All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, shall fall within the scope of the present application.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present application and the above figures are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that embodiments of the present application described herein may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
With the development of the home appliance industry, the types of home appliances are more and more selectable. Taking a refrigerator as an example, a refrigerator of one manufacturer may have a plurality of models. Refrigerators between these different models may, for example, differ in function, capacity, etc. When there are many appliance models, it is important to efficiently manage these models.
Currently, device models can be managed in regions. Taking the management of the device model of the area a as an example, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a device model management platform in the related art. As shown in fig. 1, in the device data management platform in the area a, the device management system a may provide the device data configuration system a with the device model number in the area a. The device data configuration system a may then provide the device data query system a with device information for the device model number in the area a. The device data query system a may, for example, use device information of a model of a home appliance in the area a to provide a data query service corresponding to the area a for a user.
The devices may be, for example, personal computers (Personal Computer, PCs), mobile phones, tablet computers, home appliances, smart furniture devices, etc. Wherein the smart furniture device may for example comprise: any one of intelligent household equipment such as intelligent air conditioner, intelligent smoke machine, intelligent refrigerator, intelligent oven, intelligent cooking stove, intelligent washing machine, intelligent water heater, intelligent washing equipment, intelligent dish washer, intelligent projection equipment, intelligent television, intelligent clothes hanger, intelligent curtain, intelligent video and audio, intelligent socket, intelligent sound box, intelligent fresh air equipment, intelligent kitchen and bathroom equipment, intelligent sweeping robot, intelligent window cleaning robot, intelligent mopping robot, intelligent air purifying equipment, intelligent steam box, intelligent microwave oven, intelligent kitchen, intelligent purifier, intelligent water dispenser, intelligent door lock and the like.
As described above, the existing device data management platform is a device data management platform for the area a. However, with the development of science and technology, there are more and more cases where different models of devices can be used in different areas. And thus, it is necessary to manage the device models of different areas.
Taking the management of the equipment model of the area B as an example, the existing equipment data processing method mainly configures the equipment information of the equipment model of the area B into the equipment data query system B of the area B by manpower, so that the equipment data query system B can provide the data query service corresponding to the area B for the user.
And the efficiency of manually configuring the device information of the device model into the device data query system is low. In addition, if one device data configuration system B is newly developed, a plurality of device data configuration subsystems corresponding to the device data configuration system B need to be developed. And because the multiple device data configuration subsystems may in turn rely on external systems outside of the device data management platform, developing a single device data configuration system B is also inefficient.
Therefore, the management of device models in different areas using existing device data processing methods is inefficient.
Considering that the problem of the existing device data processing method that the efficiency is low is that the existing device data processing method needs to manage device data of different areas manually, the application provides a method that does not need to manage device data of different areas manually and does not need to redevelop a device data configuration system manually, so that the efficiency of managing device models of different areas is improved.
The technical scheme provided by the application is described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and some embodiments may not be repeated for the same or similar concepts or processes.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a device data management platform provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the device data management platform may include: the system comprises a first device management system, a first device data configuration system, a first device data query system, a second device management system and a second device data query system. It should be understood that, the connection manner between the first device data configuration system and the first device management system, the first device data query system, the second device management system, and the second device data query system is not limited. For example, the first device data configuration system and the fourth device data configuration system may be connected by a wireless network or a wired network. The connection manner between the first device data configuration system and the four may be the same or different.
In the device data management platform provided by the application, the first device data configuration system can be used for configuring device information of a device model of a first area provided by the first device management system and device information of a device model of a second area provided by the second device management system.
It should be understood that the division manner of the above-mentioned areas is not limited in this application. The first area may be domestic, for example, and the second area may be overseas, for example.
The above device information may include, for example, at least one of: the identification of the area to which the equipment model belongs, the function corresponding to the equipment model, the network configuration corresponding to the equipment model, and the like. It should be understood that the device information of the device model of the first area configured by the first device data configuration system may be the same as or different from the device information of the device model of the second area.
