And step 12, the second core network equipment initiates an AMF reselection process, guides the user equipment to the home operator network AMF, and initiates a registration process again.
And step 13, after the first core network device and the second core network device complete the AMF reselection process, the first core network device sends a PLMN ID for guiding the user equipment to access to a core network of a home operator to the user equipment. Here, the transmission may be implemented by a registration admission message or other related message.
Step 14, the user equipment initiates access using the received PLMN ID. For example, when the RRC connection establishment request message is sent, the new selected PLMN ID and/or the updated 5G-GUTI (updated by using the received PLMN ID) received by the first core network device may be carried, and the base station completes the selection of the core network element of the user equipment according to the PLMN ID used by the user equipment for initiating access.

Step 21, the base station finds that the selected PLMN ID and the selected 5G-GUTI accessed by the ue are both visited operator PLMN IDs (i.e. PLMN #1), and thus selects a visited operator core network for registration. The second core network device finds or judges that the user equipment does not select the home operator PLMN ID (i.e., PLMN #2) to register in the user equipment registration process or after the registration is completed. (finding or determining that the PLMN ID of the user equipment does not select the home operator is achieved based on the identity home information of the user equipment and will not be described herein)
Step 22, the second core network device sends the home operator PLMN ID to the user equipment, or sends the home operator PLMN ID to the user equipment through the base station, as the PLMN ID selected when the user equipment is suggested to establish an air interface connection next time.
Step 23, the user equipment initiates access using the received PLMN ID. For example, when the RRC connection establishment request message is sent, the new selected PLMN ID and/or the updated 5G-GUTI (updated by using the received PLMN ID) received by the first core network device may be carried, and the base station completes the selection of the core network element of the user equipment according to the PLMN ID used by the user equipment for initiating access.
Scene three,
Step 31, the user equipment accesses the base station shared by the wireless network, and preferentially selects the visited PLMN ID (i.e. PLMN #1) according to the last accessed PLMN ID, so that the selected PLMN ID reported by the terminal is the PLMN ID (i.e. PLMN #1) of the visited operator.
Step 32, the base station compares the PLMN ID (i.e. PLMN #2) of the home operator of the ue with the selected PLMN ID (i.e. PLMN #1) reported by the ue access.
And step 33, when determining that the PLMN ID of the home operator does not coincide with the reported selected PLMN ID, the base station sends the home operator PLMN ID to the user equipment as a guidance for a PLMN ID of a subsequent access network. Specifically, 1) the base station releases the radio air interface connection of the user equipment, and in the process of releasing the connection, a first preset message (such as an RRC connection release message or other related messages) carries a home operator PLMN ID of the user equipment. 2) The base station rejects the wireless air interface connection of the user equipment, and in the process of rejecting the connection, a second preset message (such as an RRC connection establishment rejection message or other related messages) carries the PLMN ID of the home operator of the user equipment. 3) The base station configures or reconfigures the wireless air interface connection of the user equipment, and in the process of configuring or reconfiguring the connection, a third preset message (such as an RRC connection configuration or reconfiguration message or other related messages) carries the home operator PLMN ID of the user equipment.
And step 34, the user equipment uses the received PLMN ID to select the PLMN ID to access in the base station shared by the wireless network.

Step 41, the user equipment reads the system message broadcasted by the base station shared by the wireless network, and acquires the PLMN ID of the PLMN ID list broadcasted in the system message.

Step 44, the GUAMI in the 5G-GUTI reported by the ue can continue to maintain the original GUAMI allocated by the original visited network, or the ue does not provide the 5G-GUTI.
Step 45, if the base station finds that the PLMN ID of the GUAMI in the 5G-GUTI reported by the user equipment does not accord with the selected PLMN ID, the core network of the terminal home operator can be preferentially selected by using the selected PLMN ID for registration. In the process of registering the user equipment in the home network, the first core network equipment can acquire the context or registration information of the user equipment from the second core network equipment. The first core network device may update the 5G-GUTI of the user equipment, such as by registering for an admission message or other related message.
To sum up, the method of the embodiment of the present invention is executed by the user equipment, and can enable the user equipment to correctly select the core network of the home operator to serve the user equipment in a scenario that the user equipment previously roams into the visited network and performs the startup registration on the base station shared by the core network, and then performs the startup registration on the base station shared by the wireless network. Not only avoids extra settlement of flow charge, but also is beneficial to the service quality guarantee and the operation analysis data extraction of the user aiming at the home operator.

