and if the running distance information of the current vehicle is consistent with the running distance information in the vehicle fee deduction information, determining that the vehicle fee deduction information is correct.
4. The MCU chip of claim 3, wherein the processing unit, when determining a pre-deduction fee according to the vehicle positioning information, is specifically configured to:
acquiring the running distance information of the current vehicle according to the vehicle positioning information, wherein the running distance information comprises: entrance information of a toll station through which the current vehicle passes and exit information of the current toll station of the current vehicle, and/or historical passing path information of the current vehicle;
and calculating the withholding expense according to the running distance information.
5. The MCU chip of claim 2, wherein the processing unit, when reviewing the vehicle fare deduction information to determine whether the vehicle fare deduction information is incorrect, is specifically configured to:
acquiring the running distance information of the current vehicle according to the vehicle positioning information, wherein the running distance information comprises: the method comprises the following steps that entrance information of a toll station where a current vehicle passes and exit information of the current toll station of the current vehicle, and/or historical passing road section information of the current vehicle;
and if the running distance information of the current vehicle is consistent with the running distance information in the vehicle fee deduction information, determining that the vehicle fee deduction information is correct.

the processing unit is used for auditing the vehicle fee deduction information to determine whether the vehicle fee deduction information is wrong, and specifically used for:
determining whether the current vehicle is positioned in an area range corresponding to the position information of the exit of the toll station to be deducted or not according to the vehicle positioning information;
if yes, determining the pre-deducting cost, and determining whether the cost to be deducted is wrong or not according to the pre-deducting cost;
if the fee to be deducted is correct, determining that the fee deduction information of the vehicle is correct;
