Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The different people transact different services, the required time is different, some users transact the services very simply, only a few minutes are needed, some users transact the services relatively complex, and a few hours are needed, if the users transacting the complex services are arranged in front of the users transacting the simple services, the experience of the following users can be seriously affected. In such cases, the user may not be happy to wait for the service to be relinquished, or the waiting time is not proportional to the value of the service being transacted, which may affect the satisfaction of the user. Therefore, the method of determining the queuing order based on the order of entering the queue in the related art is difficult to meet the queuing requirements of most users, and poor queuing experience is easily brought to the users.
In order to solve the technical problems, the embodiment of the application provides a queuing management method, and processing equipment can determine the queuing sequence of users in a team by combining service handling time required by users to be queued and queued users, so that the determined queuing sequence meets the service experience requirements of the queued users as much as possible, the waiting time of each user in the queue is in a reasonable range, and the queuing experience of the users is improved.
It will be appreciated that the method may be applied to a processing device that is capable of queuing management, for example, a terminal device or a server having queuing management functions. The method can be independently executed by the terminal equipment or the server, can also be applied to a network scene of communication between the terminal equipment and the server, and is executed by the cooperation of the terminal equipment and the server. The terminal equipment can be a computer, a mobile phone and other equipment. The server can be understood as an application server or a Web server, and can be an independent server or a cluster server in actual deployment.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a queuing management method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes:
S101: and acquiring first user information corresponding to the user to be queued and second user information corresponding to the queued user in the service handling queue.
The first user information is used for reflecting the service handling time required by the user to be queued, and the second user information is used for reflecting the service handling time required by the queued user.
S102: and determining the queuing sequence numbers corresponding to the users to be queued in the service handling queues through a queuing sequence determining model according to the first user information and the second user information.
Because the service handling time required by different services is different, if a user with a shorter service handling time is waited in a team for a long time, the queuing experience of the user is easy to be poor; and users with longer service handling time usually cannot feel queuing effect caused by the service with shorter service handling time. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the processing device can integrate the service handling time required by the user to be queued and the queued user to determine the queuing number corresponding to the user to be queued in the service handling queue, and the queuing number analysis is performed based on the queuing experience of the whole plurality of users.
S103: and adding the user to be queued into a service handling queue according to the queuing sequence number, and converting the user to be queued into a queued user.
According to the technical scheme, when the queuing of the user is managed, the first user information corresponding to the user to be queued and the second user information corresponding to the queued user in the service handling queue can be acquired first, wherein the first user information is used for reflecting the service handling time required by the user to be queued, and the second user information is used for reflecting the service handling time required by the queued user. According to the first user information and the second user information, a queuing sequence determining model can be used for determining a queuing sequence number corresponding to a user to be queued in a service handling queue, and according to the queuing sequence number, the user to be queued can be added into the service handling queue and converted into a queued user. Therefore, the application can combine the service handling time required by the user to be queued and the queued user to determine the queuing sequence of the users in the queue, so that the determined queuing sequence meets the service experience requirement of the queued user as much as possible, the waiting time of each user in the queue is in a reasonable range, and the queuing experience of the user is improved.
In one possible implementation manner, before acquiring the first user information corresponding to the user to be queued, the processing device may acquire a queuing request initiated by the user to be queued, and then determine an initial queuing number corresponding to the user to be queued according to a time when the user to be queued arrives at the bank and a time when the user to be queued arrives at the bank. In response to determining the queuing number corresponding to the user to be queued, the processing device may update the number corresponding to the user to be queued from the initial queuing number to the queuing number, that is, the processing device may assign an initial queuing number to the user based on the order in which the user arrives at the bank, and then assign a new queuing number to the user based on the service that the user needs to transact.
In one possible implementation, the processing device may adjust the queuing sequence in real time based on changes in queuing personnel in order to more accurately manage the queuing of users. In response to the reduction of the queued users in the service handling queue, the processing device may update the queuing numbers respectively corresponding to the remaining queued users according to user information corresponding to the remaining queued users in the service handling queue, where the user information includes the first user information and/or the second user information.
In one possible implementation manner, the first user information includes user identity information corresponding to the user to be queued and to-be-handled service information, where the user identity information is used to identify a user identity of the user to be queued, and the to-be-handled service information is used to identify a service that needs to be handled by the user to be queued.
In one possible implementation, the queuing sequence determination model is trained by:
The processing device may first obtain historical user queuing information, where the historical user queuing information includes service handling times corresponding to a plurality of historical users, where the historical user queuing information has a corresponding sample queuing sequence, where the sample queuing sequence is used to identify queuing orders corresponding to the plurality of historical users in a same queue, respectively. The processing device may input the historical user queuing information into an initial queuing sequence determination model to obtain an initial queuing sequence, where the initial queuing sequence is a sequence determined by the model based on the queuing information of the historical user. The differences of the model in determining the queuing sequence can be manifested in terms of the differences between the initial queuing sequence and the sample queuing sequence. Thus, the processing device may adjust the initial queuing sequence determination model based on the difference to obtain the queuing sequence determination model.
In one possible implementation, the processing device may further determine a user satisfaction degree corresponding to the historical user queuing information, and when adjusting the initial queuing sequence determination model according to a difference between the initial queuing sequence and the sample queuing sequence, the processing device may determine a loss function corresponding to the historical user queuing information according to the difference between the initial queuing sequence and the sample queuing sequence and the user satisfaction degree. That is, if the user satisfaction is high, which means that the user has high acceptance of the queuing sequence, the processing device can properly expand the loss function, so that the model can be trained in a queuing sequence determination mode with high user satisfaction; if the user satisfaction is lower, the processing device can properly reduce the loss function to enable the model to reduce the learning strength of the queuing sequence determination mode with lower user satisfaction. The processing device may adjust the initial queuing sequence determination model based on the loss function to obtain a queuing sequence determination model.
Next, a queuing management method provided by the embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to an actual application scenario.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a queuing management method in a practical application scenario provided by the embodiment of the present application, in which a client in a bank queuing system swipes an identification card or a bank card to obtain a current queuing a, basic information J, a transacted service X, a practical queuing B, a predicted waiting time T, a practical waiting time T, and a satisfaction S. The processing device may generate a current ranking order a according to the chronological order in which the customer initially arrived at the banking outlet. And then, according to the service X selected and transacted by the client and the collected basic information J of the client, the weight of the influence of the ordering satisfaction degree of the time sequence in the system and the weight of the influence of the ordering satisfaction degree of the time spent for transacting the service in the system are updated by combining the service transacted data of the clients which are usual in the system. And (5) estimating the waiting time t, and adjusting the ranking to B. And pushing the estimated time. After the customer handles the business, the processing equipment can collect data such as actual waiting time T, satisfaction S and the like, and feed the data back to the queuing and calling system to adjust the queuing and calling adjustment model.
And the initial number taking module is used for realizing initial number taking of the client reaching the website and collecting the transacted business information and basic information of the client.
And the historical data calculation module is used for generating a training model according to the data information of the business handling clients of the previous website.
And the renumbering module is used for adjusting and optimizing the current number by utilizing the training model in combination with the information collected by the initial number taking module so as to ensure that the satisfaction degree of all business handling clients in the network point reaches the maximum value. And feeding back the regenerated rank number to the historical data calculation module for generating a new training model.