Optionally, the first device data configuration system may, for example, directly use preset device information after receiving the device model of the first area provided by the first device management system, to configure the device model of the first area. Alternatively, the first device data configuration system may further configure device information of a device model of the first area in response to a configuration operation of the user with respect to the device model of the first area.
Optionally, the specific implementation manner of the first device data configuration system to configure the device information of the device model of the second area provided by the second device management system may refer to the manner in which the first device data configuration system configures the device information of the device model of the first area provided by the first device management system described in the foregoing embodiment, which is not described herein again.
It should be understood that, the manner in which the first device data configuration system configures the device information of the device model of the second area may be the same as or different from the manner in which the first device data configuration system configures the device information of the device model of the first area, which is not limited in this application.
The first device data configuration system may be further configured to provide the device information of the configured device model of the first area to the first device data query system and provide the device information of the configured device model of the second area to the second device data query system after configuring the device information of the device model of the first area provided by the first device management system and the device information of the device model of the second area provided by the second device management system.
Alternatively, the first device data configuration system may provide the device information of the configured device model of the first area to the first device data query system after receiving a request "for obtaining the device information of the configured device model of the first area" sent by the first device data query system. Alternatively, the first device data configuration system may further directly push the device information of the device model of the first area to the first device data query system after configuring the device information of the device model of the first area. In this implementation, the first device data query system may store device information for a device model of the first region. Optionally, the first device data query system may output the device information of the device model of the first area in response to a user-triggered operation of obtaining the device information of the device model of the first area.
Optionally, the specific implementation manner in which the first device data configuration system configures the second device data query system to provide the configured device information of the device model of the second area may refer to the manner in which the first device data configuration system provides the first device data query system with the configured device information of the device model of the first area described in the foregoing embodiment, which is not described herein again.
In this embodiment, by the first device data configuration system in the device data management platform, device information may be configured for the device model of the first area of the first device management system and the device model of the second area provided by the second device management system. Through the equipment data management platform, a first equipment data configuration system can be used for carrying out equipment information configuration on equipment models of the second area and the first area, equipment data configuration systems are prevented from being redeveloped aiming at equipment models of different areas, and the efficiency of managing the equipment models of different areas is improved. The first device data configuration system may further automatically provide the configured device information of the device model of the first area to the first device data query system and automatically provide the configured device information of the device model of the second area to the second device data query system after configuring the device information of the device model of the first area and the device information of the device model of the second area. Through the equipment data management platform provided by the application, equipment information of equipment models in different areas is not required to be manually input into the equipment data query system, and the efficiency of managing the equipment models in different areas is further improved.
The following details of the first device data configuration system providing the first device data query system with device information of the configured device model of the first area, and the second device data query system with device information of the configured device model of the second area are described below:
as a possible implementation manner, the first device data configuration system may be configured to add, for a device model, a first identifier for characterizing an area to which the device model belongs according to the area to which the device model belongs. The form of the first identifier may include, for example, at least one of: numbers, letters, symbols, etc. For example, the first identifier for characterizing the area to which the device model belongs as the first area may be in the form of "chn", and the first identifier for characterizing the area to which the device model belongs as the second area may be in the form of "out", for example.
In this implementation manner, the first device data configuration system may be further configured to respond to a device information acquisition request of a device model triggered by a user through the target device data query system, and provide device information of the device model for the target device data query system according to at least one first identifier of the device model.
The target device data query system is a first device data query system or a second device data query system. Optionally, the target device data query system may be configured to send a device information acquisition request of a device model to the first device data configuration system in response to a device information acquisition request of a device model triggered by a user. Optionally, the user may trigger the device information acquisition request of the device model through, for example, a user interface of the target device data query system.
The device model may be one of at least one device model configured by the first device data configuration system. Taking the target device data query system as the first device data query system as an example, the device model may be one of at least one device model of the first area configured by the first device data configuration system. Taking the target device data query system as the second device data query system as an example, the device model may be one of at least one device model of the second area configured by the second device data configuration system.
