and querying personal information respectively matched with the address and the name of the target user from a preset user information database to serve as the personal information of the target user corresponding to the clue information.
Step 220, pushing a second service entrance to the target user, so that the target user receives a second service by accessing the second service entrance.
The second service entry may be any entry that provides the second service to the user according to the user instruction, the second service entry may be a link, or may also be a control that can be triggered, such as a button, and the second service entry may be displayed on various interfaces that can interact with the user, such as a popup window, a dialog box, and a page, and the second service entry may be pushed to the user by pushing various interfaces that can interact with the user, such as a popup window, a dialog box, and a page, that include the second service entry.
The local end may receive data or send data out based on various protocols, such as HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol).
In one embodiment, the clue information includes an identification of a target user and an identification of a second service required by the target user, and the specific steps of step 210 and step 220 may be as shown in fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating the details of steps 210 and 220 according to an embodiment shown in a corresponding embodiment of fig. 2. As shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the following steps:
step 211, when thread information provided by the first service provider for the second service is received, acquiring an identifier of a target user and a second service identifier required by the target user from the thread information.
The identification of the target user and the identification of the second service required by the target user may be character sequences for uniquely identifying a target user and a second service, respectively. The character sequence may be arranged by any one or more of letter, number, underline, etc., for example, HHDI0001 may be used as a target user identifier or a second service identifier.
Step 212, obtaining the personal information corresponding to the identifier of the target user as the personal information of the target user corresponding to the clue information.
In one embodiment, a table of correspondence between user identifiers and personal information is pre-established, and the obtaining of the personal information corresponding to the identifier of the target user as the personal information of the target user corresponding to the thread information includes:
and acquiring the personal information corresponding to the identification of the target user as the personal information of the target user corresponding to the clue information by inquiring a pre-established corresponding relation table of the user identification and the personal information.
Step 221, pushing a second service entry corresponding to the second service identifier to a target user corresponding to the identifier of the target user, so that the target user receives a second service by accessing the second service entry.
In one embodiment, each service identifier and the corresponding service entry are pre-stored in a database, a second service entry corresponding to the second service identifier is determined by querying the database, and then the second service entry is pushed to the target user.
It is easy to understand that the identifier of the target user may uniquely determine the identity of one user, and therefore, the target user corresponding to the identifier of the target user is the target user corresponding to the clue information.
Step 230, when a second service access request sent by the target user through the second service entrance is received, configuring the conversation robot according to the personal information of the target user.
When the conversation robot provides the second service, the second service can be provided through voice call, and the second service can also be provided through audio and video call. For the conversation robot providing the second service of voice call, the voice of the conversation robot may be configured, for example, the tone color, the speech rate, the voice gender, and the like may be configured; for a conversation robot providing a second service of audio-video conversation, the voice and the synthetic portrait of the conversation robot may be configured, for example, the voice may be configured with the tone color, the speech rate, the voice gender, etc., and the synthetic portrait may be configured with the gender, the age, etc.
The audio and video call can be realized based on technologies such as portrait synthesis, voice synthesis, expression modeling, audio and visual information relation mapping and the like, in the process, a virtual portrait capable of speaking is presented to a user generally in an audio and video stream mode, and conversation with the user is carried out by utilizing the virtual portrait, so that a second service is provided for the user.
As described above, the personal information of the user may include various information related to the user, such as age, occupation, sex, address, family, marital status, and academic calendar, and the way of configuring the conversation robot according to the personal information of the target user may be various.
For example, the voice and/or the synthetic human image of the conversation robot may be configured to have a gender according to the gender of the target user, for example, if the gender of the target user is male, the voice and/or the synthetic human image of the conversation robot may be configured to have a female gender; the voice and/or the synthetic portrait of the conversation robot may also be configured to be most suitable for the age of the target user according to the age of the target user. For example, if the target user is 30 years old and the experience of the user is best when empirically determining to configure the voice and/or the synthetic portrait of the conversation robot to be 25 years old, then the voice and/or the synthetic portrait of the conversation robot may be configured to be 25 years old.
