Therefore, determining a target cell for providing a target service for a user terminal from the at least one cell according to the first service-related information includes: and sending the first service related information to a user terminal, receiving a first cell identifier sent by the user terminal, and determining a third target cell according to the first cell identifier.
Of course, the first cell identifier may be carried by a service request initiated after the user terminal finds that its service is not the service of the current cell after receiving the first service-related information, and determines the identifier of the third target cell.
Optionally, in this embodiment, for a case that the ue autonomously selects a third target cell, the establishing a connection with the third target cell or camping on the third target cell includes:
establishing connection or residing in a fourth target cell corresponding to the second cell identifier under the condition that the number of the user terminals is at least two and the second cell identifier in the first cell identifier meets a second preset condition;

Here, the relay faces a plurality of ues, and after the ues send the identifiers of the target cells selected by the ues, the relay receives the identifiers of the target cells selected by the ues, so that the relay can complete connection or camping on a fourth target cell that satisfies a second predetermined condition in a third target cell.
The fifth threshold, the sixth threshold, the seventh threshold, and the eighth threshold in the second preset condition are all preset thresholds, and may also be sent by the cell.
Thus, for the cell requested by the user terminal, the relay can process the cell by combining whether the service requirements of other user terminals are met. Specifically, if the cell requested by the user terminal 1 cannot meet the service requirements of other user terminals under the relay, the relay UE may reject the request of the user terminal 1; if the cell requested by the user terminal 1 meets the service requirements of other user terminals under the relay, performing subsequent processing based on the cell.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the relay is connected to or camped on one cell in advance, but in the face of the ue, the determined first target cell or third target cell is not the cell currently connected to or camped on, and therefore, the relay is handed over to the determined first target cell or third target cell.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the first service-related information is a system message or a valid system message.
Here, the valid system message is information affecting relay camping or service information supported by a cell connected to the relay, such as whether the cell supports multicast broadcasting, whether the cell supports high-speed rail, supported slice information, and the like. Also, the system message or the valid system message may be of one cell or a plurality of cells.
In this embodiment, the relaying forwards the first service-related information, which may be forwarding all received system messages, for example, all system messages of multiple cells where the relay currently resides. However, at this time, the system message is too large, and preferably, the relay may only forward all the system messages of the currently connected cell, and for the system messages of other camping cells, select the system messages related to camping and forward them.
In addition, optionally, in this embodiment, the method further includes:

Here, for the connected or camped cell, that is, the fifth target cell, the relay may determine, based on the preset time, whether the service related information or the cell identifier of the user terminal corresponding to the fifth target cell is received within the preset time period, so that, in a case where the service related information or the cell identifier is not received, the connection or the camping of the fifth target cell is released, thereby avoiding resource waste. The specific application of the method of the embodiments of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
in a first scenario, as shown in fig. 2, a relay UE resides in cells 1, 2, and 3 at the same time, the relay UE is connected to the cell 1 and is in an idle (idle) state or an inactive (inactive) state with the cells 2 and 3, and the relay UE receives cell slice information of the cells 1, 2, and 3. And the relay UE determines relay slice information according to the QoS requirement which can be met by the relay UE. When a user terminal (remote UE) sends request slice information to a relay UE, and the relay UE finds that a cell 1 of slice information contained in the request slice information does not support the request slice information, but a cell 2 supports the request slice information, the relay UE is switched from the cell 1 to the cell 2.
In scenario two, as shown in fig. 3, the relay UE resides in cells 1, 2, and 3 at the same time, the relay UE is connected to cell 1 and in idle or inactive state with cells 2 and 3, and the relay UE receives broadcast messages (i.e., system messages) of cells 1, 2, and 3. The relay UE sends all broadcast messages of cell 1 to the remote UE, and sends valid system messages of cells 2 and 3, such as whether the cell supports MBMS multicast broadcast service, whether the cell is a high-speed cell, slices supported by the cell, and so on. The remote UE receives the broadcast message sent by the remote UE, finds that the cell 1 does not support the MBMS service, but after the cell 2 supports the MBMS service, the remote UE sends a service request (request) to the remote UE, requests the remote UE to switch to the cell 2, or requests the MBMS service. The relay UE determines whether the request of the remote UE is satisfied according to the current situation, for example:
a) If the cell 2 can not meet the service requirements of other remote UEs under the remote UE, the remote UE can reject the request of the remote UE, and the remote UE selects other remote UEs or cells to access;
b) The cell 2 can meet the service requirements of other remote UEs under the relay UE, and the relay UE receives the request of the remote UE and switches to the cell 2.
In a third scenario, as shown in fig. 2, the relay UE resides in cells 1, 2, and 3 at the same time, the relay UE is connected to the cell 1 and is in idle or inactive state with the cells 2 and 3, and the relay UE receives cell slice information of the cells 1, 2, and 3. And the relay UE determines relay slice information according to the QoS requirement which can be met by the relay UE. The remote UE transmits the requested slice information to the relay UE. If the relay UE finds that 80% of the requested slice information sent by the UE is not supported by cell 1 but supported by cell 2, the relay UE switches from cell 1 to cell 2 or activates the connection of cell 2 (inactive to connected).
And in a fourth scenario, as shown in fig. 2, the Relay UE resides in the cells 1, 2, and 3 at the same time, the Relay UE is connected with the cell 1 and is in idle or inactive state with the cells 2 and 3, and the Relay UE receives the cell slice information of the cells 1, 2, and 3. And the relay UE determines relay slice information according to the QoS requirement which can be met by the relay UE. The remote UE transmits the requested slice information to the relay UE. The relay UE receives a threshold of 70% of the cell transmissions, which is a percentage of the same cells. The relay UE receives the cell PCI of the request sent by the relay UE, if more than 70% of the relay UE requests to switch to the cell 2, the relay UE switches from the cell 1 to the cell 2, or the relay UE activates the connection of the cell (from inactive to connected). Or, if the relay UE finds that 80% of the requested slice information sent by the UE is not supported by cell 1 but is supported by cell 2, the relay UE switches from cell 1 to cell 2, or activates the connection of cell 2 (inactive to connected). If the relay UE does not receive a handover request (e.g. cell 3) from the remote UE within a period of time T, the relay UE releases the connection with cell 3.
In summary, by obtaining the first service-related information of the cell, since the first service-related information can be used to determine the cell that meets the service requirement of the user terminal, the connection with the corresponding cell can be established subsequently based on the first service-related information, or the connection is resided in the corresponding cell, so as to ensure the effective transmission of the terminal service.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a transmission processing method, executed by a user terminal, including:
step 401, sending second service related information and/or a first cell identifier;
the second service related information is used for determining a first target cell meeting the service requirement of the user terminal;
the first cell identification is used for indicating a third target cell meeting the service requirement of the user terminal, and the user terminal receives first service related information of a cell sent by a relay before sending the first cell identification, wherein the first service related information is used for determining the cell meeting the service requirement of the user terminal.
The user terminal sends the second service related information to the relay, the relay performs cell selection meeting the user terminal, or the user terminal sends the first cell identification to the relay after receiving the first service related information of the cell sent by the relay, and informs the relay of the autonomous selection of the user terminal based on the service requirement. Therefore, the relay can establish the connection of the corresponding cell or reside the corresponding cell subsequently, and the effective transmission of the terminal service is ensured.
Optionally, the second service related information is slice information required by a user;