Alternatively, taking the above target device data query system as the first device data query system as an example, the first device data configuration system may determine, for example, after receiving a device information acquisition request of a device model sent by the first device data query system, the device model from the device models having "the first identifier for characterizing that the region to which the device model belongs is the first region", and acquire the device information of the device model. Taking the target device data query system as the second device data query system as an example, the first device data configuration system may determine, for example, after receiving a device information acquisition request of a device model sent by the second device data query system, the device model from device models having a "first identifier for characterizing that a region to which the device model belongs is a second region", and acquire device information of the device model.
In some embodiments, if the first device data configuration system does not query the device information of the device model after receiving the device information acquisition request of the device model, it may be stated that the first device data configuration system has not configured the device model yet. Optionally, the first device data configuration system may send, to the target device data query system, a prompt message for prompting that the device model is not configured, so as to improve flexibility of the device data management platform, and further improve user experience.
Or if the first device data configuration system does not query the device information of the device model after receiving the device information acquisition request of the device model, it may also indicate that the device model does not belong to the area corresponding to the target device data query system. For example, if the target device data query system is a first device data query system and the region to which the device model belongs is a second region, the first device data configuration system may not provide the device information of the device model of the second region to the first device data query system.
In this implementation manner, in some embodiments, the first device data configuration system may be specifically configured to, when the device model is a device model of a first area provided by the first device management system, determine whether the first device data configuration system has added, for the device model, a first identifier for characterizing that an area to which the device model belongs is a second area.
Alternatively, the first device data configuration system may query, when receiving a device model from the first area provided by the first device management system, whether or not the device model of the first area exists in the device model to which the "first identifier for characterizing the area to which the device model belongs as the second area" has been added. If the first equipment data configuration system exists, the first equipment data configuration system is described to add a first identifier for representing that the area to which the equipment model belongs is a second area for the equipment model. And if the first identification is not present, the first equipment data configuration system does not add a first identification for representing that the area to which the equipment model belongs is a second area for the equipment model.
If the first device data configuration system determines that the first identifier for characterizing the area to which the device model belongs as the second area has been added to the device model, optionally, the first device data configuration system may use the first identifier for characterizing the area to which the device model belongs as the second area as the first identifier of the device model. That is, the first device data configuration system does not use the "first identifier for characterizing the region to which the device model belongs as the first region" to cover the "first identifier" for characterizing the region to which the device model belongs as the second region that is original to the device model.
By the method, if the situation that the first equipment management system provides a plurality of equipment models for the first equipment data configuration system and the equipment model belonging to the second area exists, the part of the equipment model belonging to the second area does not use the first identifier for representing the area to which the equipment model belongs as the first area when the first equipment management system provides the first equipment data configuration system, and the first identifier for representing the area to which the equipment model belongs as the second area, which is the original equipment model, is covered by the first equipment data configuration system, so that the accuracy of the first equipment data configuration system for configuring the equipment model is improved, the situation that two different first identifiers exist for the same equipment model is avoided, and the accuracy and the efficiency of the equipment data management platform are further improved.
The following describes in detail how the first device data configuration system configures device information of a device model of a first area provided by the first device management system, and device information of a device model of a second area provided by the second device management system:
as one possible implementation manner, the first device data configuration system may be configured to respond to a configuration operation of a user on a device model, establish a mapping relationship between the device model and at least one configuration, and use the mapping relationship corresponding to the device model as device information of the device model.
Wherein the at least one configuration may comprise, for example: and the device functions corresponding to the device model. In some embodiments, the at least one configuration may further comprise, for example: network configuration corresponding to the equipment model, etc.
Optionally, the user may trigger a configuration operation on the device model through, for example, a user interface of the first device data configuration system. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a first device data configuration system user interface provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the first device data configuration system may display the device model number, and n configurations (n is an integer greater than or equal to 1), for example, on the user interface. The user may trigger a configuration operation for the device model by clicking on the configuration that needs to be added to the device model. The first device data configuration system can respond to configuration operation of the device model triggered by the user to establish a mapping relation between the device model and at least one configuration selected by the user.