The dialogue robot can also be configured by integrating various personal information of the target user. The configuration mode can be obtained through learning of machine learning models such as deep learning and decision trees, and therefore configuration accuracy is guaranteed.
In one embodiment, when receiving a second service access request sent by the target user through the second service portal, configuring a conversation robot according to the personal information of the target user, including:
when a second service access request sent by the target user through the second service entrance is received, determining a conversation robot image suitable for providing a second service for the target user according to the personal information of the target user;
and configuring the conversation robot according to the conversation robot image and the preset voice and speed.
The conversational robot character is a virtualized robot character that may be visually presented to a user, such as may be a young male, a young female, a mature male, an mature female, and so forth. The speech is a specific setting mode of acoustic characteristics such as loudness, timbre, tone and the like, the speech speed is the speed of the output content of the conversation robot, for example, the speech speed can be configured to be 50 words/minute, and the conversation robot image which is determined to be suitable for providing the second service for the target user according to the personal information of the target user can be realized by using machine learning models such as a neural network, a decision tree and the like.
In the embodiment, before the dialog robot is used for providing the second service for the target user, the dialog robot is configured into an image suitable for providing the second service for the target user according to the personal information of the target user, and the voice and the speech speed are configured, so that the dialog robot providing the second service for the target user in an audio and video mode can better provide the service for the target user, better meet the requirements of the target user, and improve the service quality.
In one embodiment, the personal information of the target user includes household registration information, gender, age and academic history, and the configuring the dialogue robot according to the personal information of the target user includes:
determining whether the household registration location of the target user has a dialect or not according to the household registration information in the personal information of the target user;
if so, the voice of the conversation robot is configured to the corresponding dialect.
Various dialects can be learned by utilizing a machine learning model in advance, and after learning is finished, the dialects can be conversed by using the corresponding dialects through configuration;
configuring the voice of the conversation robot into corresponding gender according to the gender in the personal information of the target user;
and configuring the speech rate of the conversation robot according to the age and the academic history in the personal information of the target user. For example, if the household registration information in the personal information of the target user is obtained in the form of a chinese dialect, that is, a chinese dialect, speaking a chinese dialect, in the household registration location of the target user, the voice of the conversation robot needs to be configured as a chinese dialect; for example, if the gender of the target user is male, the voice of the conversation robot may be configured as male, or the voice of the conversation robot may be configured as female; similarly, if the gender of the target user is female, the voice of the conversation robot can be configured as female, or the voice of the conversation robot can be configured as male; for example, if the academic calendar is below the university or the age is above 60 years, the dialogue robot is configured to the first speech rate, otherwise, the dialogue robot is configured to the second speech rate, and the first speech rate is lower than the second speech rate.
In this embodiment, the dialog robot provides the second service for the target user by speaking the dialect and performing a dialog with the user who speaks the dialect, which can increase the proximity of the robot and the user, thereby improving the service experience of the user; by configuring the voice gender of the conversation robot correspondingly according to the gender of the target user, the user can be more willing to accept the second service; and the speech rate of the conversation robot is configured according to the age and the academic history, so that the user can more easily understand the information transmitted by the conversation robot, and the service experience of the user can also be improved.
In one embodiment, the second service corresponds to a product, the call is a voice call or an audio-video call, the conversation robot is preconfigured with dialogs for multiple rounds of conversations, the dialogs include a main-flow dialogs, a special-scene dialogs, a target dialogs and a question-and-answer dialogs, wherein:
the main session is used for providing a key node session service in the process of providing a second service for the target user, and the key node session service comprises: opening a field, and introducing and ending a product corresponding to the second service;
the special scenario dialog is used for providing special dialog services, and the special dialog services include: the method comprises the following steps of asking questions of a target user again when feedback information of the target user is not matched with a question of the conversation robot, and requesting the target user to speak or ask the question repeatedly;
the target conversation is used for collecting user information of the target user and recommending a product corresponding to the second service for the target user according to the user information;
the question-and-answer operation is used for making feedback aiming at the target question proposed by the target user.