The transceiver 810 is used for receiving and transmitting data under the control of the processor 800.
Wherein in fig. 8 the bus architecture may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, with one or more processors represented by processor 800 and various circuits of memory represented by memory 820 being linked together. The bus architecture may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. The bus interface provides an interface. 1. A transmission processing method, performed by a relay, comprising:

acquiring second service related information of the user terminal;
determining a first target cell of the user terminal according to the first service related information and the second service related information;
establishing a connection with or camping on the first target cell.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the first service-related information is cell slice information, and the second service-related information is user-required slice information;
the slice information required by the user is obtained in receiving a connection establishment request sent by the user terminal.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the first service-related information is cell service capability information, and the second service-related information is user service requirement information;
wherein the cell service capability information is obtained in a system message broadcasted by a receiving cell;
the user service requirement information is obtained in receiving a service request sent by the user terminal.
5. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
determining third service related information according to the first service related information and the service quality requirement of the third service related information;
if the third service-related information matches the second service-related information, executing the step of determining a first target cell of the user terminal according to the first service-related information and the second service-related information;
and if the third service-related information is not matched with the second service-related information, rejecting the access of the user terminal.
6. The method of claim 3 or 4, wherein the establishing the connection with the first target cell or camping on the first target cell comprises:
establishing connection with a second target cell or residing in the second target cell under the condition that the user terminals are at least two user terminals and the second target cell in the first target cell meets a first preset condition;
wherein the first preset condition comprises at least one of:
the number of the second target cells is greater than or equal to a first threshold;
a ratio of the number of the second target cells to the number of the first target cells is greater than or equal to a second threshold;
the number of the first requests is greater than or equal to a third threshold, and the first requests are connection establishment requests or service requests sent by the user terminal corresponding to the second target cell;
a ratio of the number of the first requests to the number of all requests received is greater than or equal to a fourth threshold.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
sending the first service related information to the user terminal;

establishing a connection with or camping on a third target cell.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the establishing the connection with the third target cell or camping on the third target cell comprises:
establishing connection or residing in a fourth target cell corresponding to the second cell identifier under the condition that the number of the user terminals is at least two and the second cell identifier in the first cell identifier meets a second preset condition;
wherein the second preset condition comprises at least one of:
the number of the second cell identities is greater than or equal to a fifth threshold;
the proportion of the number of the second cell identifiers in the number of the first cell identifiers is greater than or equal to a sixth threshold;
the number of the first service requests is greater than or equal to a seventh threshold, and the first service requests are used for sending the second cell identifier;
the ratio of the number of the first service requests to the number of all the received service requests is greater than or equal to an eighth threshold.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and within the preset time, if the service related information or the cell identification of the user terminal corresponding to the fifth target cell is not received, releasing the connection or the residence in the fifth target cell.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the first service-related information is a system message or a valid system message.
11. A transmission processing method, performed by a user terminal, comprising:
sending second service related information and/or a first cell identifier;
the second service related information is used for determining a first target cell meeting the service requirement of the user terminal;
the first cell identification is used for indicating a third target cell meeting the service requirement of the user terminal, and the user terminal receives first service related information of a cell sent by a relay before sending the first cell identification, wherein the first service related information is used for determining the cell meeting the service requirement of the user terminal.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the second service-related information is user-required slice information;
sending second service related information, including:
sending a connection establishment request, wherein the connection establishment request comprises slice information required by the user; or
And sending a service request, wherein the service request comprises the slice information required by the user.
13. The method of claim 11, wherein the receiving the first service-related information sent by the relay comprises:
and receiving the system message or the effective system message broadcasted by the cell forwarded by the relay.