In this implementation manner, the first device data configuration system may respond to a configuration operation of a user on a device model, establish a mapping relationship between the device model and at least one configuration, and use the mapping relationship as device information of the device model. By the method, the first equipment data configuration system can configure the equipment model according to the user requirement, so that the flexibility of the first equipment data configuration system in configuring the equipment model provided by the first equipment management system and the second equipment management system is improved, and the flexibility of the equipment data management platform is further improved.
Further, in some embodiments, the first device data configuration system may be further configured to, after using the mapping relationship corresponding to the device model as the device information of the device model, delete the device information of the device model in response to a request triggered by the user through the first device data configuration system to delete the device information of the device model.
Alternatively, the user may trigger a request to delete device information for the device model, for example, through a user interface of the first device data configuration system.
By the method, the first equipment data configuration system can delete equipment information of the equipment model, and when the first equipment data configuration system has errors in configuring the equipment model, the equipment information of the equipment model which is configured in error can be deleted, so to speak, the mapping relation of the equipment model and at least one configuration corresponding to the equipment model is released. By the method, the accuracy of the equipment data management platform on equipment data management is improved.
In some embodiments, the first device data configuration system may be further configured to determine, before deleting the device information of the device model, whether the device model corresponds to a first identifier that characterizes an area to which the device model belongs as the second area.
If the first device data configuration system determines that the device model corresponds to the first identifier for representing that the area to which the device model belongs is the second area, the device model is described as belonging to the device model in the first area, however, the second device management system provides the device model to the first device data configuration system by mistake, so that the first device data configuration system uses the "first identifier for representing that the area to which the device model belongs is the second area" as the device information of the device model by mistake.
Thus, the first device data configuration system may send a "delete instruction for instructing the second device management system to delete the device model" to the second device management system. Accordingly, the second device management system may receive the deletion instruction and delete the device model.
In consideration of the first device data configuration system, when the device model is the device model of the second area provided by the second device management system, the "first identifier for characterizing that the area to which the device model belongs is the second area" may be used to cover the "first identifier for characterizing that the area to which the device model belongs is the first area" that the device model is original. Therefore, when the first equipment data configuration system misconfigurates the equipment model belonging to the first area into the equipment model belonging to the second area, the equipment data management platform deletes the equipment model in the second equipment management system, so that the situation that the second equipment management system provides the equipment model to the first equipment data configuration system again to cause the first equipment data configuration system to misconfigure the equipment information of the equipment model is avoided, and the flexibility of the equipment data management platform is further improved.
Optionally, further, the first device data configuration system may be further configured to send a first device configuration instruction including a device model to the first device management system, so that the first device management system may receive the first device configuration instruction and save the device model. By the method, the misconfigured equipment model can be sent to the first equipment management system corresponding to the first area to which the equipment model belongs, and the efficiency of equipment model management of the equipment data management platform is improved. In some embodiments, the user may also add the device model to the device management system corresponding to the region to which the device model belongs.
If the first device data configuration system determines that the device model corresponds to the first identifier for characterizing that the area to which the device model belongs is the first area, the device model is described as belonging to the device model in the second area, however, the first device management system provides the device model to the first device data configuration system by mistake, so that the first device data configuration system uses the "first identifier for characterizing that the area to which the device model belongs is the first area" as the device information of the device model by mistake. Optionally, the first device data configuration system may be further configured to send a second device configuration instruction including the device model to the second device management system, so that the second device management system may receive the second device configuration instruction and save the device model. By the method, the device model which is misconfigured can be sent to the second device management system corresponding to the second area to which the device model belongs, and the efficiency of the device data management platform for device model management is improved.
Optionally, the first device data configuration system may be further configured to determine, in response to a request for deleting device information of a device model triggered by a user through a target device management system (the target device management system may be the first device management system or the second device management system), whether the first device data configuration system has used a mapping relationship corresponding to the device model as the device information of the device model.
If the first device data configuration system determines that the first device data configuration system does not use the mapping relation corresponding to the device model as the device information of the device model, the device model can be deleted.
If the first device data configuration system determines that the first device data configuration system has used the mapping relationship corresponding to the device model as the device information of the device model, optionally, the first device data configuration system may not perform the operation of deleting the device information of the device model. Optionally, the first device data configuration system may be further configured to feed back, to the target device management system, first prompt information for "the device information for characterizing that the deletion operation is not performed on the device model".
By the method, the first device data configuration system can respond to the deletion request from the target device management system to delete the device model which is not configured yet. If the first device data configuration system has configured the device model, the device model is not deleted to avoid affecting the function of the device data management platform to provide data services based on the configured device model.
The device data management platform provided by the application is exemplified by the first area being domestic and the second area being overseas. In this example, the first device management system may be, for example, a domestic main data management (Master Data Management, MDM) system, the second device management system may be, for example, an overseas MDM system, the first device data query system may be a domestic device data query system, and the second device data query system may be an overseas device data query system.
The first device data configuration system may add both the domestic device model number provided by the domestic MDM system and the overseas device model number provided by the overseas MDM system to a model table of the first device data configuration system database. The first device data configuration system may identify, through a field, whether the device model is from an overseas MDM system or a domestic MDM system.
Considering that the situation that the domestic MDM system provides a plurality of equipment models for the first equipment data configuration system and the equipment model belonging to overseas exists, when the domestic MDM system provides the first equipment data configuration system for the part of the overseas equipment model, the first equipment data configuration system does not use the domestic identifier for representing that the area to which the equipment model belongs is domestic and covers the overseas identifier for representing that the area to which the equipment model belongs is overseas of the original equipment model, so that the problem of data mutual coverage and data confusion is avoided, and the accuracy and the efficiency of the equipment data management platform are improved.
In addition, when the first device data configuration system does not configure the overseas device model or the domestic device model, the first device data configuration system may delete the device model in the first device data configuration system in response to a request for deleting the device model sent by the overseas MDM system or the domestic MDM system.
If the first equipment data configuration system has configured an overseas equipment model or a domestic equipment model, the first equipment data configuration system does not perform deletion processing on the equipment model after receiving a request for deleting the equipment model from the overseas MDM system or the domestic MDM system so as to avoid influencing external data service based on the configured equipment model.
Further, considering that there may be a case where "one device model should be configured with overseas identification, but is configured with domestic identification by mistake", fig. 4 is a flow chart of a device data management method provided in the present application. The first device data configuration system may output the already configured overseas device model so that the user may view the configured overseas device model. As shown in fig. 4, if the user determines that there is a device model that is misplaced to be a domestic identifier in the configured overseas device model, the operation of deleting the device information of the device model may be triggered by the first device data configuration system. The first device data configuration system may delete the device information of the device model in response to the operation, so that the device model becomes an unconfigured state.
The user may then add the device model to the overseas MDM system so that the overseas MDM system may provide the first device data configuration system with the overseas device model. Accordingly, the first device data configuration system may receive the overseas device model provided by the overseas MDM system and reconfigure the overseas device model. The first device data configuration system may then provide the configured overseas device model to the overseas device data query system, implementing an adjustment of the identification of the misconfigured device model to an overseas identification.
Considering that there may be a case where "one device model should be configured with a domestic identifier, but is erroneously configured as an overseas identifier", fig. 5 is a flow chart of another device data management method provided in the present application. The first device data configuration system may output the device model of the country that has been configured so that the user may view the configured device model of the country. As shown in fig. 5, if the user determines that the configured domestic device model has a device model that is misconfigured as an overseas identifier, the operation of deleting the device information of the device model may be triggered by the first device data configuration system. The first device data configuration system may delete the device information for the device model in response to the operation, so that the device model becomes an unconfigured state.
Then, the first device data configuration system may send a delete instruction to delete the device model to the off-shore MDM system so that the off-shore MDM system may make delete synchronization.
The user may then add the device model to the national MDM system so that the national MDM system may provide the first device data configuration system with the national device model. Accordingly, the first device data configuration system may receive the domestic device model number provided by the domestic MDM system and reconfigure the domestic device model number. Then, the first device data configuration system may provide the configured domestic device model number to the domestic device data query system, so as to implement adjustment of the identification of the misconfigured device model number to a domestic identification.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present application and it should be noted that modifications and adaptations to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the principles of the present application and are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present application.
