Optionally, the determining module 302 is further configured to, when the first information is text: performing text regularization processing on the first information; performing text recognition processing on the first information after the text regularization processing to obtain a recognition result, wherein the text recognition processing comprises: word segmentation, common word deletion, part of speech analysis and proper noun identification; and judging the target intention of the target object according to the recognition result.
Text regularization processing: namely, the text is normalized, punctuation marks and the like can be removed as required; word segmentation: dividing words, namely dividing a sentence into a segment; deleting common words: removing high-frequency nonsense words such as "ground", "d", etc.; and (3) part of speech analysis: the words are verbs, nouns, scholars and the like, and the sentence structure can be known; proper noun identification: distinction of company name, person name, place name, and the like.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation on the implementation process of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an electronic device 4 provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the electronic apparatus 4 of this embodiment includes: a processor 401, a memory 402 and a computer program 403 stored in the memory 402 and executable on the processor 401. The steps in the various method embodiments described above are implemented when the processor 401 executes the computer program 403. Alternatively, the processor 401 implements the functions of the respective modules/units in the above-described respective apparatus embodiments when executing the computer program 403.
Illustratively, the computer program 403 may be partitioned into one or more modules/units, which are stored in the memory 402 and executed by the processor 401 to accomplish the present disclosure. One or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution of the computer program 403 in the electronic device 4.
The electronic device 4 may be a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm computer, a cloud server, or other electronic devices. The electronic device 4 may include, but is not limited to, a processor 401 and a memory 402. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 4 is merely an example of the electronic device 4, and does not constitute a limitation of the electronic device 4, and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some of the components may be combined, or different components, e.g., the electronic device may also include an input-output device, a network access device, a bus, etc.
The Processor 401 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage 402 may be an internal storage unit of the electronic device 4, for example, a hard disk or a memory of the electronic device 4. The memory 402 may also be an external storage device of the electronic device 4, for example, a plug-in hard disk provided on the electronic device 4, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like. Further, the memory 402 may also include both internal storage units of the electronic device 4 and external storage devices. The memory 402 is used for storing computer programs and other programs and data required by the electronic device. The memory 402 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules, so as to perform all or part of the functions described above. Each functional unit and module in the embodiments may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated in one unit, and the integrated unit may be implemented in a form of hardware, or in a form of software functional unit. In addition, specific names of the functional units and modules are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present application. The specific working processes of the units and modules in the system may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and reference may be made to the related descriptions of other embodiments for parts that are not described or illustrated in a certain embodiment.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. A hotel service method, comprising:
receiving first information sent by a target object;
judging the target intention of the target object according to the first information;
determining a target service from a plurality of services according to the target intention, wherein the plurality of services comprise: a consultation service, a reservation service, and a check-in service;
and providing target service for the target object through the target service.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the providing the target service to the target object through the target service comprises:
when the target service is the consultation service:
providing advisory services for the target object based on the first information, comprising: determining a consultation result based on the first information, and sending the consultation result to the target object;
wherein the target service includes the advisory service.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the providing the target service to the target object through the target service comprises:
when the target service is the predetermined service:
acquiring second information of the target object corresponding to the predetermined service;
providing a predetermined service for the target object based on the second information, including: transacting a predetermined procedure for the target object based on the second information, and sending a predetermined result corresponding to the predetermined procedure to the target object;
wherein the target service comprises the predetermined service.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the providing the target service to the target object through the target service comprises:
when the target service is the check-in service:
acquiring third information of the target object corresponding to the check-in service;
providing a check-in service for the target object based on the third information, comprising: transacting a check-in procedure for the target object based on the third information, and judging whether the target object needs a baggage handling service, if so, providing the baggage handling service for the target object;
wherein the target service comprises the check-in service, which comprises the baggage handling service.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein said determining whether the target object requires baggage handling services and, if so, providing the baggage handling services to the target object comprises:
acquiring a picture of luggage of the target object;
acquiring tasks to be distributed of a plurality of distribution robots, and determining a target distribution robot from the plurality of distribution robots according to the pictures, the third information and the tasks to be distributed of each distribution robot;
generating a target distribution task corresponding to the target object according to the picture, the third information and a task to be distributed of the target distribution robot;
and controlling the target distribution robot according to the target distribution task.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the target intention of the target object according to the first information comprises:
when the first information is voice:
performing a preprocessing operation on the first information, wherein the preprocessing operation includes: pre-emphasis operation, framing operation and windowing operation;
performing fast Fourier transform on the first information after the preprocessing operation to obtain a Fourier transform frequency spectrum;
inputting the Fourier transform spectrum into a filter to obtain the acoustic characteristics of the first information;
and judging the target intention of the target object according to the acoustic features.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the target intention of the target object according to the first information comprises:
when the first information is a text:
performing text regularization processing on the first information;
performing text recognition processing on the first information subjected to the text regularization processing to obtain a recognition result, wherein the text recognition processing comprises: word segmentation, common word deletion, part of speech analysis and proper noun identification;
and judging the target intention of the target object according to the recognition result.
8. A hotel services device, comprising:
the receiving module is configured to receive first information sent by a target object;
a judging module configured to judge a target intention of the target object according to the first information;
a determining module configured to determine a target service from a plurality of services according to the target intention, wherein the plurality of services include: a consultation service, a reservation service, and a check-in service;
a service module configured to provide a target service for the target object through the target service.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor realizes the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
