step 5, the porcelain disc support rod 27 of the lower support part 7 is stretched out and supported and fixed through the inclined support rod 24, the lower support part 7 is moved to enable the porcelain disc support rod 27 to reach the height of the lower end of the position to be replaced of the suspension insulator, and the porcelain disc support plate 22 at the end part of the lower support part is supported at the bottom of the porcelain disc connected with the section to be replaced of the suspension insulator;
and 6, removing connection of the upper end and the lower end of the section to be replaced of the suspension insulator, hanging the section to be replaced to the ground through a hanging tool, hanging the new section to the corresponding height, moving the new section to the position where the vacancy of the section to be replaced is removed by the suspension insulator, supporting the porcelain disc at the uppermost end of the porcelain disc by the porcelain disc support plate 22 of the upper support part 3, and finally connecting the upper end and the lower end of the new section with the original suspension insulator.
According to the movable high-altitude suspension insulator replacement device, the suspension wheel 16 which is rotatably arranged in the movable suspension part 1 can be suspended on the circuit 9, so that a worker can conveniently and quickly push and pull the device to the side of the suspension insulator to be operated, and time and labor are saved; staff can climb to the suspension insulator to be operated through the cross rod 4 on the ladder stand part 8, and the ladder stand part 8 provides the depending position and support, so that the operation efficiency and safety can be effectively improved; when the section to be replaced of the suspension insulator is operated, the porcelain plates of the section to be replaced of the suspension insulator and the porcelain plates of the section below the section to be replaced of the suspension insulator can be respectively supported through the corresponding porcelain plate support plates 22 on the upper support part 3 and the lower support part 7, and workers only need to carry out the removal work of connection, so that the workload of high-altitude operation is reduced, and the working efficiency is further improved; the movable high-altitude suspension insulator replacing device is reasonable in structure and convenient to use, can provide good supporting protection for workers, liberates hands of the workers, can provide auxiliary support for the insulator in the replacing process, and ensures that the replacing process is performed efficiently.
Claims (8)
1. A mobile overhead suspension insulator replacement apparatus, comprising:
the movable suspension part (1) can be suspended on the line (9) through a suspension wheel (16) which is rotatably arranged in the movable suspension part (1) and can move along the length direction of the line (9) under the action of external force;
the climbing device comprises a climbing ladder part (8), wherein the climbing ladder part (8) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the movable hanging part (1), and the climbing ladder part (8) comprises two vertical rods (2) which are arranged in parallel and a cross rod (4) connected between the two vertical rods (2);

step 1, when a worker arrives at a suspension insulator operation site, lifting the movable high-altitude suspension insulator replacement device to a corresponding height through lifting tools such as a lifting rope, a pulley and the like;
step 2, hanging the movable high-altitude suspension insulator replacement device on a circuit (9) connected with the upper end of the suspension insulator to be replaced through the movable hanging part (1), and moving the movable high-altitude suspension insulator replacement device to the side of the suspension insulator to be replaced;
step 3, transferring a worker to the movable high-altitude suspension insulator replacement device and climbing to the side of the suspension insulator to be replaced through the ladder stand part (8), wherein one safety belt of the worker is connected to the line (9) to provide falling protection, and the other safety belt is connected to the vertical rod (2) or the transverse rod (4) to provide working support;

and 6, removing connection of the upper end and the lower end of the section to be replaced of the suspension insulator, hanging the section to be replaced to the ground through a hanging tool, hanging the new section to the corresponding height, moving the new section to the position where the vacancy of the section to be replaced is removed by the suspension insulator, supporting the porcelain disc at the uppermost end of the new section by a porcelain disc support plate (22) of an upper supporting part (3), and finally connecting the upper end and the lower end of the new section with the original suspension insulator.
