality of hinge posts to be raised or returned to a position at the same level as the first side plate 11 or the second side plate 12 by rotating the respective posts as needed. The embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto but first guard rail 15 and second guard rail 16 may be linearly moved between a raised position and a returned position and fixed at the raised position or the returned position by a stopper structure.
According to embodiments of the present application, the first head 20 and the second head 30 may have the same structure and be interchangeable. The first batching tube 40 and the second batching tube 50 may have the same structure and be interchangeable. The first motor 60 and the second motor 70 may have the same performance and be interchangeable. The first and second lifting mechanisms 80, 90 may have the same structure and may be interchangeable.
Thus, when the first head 20 and the second head 30 have the same structure, it is meant that the structures of the head and the foot in the general sense are identical and can be reversed according to the actual needs of the user. Besides the cost of the manufacturing process is reduced, the convenience of maintenance and replacement is further reduced.
Therefore, when the first cloth winding tube 40 and the second cloth winding tube 50 have the same structure, only one manufacturing process is required to manufacture the first cloth winding tube 40 and the second cloth winding tube 50, and there is no need to worry about compatibility of the cloth winding bar with other coupling parts in the use and replacement processes.
Therefore, the exchange, replacement, substitution, etc. between the first head 20 and the second head 30 are also supported between the first motor 60 and the second motor 70 and between the first elevating mechanism 80 and the second elevating mechanism 90 housed in the first head 20 and the second head 30.
In a word, under the same structure, the interchangeability of each part is improved, and the flexibility in assembly is enhanced. Meanwhile, the number of parts of the nursing bed is reduced, the convenience in manufacturing is improved, and especially, a large number of tool equipment are reduced, so that the cost is reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, according to an embodiment of the present application, each of the first and second elevating mechanisms 80 and 90 may include: a reducer 81 (91) including an input end and an output end; a lifting motor 82 (92) connected to an input end of the speed reducer 81 (91) and driving the speed reducer 81 (91) in both forward and reverse directions; and the transmission structure 83 (93) is connected with the output end of the speed reducer 81 (91) and is directly or indirectly coupled with the first cloth rolling pipe 40 and the second cloth rolling pipe 50 so as to synchronously drive the first cloth rolling pipe 40 and the second cloth rolling pipe 50. However, the present application is not limited thereto, and each of the first and second elevating mechanisms may be driven by other driving means, for example, hydraulic driving, pneumatic driving, etc. When the driving mode is changed, the internal structure of the motor will be changed correspondingly.
Compared with hydraulic drive and pneumatic drive, the first lifting mechanism 80 and the second lifting mechanism 90 which are driven by electric and mechanical drive can ensure the synchronism and the operation stability of the two lifting mechanisms more easily, so the application preferably adopts the first lifting mechanism 80 and the second lifting mechanism 90 which are driven by electric and mechanical drive. However, the lifting mechanism of the electromechanical transmission generally causes a large noise due to the mechanical transmission and the like, and the inventors of the present application have made efforts to overcome the noise in specific design, test and manufacture.
Although not shown, the outer walls of the first and second batching tubes 40, 50 may also include adhesive means for quick attachment to a bed sheet according to embodiments of the present application. The adhesive means may comprise hook and loop fasteners or quick clips. The application is not limited thereto but the connection between the tube and the sheet or cloth can be used in many ways for a care bed according to the application, as known to the person skilled in the art.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the care bed may further include a controller (not shown) that may control the operation of the first motor 60, the second motor 70, and the lift motor 82 (92). The controller and the remote controller or the mobile phone APP can be in wired or wireless communication.
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a care bed according to an embodiment of the present application, showing the arrangement orientation of the first infrared sensor and the second infrared sensor.
As shown in fig. 4, according to an embodiment of the present application, the nursing bed may further include: a first infrared sensor 23 disposed above the first bed 20 or the second bed 30 to correspond to the first side plate 11; a second infrared sensor 24 disposed above the first head 20 or the second head 30 in correspondence with the second side plate 12; and a third infrared ray sensor 27 disposed above the first head 20 or the second head 30 between the first infrared ray sensor 23 and the second infrared ray sensor 24. When it is detected that the object crosses the first side plate 11, the first infrared sensor 23 or the second infrared sensor 24 sends a signal to stop the operation of each motor. The first infrared ray sensor 23, the second infrared ray sensor 24 and the third infrared ray sensor 27 may be electrically connected to the controller.