The specific manner of collecting the user information of the target user by using the target dialogues may be various, for example, the relevant information of the user may be extracted by a slot extraction technique, such as asking the user about monthly income, and then the information including numbers in the user answer may be extracted from the user answer through word segmentation and semantic analysis.
Each dialect generally comprises a plurality of sentences which can be used for multi-turn dialogues, and through the combination of the main flow dialogues, the special scene dialogues, the target dialogues and the question-answering dialogues, the comprehensive coverage of the dialogues in the multi-turn dialogues is realized, so that the dialog robot can better complete the multi-turn dialogues, and the service experience of a target user is improved.
In one embodiment, the question-answer and answer operation corresponds to a question-answer operation library, the question-answer operation library includes a plurality of question information and answer information corresponding to each question information, and the way for the dialog robot to feed back the target question posed by the target user may be as shown in fig. 4. Fig. 4 is a flow diagram illustrating the manner in which a conversational robot may feedback on a target question posed by a target user, according to an example embodiment. Referring to fig. 4, the method comprises the following steps:
and step 410, sequentially acquiring each question information in the question-answer library and calculating the similarity between the question information and the target question.
In one embodiment, sequentially obtaining information of each question in the question-answer library and calculating similarity to the target question includes:
acquiring the information of each question in the question-answer library, and dividing the information of each question and the target question into words;
for each question information, determining the number of words contained by the question information and the target question together as a first number, and determining the number of words in a union set of the question information and the words contained by the target question as a second number;
and determining the ratio of the first number and the second number corresponding to each question information as the similarity of the question information and the target question.
And step 420, acquiring question information matched with the target question from the question information as target question information based on the similarity between the question information and the target question.
In one embodiment, step 420 may include: and acquiring the question information corresponding to the maximum similarity as the target question information matched with the target question.
In one embodiment, the obtaining, from the question information based on the similarity between the question information and the target question, question information that matches the target question as target question information includes:
acquiring question information corresponding to the maximum similarity as candidate target question information;
judging whether the similarity of the candidate target problem information is greater than a preset similarity threshold value or not;
and if so, taking the candidate target question information as target question information matched with the target question.
In this embodiment, the problem information with the largest similarity and the similarity larger than the predetermined similarity threshold is selected as the target problem information, so that the selected target problem information is not only the largest in similarity, but also the similarity is high enough, thereby ensuring the similarity between the selected problem information and the target problem, ensuring the matching between the feedback made for the target problem proposed by the target user and the target problem, and enabling the user to obtain good experience when receiving the second service.
In one embodiment, the obtaining, as target problem information, problem information that matches the target problem from among the problem information based on the similarity obtained for each problem information includes:
acquiring corresponding problem information with the similarity larger than a preset similarity threshold value as candidate target problem information;
and selecting one of the candidate target question information as the target question information matched with the target question.
In the case that the similarity is greater than the predetermined similarity threshold, the higher the similarity of one question information does not necessarily mean that the question information is slightly lower than the similarity but the same question information with the similarity greater than the predetermined similarity threshold matches the target question better.
Step 430, obtaining answer information corresponding to the target question information as feedback information for the target question, and sending the feedback information to the target user.
Because the target question information is sufficiently matched with or similar to the target question, on the basis, the answer information corresponding to the target question information is sent to the target user as feedback information, so that the target question proposed by the target user can be solved to a great extent, and the second service can be smoothly provided for the target user.
And 240, connecting the configured conversation between the conversation robot and the target user so that the conversation robot provides a second service for the target user.
As described above, the call between the conversation robot and the target user may be a voice call or an audio/video call, and by connecting the call between the conversation robot and the target user, an audio data stream or an audio/video data stream may be sent to the target user, and an audio data stream or an audio/video data stream sent by the target user may be received, thereby providing a second service for the target user.
After the audio/video call between the conversation robot and the target user is established, the video data transmission when the conversation robot provides the second service for the target user can be realized based on various network protocols, for example, the WebRTC protocol can be used.
In one embodiment, the second service is a product procurement service, and the connecting the configured conversation robot to the target user to make the conversation robot provide the second service for the target user includes:
