Abstract

The invention provides a method, a device and equipment for accessing a shared network, and relates to the technical field of communication. The method is performed by a user equipment and comprises: determining a public land mobile network identification (PLMN ID) used by an access shared network; wherein the PLMN ID is sent by the network device, or the user device autonomously selects; the PLMN ID is used for guiding the user equipment to access a core network of a home operator; and initiating an access process according to the PLMN ID. The first core network device may update the 5G-GUTI of the user device, such as by registering with an offer message or other related message.
In summary, the method of the embodiment of the invention is executed by the user equipment, and the user equipment can correctly select the core network of the home operator to serve the user equipment in the scene that the user equipment previously roams into the visited network and performs the startup registration on the base station shared by the core network and then performs the startup registration on the base station shared by the wireless network. Not only avoids extra flow expense settlement, but also is beneficial to guaranteeing the service quality and extracting the operation analysis data of the users aiming at the home operators.

The readable storage medium of the embodiment of the present invention stores a program or an instruction, where the program or the instruction when executed by a processor implements the steps in the method for accessing a shared network performed by a user equipment or a network device as described above, and the same technical effects can be achieved, and for avoiding repetition, a description is omitted herein.

In an embodiment of the invention, the modules may be implemented in software for execution by various types of processors. An identified module of executable code may, for instance, comprise one or more physical or logical blocks of computer instructions which may, for instance, be organized as an object, procedure, or function. Nevertheless, the executables of an identified module need not be physically located together, but may comprise disparate instructions stored in different bits which, when joined logically together, comprise the module and achieve the stated purpose for the module.
Indeed, a module of executable code may be a single instruction, or many instructions, and may even be distributed over several different code segments, among different programs, and across several memory devices. Likewise, operational data may be identified within modules and may be embodied in any suitable form and organized within any suitable type of data structure. The operational data may be collected as a single data set, or may be distributed over different locations including over different storage devices.
Where a module may be implemented in software, taking into account the level of existing hardware technology, a module may be implemented in software, and one skilled in the art may, without regard to cost, build corresponding hardware circuitry, including conventional Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) circuits or gate arrays, and existing semiconductors such as logic chips, transistors, or other discrete components, to achieve the corresponding functions. A module may also be implemented in programmable hardware devices such as field programmable gate arrays, programmable array logic, programmable logic devices or the like.

Claims (29)

1. An access method for a shared network, performed by a user equipment, comprising:
determining a public land mobile network identification (PLMN ID) used by an access shared network; wherein the PLMN ID is sent by the network device, or the user device autonomously selects; the PLMN ID is used for guiding the user equipment to access a core network of a home operator;
initiating an access process according to the PLMN ID;
wherein the network device comprises:
the second core network equipment is core network equipment of a visiting place operator;
and if the network equipment is second core network equipment, the PLMN ID is sent after the second core network equipment determines that the user equipment does not correctly select a shared network.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the public land mobile network identity, PLMN, ID, used by the access sharing network comprises:
Receiving PLMN ID sent by network equipment;
taking the received PLMN ID as the PLMN ID used by the access sharing network;
wherein the network device further comprises at least one of:
the first core network equipment is core network equipment of a home operator;
a wireless network device.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein, in the case that the network device is a first core network device, the PLMN ID is sent by the first core network device after the second core network device determines that the user device does not properly select the shared network, and instructs the user device to complete reselection of the core network device.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein in case the network device is a wireless network device, the PLMN ID is sent by the wireless network device after receiving the PLMN ID sent by the second core network device with respect to the user device, or after determining the PLMN ID of the user device.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the receiving the PLMN ID sent by the network device comprises:
And the user equipment receives the PLMN ID sent by the network equipment through the AS wireless control message, the NAS direct transmission message or the AS/NAS mixed message.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein after receiving the PLMN transmitted by the network device, further comprising:
and updating the globally unique user equipment identifier GUTI according to the received PLMN ID.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the public land mobile network identity, PLMN, ID, used by the access sharing network comprises:
acquiring a system message broadcasted by a base station, wherein the system message comprises one or more PLMN IDs;
in the case that a home PLMN ID exists in the one or more PLMN IDs, determining the home PLMN ID as a PLMN ID for use by the access sharing network.
8. An access method for a shared network, performed by a network device, comprising:
transmitting a PLMN ID used for accessing the shared network, wherein the PLMN ID is used for guiding user equipment to access a core network of a home operator;
wherein the network device comprises:
the second core network equipment is core network equipment of a visiting place operator;
Wherein the sending the PLMN ID used by the access sharing network includes:
and when the network equipment is second core network equipment, the second core network equipment determines that the user equipment does not correctly select a shared network and sends the PLMN ID to the user equipment.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the network device further comprises at least one of:
the first core network equipment is core network equipment of a home operator;
a wireless network device.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the transmitting the PLMN ID comprises:
when the network device is a first core network device, the first core network device receives the indication information about the selection of the first core network device by the user device, which is sent by the second core network device, and then sends the PLMN ID to the user device.
11. The method according to claim 10, wherein the first core network device receiving the indication information sent by the second core network device about the selection of the first core network device by the user device, includes:
the first core network device receives indication information sent after the second core network device determines that the user device selects the first core network device and switches the user device to the first core network device.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the second core network device determining that the user device selects the first core network device comprises:
the second core network device determines that the user device does not properly select a shared network, and determines that the user device selects the first core network device.
13. The method according to claim 8 or 12, wherein the second core network device determining that the user device did not select the shared network correctly comprises:
the second core network equipment determines the home PLMN ID of the user equipment according to the identity home information of the user equipment;
and judging that the user equipment does not correctly select a shared network according to the home PLMN ID, and determining the PLMN ID of the user equipment.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the identity attribution information comprises at least one of:
an identity of the user;
context information of the user;
subscription information of the user.
15. The method as recited in claim 10, further comprising:
and under the condition that the second core network equipment determines that the user equipment does not correctly select the shared network, the second core network equipment initiates reselection of the core network equipment.
16. The method as recited in claim 9, further comprising:
and under the condition that the second core network equipment determines that the user equipment does not select the shared network correctly, sending indication information to the wireless network equipment, wherein the indication information is used for indicating the wireless network equipment to send PLMN ID to the user.
17. The method of claim 9, wherein the transmitting the PLMN ID comprises:
when the network device is a wireless network device, the wireless network device sends the PLMN ID to the user device after receiving the PLMN ID about the user device sent by the second core network device; or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
and after the wireless network equipment determines the PLMN ID of the user equipment, the wireless network equipment sends the PLMN ID to the user equipment.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein the PLMN ID for the user equipment sent by the second core network device is:

21. The method of claim 20, wherein the identity attribution information comprises at least one of:
an identity of the user;
context information of the user;
subscription information of the user.
22. The method of claim 20, wherein the wireless network device determining the home PLMN ID of the user device based on the identity home information of the user device comprises:
inquiring the home PLMN ID corresponding to the identity home information of the user equipment through the air interface of the wireless network equipment; or (b)
And acquiring the home PLMN ID corresponding to the identity home information of the user equipment through a core network element.
23. The method of claim 8, wherein the transmitting the PLMN ID comprises:

24. An access device for a shared network, comprising:
a determining module, configured to determine a public land mobile network identifier PLMN ID used by the access sharing network; wherein the PLMN ID is sent by the network device or is selected autonomously by the user device; the PLMN ID is used for guiding the user equipment to access a core network of a home operator;
a first sending module, configured to initiate an access procedure according to the PLMN ID;
wherein the network device comprises:
the second core network equipment is core network equipment of a visiting place operator;
and if the network equipment is second core network equipment, the PLMN ID is sent after the second core network equipment determines that the user equipment does not correctly select a shared network.
25. An access device for a shared network, the access device being a network appliance, comprising:
a second sending module, configured to send a PLMN ID used by an access shared network, where the PLMN ID is used to instruct a user equipment to access a core network of a home operator;

the second core network equipment is core network equipment of a visiting place operator;
wherein the sending the PLMN ID used by the access sharing network includes:

26. A user device comprising a transceiver and a processor, wherein,

27. A network device comprising a transceiver configured to:
transmitting a PLMN ID used for accessing the shared network, wherein the PLMN ID is used for guiding user equipment to access a core network of a home operator;
wherein the network device comprises:
the second core network equipment is core network equipment of a visiting place operator;
wherein the sending the PLMN ID used by the access sharing network includes:
and when the network equipment is second core network equipment, the second core network equipment determines that the user equipment does not correctly select a shared network and sends the PLMN ID to the user equipment.
28. A communication device, comprising: a transceiver, a processor, a memory, and a program or instructions stored on the memory and executable on the processor; the method according to any one of claims 1-7, or the method according to any one of claims 8-23, when executed by the processor.
29. A readable storage medium having stored thereon a program or instructions which when executed by a processor implements the method of access to a shared network according to any of claims 1-7 or the steps of the method of access to a shared network according to any of claims 8-23.
