In some possible embodiments, the review request may also carry an anti-cheating code (e.g., a custom code that is manually entered by a user, so this anti-cheating code is unpredictable to the network customization platform and order server of the tie fabrication plant), which is also present in the review video. And the anti-cheating code is utilized, so that the effectiveness of random reinspection of the user is ensured. In some possible embodiments, when the receiving unit receives an order delivery instruction carrying an order number P1 and receiver information inf-A1 from the client A1, the sending unit is further configured to forward the order delivery instruction to an order server of a tie processing plant, where the order delivery instruction is used to trigger the order server of the tie processing plant to initiate a logistics order, a logistics good of the logistics order includes the K1 prefabricated ties, and the receiver information of the logistics order is the receiver information inf-A1.

Claims (5)

1. A method for enabling remote sleeper customization, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a network customization platform sends a customization service homepage to a client A1 in a login state, wherein the customization service homepage comprises a downloading button of a prefabricated sleeper parameter collecting template, and when the downloading button of the prefabricated sleeper parameter collecting template in the customization service homepage is clicked, a downloading request of the prefabricated sleeper parameter collecting template sent by the client A1 to the network customization platform is triggered;
the network customizing platform receives a downloading request of a prefabricated sleeper parameter collecting template sent by a client A1; the network customizing platform sends a downloading request response of a prefabricated sleeper parameter collecting template to the client A1, wherein the downloading request response of the prefabricated sleeper parameter collecting template carries the prefabricated sleeper parameter collecting template to be filled;
the network customizing platform receives a prefabricated sleeper customizing request dq1 sent by the client A1, wherein the prefabricated sleeper customizing request dq1 carries a prefabricated sleeper placing order number K1 and a filled prefabricated sleeper parameter collecting template; the network customization platform extracts a prefabricated sleeper customization parameter set from the filled prefabricated sleeper parameter collection template;
the network customization platform sends an order placing request orq to an order server of a sleeper processing plant, the order placing request orq carries a prefabricated sleeper customization order-A1, and the prefabricated sleeper customization order-A1 comprises a prefabricated sleeper customization parameter set, an order number P1 and a prefabricated sleeper placing number K1;
wherein the method further comprises: the network customizing platform receives an order completion prompt message from an order server of the sleeper processing plant; the network customization platform forwards the order completion prompting message to the client A1;
the order completion prompting message carries the order number P1 and an order completion identifier used for indicating that the order is completed, wherein the order completion prompting message also carries a prefabricated sleeper delivery detection file, the prefabricated sleeper delivery detection file comprises N1 batch-level quality inspection records, one-to-one correspondence relationship exists between N1 prefabricated sleeper batches and the N1 batch-level quality inspection records, and the N1 prefabricated sleeper batches account for K1 prefabricated sleepers;
the method comprises the following steps that a prefabricated sleeper X1 in an Xth prefabricated sleeper batch is printed with a batch number corresponding to the Xth prefabricated sleeper batch, the prefabricated sleeper X1 is also printed with a sleeper number corresponding to the prefabricated sleeper X1, different prefabricated sleeper batches correspond to different batch numbers, and different prefabricated sleepers in the same prefabricated sleeper batch correspond to different sleeper numbers;
wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the batch-level quality inspection record corresponding to the Xth prefabricated sleeper batch comprises a batch quality inspection qualified identification, a batch number of the Xth prefabricated sleeper batch and a sleeper number set consisting of sleeper numbers of all prefabricated sleepers in the Xth prefabricated sleeper batch;
the X prefabricated sleeper batch is any one prefabricated sleeper batch in the N1 prefabricated sleeper batches, and the prefabricated sleeper X1 is any one prefabricated sleeper in the X prefabricated sleeper batch;
wherein the method further comprises:
the network customization platform receives a re-inspection request sent by the client A1, wherein the re-inspection request carries the batch number of the Y-th prefabricated sleeper batch and the sleeper number of the prefabricated sleeper Y1; the network customization platform forwards the rechecking request to an order server of the sleeper processing plant;