The transceiver 710 is used for receiving and transmitting data under the control of the processor 700.
Where in fig. 7, the bus architecture may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, with various circuits being linked together, particularly one or more processors represented by processor 700 and memory represented by memory 720. The bus architecture may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. The bus interface provides an interface. The transceiver 710 may be a number of elements including a transmitter and a receiver that provide a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The processor 700 is responsible for managing the bus architecture and general processing, and the memory 720 may store data used by the processor 700 in performing operations.
The readable storage medium of the embodiment of the present invention stores a program or an instruction thereon, and the program or the instruction, when executed by the processor, implements the steps in the method for accessing to a shared network, which is executed by the user equipment or the network equipment, as described above, and can achieve the same technical effects, and in order to avoid repetition, the description is omitted here.
Wherein, the processor is a processor in the user equipment or the network equipment in the above embodiments. The readable storage medium includes a computer readable storage medium, such as a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk.
It is further noted that the user devices described in this specification include, but are not limited to, smart phones, tablets, etc., and that many of the features described are referred to as modules in order to more particularly emphasize their implementation independence.
In embodiments of the present invention, modules may be implemented in software for execution by various types of processors. An identified module of executable code may, for instance, comprise one or more physical or logical blocks of computer instructions which may, for instance, be constructed as an object, procedure, or function. Nevertheless, the executables of an identified module need not be physically located together, but may comprise disparate instructions stored in different bits which, when joined logically together, comprise the module and achieve the stated purpose for the module.
Indeed, a module of executable code may be a single instruction, or many instructions, and may even be distributed over several different code segments, among different programs, and across several memory devices. Likewise, operational data may be identified within the modules and may be embodied in any suitable form and organized within any suitable type of data structure. The operational data may be collected as a single data set, or may be distributed over different locations including over different storage devices, and may exist, at least partially, merely as electronic signals on a system or network.
When a module can be implemented by software, considering the level of existing hardware technology, a module implemented by software may build a corresponding hardware circuit to implement a corresponding function, without considering cost, and the hardware circuit may include a conventional Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) circuit or a gate array and an existing semiconductor such as a logic chip, a transistor, or other discrete components. A module may also be implemented in programmable hardware devices such as field programmable gate arrays, programmable array logic, programmable logic devices or the like.

Claims (31)