when the network customization platform receives a review request response from an order server of the sleeper processing plant, the network customization platform forwards the review request response to the client A1, wherein the review request response carries a sleeper-level quality review record QY1 for a prefabricated sleeper Y1 in a Yth prefabricated sleeper batch, the sleeper-level quality review record QY1 comprises a sleeper quality review qualified identifier, a batch number of the Yth prefabricated sleeper batch and a sleeper number of the prefabricated sleeper Y1, the sleeper-level quality review record QY1 further comprises a review video, the review video can show a key review process and a review timer for the prefabricated sleeper Y1, and the review timer can show a review time;
the rechecking request also carries an anti-cheating code, wherein the anti-cheating code is a self-defined code manually input by a user, so that the anti-cheating code is unpredictable for a network customization platform and an order server of a sleeper processing plant, and the anti-cheating code is also presented in the rechecking video;
the network customization platform is also used for carrying out reliability detection on the reinspection video in the reinspection request response, and detecting whether the reinspection video has a tampering trace or not; when the retest video is subjected to P picture operation and/or computer synthesis operation, the fact that the detection video has a tampering trace is shown, and reliability detection is not passed; under the condition that the reliability detection is not passed, the network customization platform does not forward the rechecking request response to the client A1, but directly sends a prompt message that the rechecking is unqualified to an order server of the sleeper processing plant, wherein the prompt message carries the reason that the rechecking is unqualified and comprises a tamper trace of the rechecking video; and only if the reliability detection is passed, the network customization platform forwards the re-inspection request response to the client A1.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising: when the network customizing platform receives an order delivery instruction which is sent from the client A1 and carries an order number P1 and receiver information inf-A1, the network customizing platform forwards the order delivery instruction to an order server of a sleeper processing plant, wherein the order delivery instruction is used for triggering the order server of the sleeper processing plant to initiate a logistics order, the logistics goods of the logistics order comprise the K1 prefabricated sleepers, and the receiver information of the logistics order is the receiver information inf-A1.
3. A network customization platform, comprising:
the system comprises a sending unit, a network customization platform and a client side A1, wherein the sending unit is used for sending a customized service homepage to the client side A1 in a login state, the customized service homepage comprises a downloading button of a prefabricated sleeper parameter collecting template, and when the downloading button of the prefabricated sleeper parameter collecting template in the customized service homepage is clicked, a downloading request of the prefabricated sleeper parameter collecting template sent by the client side A1 to the network customization platform is triggered;
the receiving unit is also used for receiving a downloading request of the prefabricated sleeper parameter collecting template sent by the client A1;
the sending unit is used for sending a downloading request response of the prefabricated sleeper parameter collecting template to the client A1, wherein the downloading request response of the prefabricated sleeper parameter collecting template carries the prefabricated sleeper parameter collecting template to be filled;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a prefabricated sleeper customization request dq1 sent by the client A1, where the prefabricated sleeper customization request dq1 carries the number K1 of orders under a prefabricated sleeper and a filled prefabricated sleeper parameter collection template;
the processing unit is used for extracting a prefabricated sleeper customization parameter set from the filled prefabricated sleeper parameter collecting template;
the order issuing system comprises a sending unit and an order issuing unit, wherein the sending unit is used for sending an order issuing request orq to an order server of a sleeper processing plant, the order issuing request orq carries a prefabricated sleeper customized order-A1, and the prefabricated sleeper customized order-A1 comprises a prefabricated sleeper customized parameter set, an order number P1 and a prefabricated sleeper order issuing number K1;
the receiving unit is further used for receiving order completion prompting messages from an order server of the sleeper processing plant;
the sending unit is further configured to forward the order completion prompting message to the client A1;
the order completion prompting message carries the order number P1 and an order completion identifier for indicating that the order is completed, wherein the order completion prompting message also carries a prefabricated sleeper delivery inspection file, the prefabricated sleeper delivery inspection file comprises N1 batch-level quality inspection records, one-to-one correspondence exists between N1 prefabricated sleeper batches and the N1 batch-level quality inspection records, and the N1 prefabricated rail batch sleepers totally account for K1 prefabricated sleepers;