1. An access method of a shared network, performed by a user equipment, comprising:
determining a public land mobile network identifier (PLMN ID) used for accessing a shared network; wherein, the PLMN ID is sent by the network equipment, or the user equipment autonomously selects; the PLMN ID is used for guiding the user equipment to access a core network of a home operator;
and initiating an access process according to the PLMN ID.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the PLMN ID used by the access sharing network comprises:
receiving a PLMN ID sent by network equipment;
taking the received PLMN ID as a PLMN ID used for accessing a shared network;
wherein the network device comprises at least one of:
the first core network equipment is core network equipment of a home operator;
the second core network equipment is the core network equipment of a visited operator;
a wireless network device.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the PLMN ID is sent by the first core network device after the second core network device determines that the user equipment has not correctly selected a shared network and instructs the user equipment to complete core network device reselection, when the network device is the first core network device.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the PLMN ID is sent after the second core network device determines that the user equipment has not correctly selected a shared network, if the network device is the second core network device.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the PLMN ID is sent by the wireless network device after receiving the PLMN ID sent by the second core network device and related to the user equipment, or the PLMN ID of the user equipment is determined by the wireless network device, in case that the network device is a wireless network device.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein receiving the PLMN ID sent by the network device comprises:
and the user equipment receives the PLMN ID sent by the network equipment through an AS wireless control message, an NAS direct transmission message or an AS/NAS mixed message.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein after receiving the PLMN sent by the network device, further comprising:
and updating the globally unique user equipment identity (GUTI) according to the received PLMN ID.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the PLMN ID used by the access sharing network comprises:
acquiring a system message broadcasted by a base station, wherein the system message comprises one or more PLMN IDs;
determining a home PLMN ID as a PLMN ID for use by an access sharing network if the home PLMN ID is present in the one or more PLMN IDs.
9. An access method of a shared network, performed by a network device, comprising:
and sending a PLMN ID, wherein the PLMN ID is used for guiding the user equipment to access a core network of a home operator.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the network device comprises at least one of:
the first core network equipment is core network equipment of a home operator;
the second core network equipment is the core network equipment of a visited operator;
a wireless network device.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the sending the PLMN ID comprises:
and when the network equipment is first core network equipment, after receiving the indication information about the selection of the first core network equipment by the user equipment, which is sent by the second core network equipment, the first core network equipment sends the PLMN ID to the user equipment.
12. The method according to claim 11, wherein the receiving, by the first core network device, the indication information about the selection of the first core network device by the user equipment, sent by the second core network device, includes:
and the first core network equipment receives indication information sent by the second core network equipment after the user equipment determines that the user equipment selects the first core network equipment and switches the user equipment to the first core network equipment.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the determining, by the second core network device, that the user equipment selects the first core network device comprises:
and the second core network equipment determines that the user equipment does not correctly select a shared network, and determines that the user equipment selects the first core network equipment.
14. The method of claim 10, wherein the sending the PLMN ID comprises:
and when the network equipment is second core network equipment, the second core network equipment determines that the user equipment does not correctly select a shared network, and sends the PLMN ID to the user equipment.
15. The method according to claim 13 or 14, wherein the determining, by the second core network device, that the user equipment has not correctly selected a shared network comprises:
the second core network equipment determines the home PLMN ID of the user equipment according to the identity home information of the user equipment;
and judging that the user equipment does not correctly select a shared network according to the home PLMN ID, and determining the PLMN ID of the user equipment.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein the identity attribution information comprises at least one of:
the identity of the user;
contextual information of the user;
subscription information of the user.
17. The method of claim 11, further comprising:
and the second core network equipment initiates core network equipment reselection under the condition that the user equipment does not correctly select the shared network.
18. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
and the second core network equipment sends indication information to the wireless network equipment under the condition that the user equipment does not correctly select the shared network, wherein the indication information is used for indicating the wireless network equipment to send the PLMN ID to the user.
19. The method of claim 10, wherein the sending the PLMN ID comprises:
when the network device is a wireless network device, the wireless network device sends the PLMN ID to the user equipment after receiving the PLMN ID which is sent by the second core network device and is related to the user equipment; or the like, or, alternatively,
and after determining the PLMN ID of the user equipment, the wireless network equipment sends the PLMN ID to the user equipment.
20. The method of claim 19, wherein the PLMN ID sent by the second core network device for the ue is:
and after determining that the user equipment does not correctly select the shared network, the second core network equipment sends the PLMN ID to the wireless network equipment.
21. The method of claim 19, wherein the wireless network device determining the PLMN ID comprises:
and when the wireless network equipment determines that the user equipment does not correctly select the shared network, the wireless network equipment sends the PLMN ID to the user equipment.
22. The method of claim 21, wherein the determining, by the wireless network device, that the user equipment has not correctly selected a shared network comprises:
the wireless network equipment determines the home PLMN ID of the user equipment according to the identity home information of the user equipment;
and judging that the user equipment does not correctly select a shared network according to the home PLMN ID of the user equipment.
23. The method of claim 22, wherein the identity attribution information comprises at least one of:
the identity of the user;
contextual information of the user;
subscription information of the user.
24. The method of claim 22, wherein the determining, by the wireless network device, the home PLMN ID of the user equipment according to the identity homing information of the user equipment comprises:
inquiring attribution PLMN ID of identity attribution information corresponding to the user equipment through an air interface of the wireless network equipment; or
And acquiring the home PLMN ID corresponding to the identity home information of the user equipment through a core network element.
25. The method of claim 9, wherein the sending the PLMN ID comprises:
