Wherein, the fund use process is: after the bank confirms that the application material is approved, generating a batch payment contract; the block chain platform checks the batch payment contract, and the bank system can release maintenance funds in batches after the check is passed; the property system applies maintenance funds to carry out residential special maintenance, and uploads maintenance progress information such as construction pictures and videos and fund use conditions in real time through a 5G message center. And the block chain platform records and stores maintenance progress information, fund use information and the like, and issues the information to a supervision institution and a bank system through a 5G message center. The supervision mechanism and the bank system can provide the rectification suggestion according to the maintenance progress; when the property system feeds back the certification material according to the truing information corresponding to the truing opinions, the supervision organization can audit the certification material, meanwhile, the block chain platform records the certification material and synchronizes to each node, and the bank system stops issuing maintenance funds during truing. When the supervision organization passes the examination and verification of the certification materials, the bank system can continuously release maintenance funds, the property system continues to carry out special residential maintenance, and maintenance progress information is uploaded in real time. The bank system issues maintenance funds until the residential specific maintenance is finished.
Based on the system provided in the foregoing embodiment, the present invention further provides an implementation process of the system, where the process steps are shown in fig. 4, and specifically may include:
s1, a property system provides application materials used by special maintenance funds of a house;
s2, recording application materials by the block chain platform, and synchronously sending the application materials to each approval node in the block chain platform;
s3, the examination and approval nodes complete examination and approval cooperatively and synchronously on the block chain platform;
s4, after acquiring approval completion information, the bank system gradually issues a certain amount of funds according to platform setting;
s5, after the property system starts engineering implementation, the construction progress, the construction pictures and the videos are uploaded regularly, the block chain platform triggers a 5G message module, and the content is synchronized to each monitoring mechanism, for example: banks, housing agencies and owner representatives;
s6, after the supervision organization is found intentionally, the property is rectified, the certification materials are updated, and after the supervision organization is found unintentionally, the block chain platform synchronizes information to each node;
and S7, after the bank acquires the supervision information, continuously paying the fund according to the contract until the flow is finished.
It should be noted that the monitoring system for house special maintenance provided by the invention can be applied to the field of block chains, the field of network security or the field of finance. Claims (10)

1. A home specific maintenance surveillance system, comprising:
the system comprises a property system, a bank system, a supervision mechanism, a block chain platform and a 5G message center;
the property system, the bank system, the monitoring mechanism and the block chain platform are communicated through the 5G message center;
the property system sends application materials of the house special maintenance fund use application to the blockchain platform; the block chain platform examines and approves the application materials, and when the application materials are approved, the application materials are sent to the bank system; the bank system generates batch contracts based on the application materials and sends the batch contracts to the blockchain platform; the block chain platform acquires each contract parameter in the batch payment contract and verifies each contract parameter; when the block chain platform passes the verification of each contract parameter, sending a fund issuing instruction to the bank system; when the bank system receives the fund issuing instruction, issuing maintenance fund to the property system in batches based on fund issuing rules in the batch contract and the maintenance progress of the special residential maintenance; after receiving the maintenance fund, the property system monitors the maintenance progress of the special maintenance of the house in real time, and uploads maintenance progress information and fund use information corresponding to the maintenance progress to the block chain platform; the block chain platform sends the currently uploaded maintenance progress information and fund use information to the bank system and the monitoring mechanism; the supervision mechanism determines whether the house special maintenance process needs rectification or not based on the maintenance progress information; if the house special maintenance process needs rectification, the supervision mechanism sends rectification information to the property system through the block chain platform; the block chain platform sends the correction information to the bank system, and the bank system stops issuing maintenance funds; the property system carries out rectification based on the rectification information and sends rectified certification materials to the supervision mechanism through the block chain platform; after the certification material is verified by the supervision agency, feeding back a confirmation message to the property system through the block chain platform; the block chain platform sends the confirmation message to the property system and the bank system, the property system continuously monitors the maintenance progress of the special maintenance of the house based on the confirmation message, and uploads new maintenance progress information and fund use information to the block chain platform; and the bank system continues to release the maintenance funds to the property based on the confirmation message until the special maintenance of the residence is finished.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the supervision authorities determine whether the house specific maintenance procedure needs to be modified based on the maintenance schedule information, in particular for: acquiring maintenance requirements uploaded by supervision users of a supervision organization in advance; judging whether the maintenance progress information meets the maintenance requirement or not; and when the maintenance schedule information does not meet the maintenance requirement, determining that the residential special maintenance process needs to be rectified.

The system of claim 2, wherein the regulatory agency sends modification information to the property system via the blockchain platform, and is specifically configured to determine a difference between the maintenance schedule information and the maintenance requirement, generate modification information according to the difference between the maintenance schedule information and the maintenance requirement, and send the modification information to the property system via the blockchain platform.
4. The supervision system for home-specific repairs according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the supervision authorities comprise:
house and management facilities and homeowner facilities;
the housing management mechanism is used for displaying the maintenance progress information to a housing management mechanism user and receiving maintenance requirements uploaded by the housing management mechanism user based on the maintenance progress information;
and the owner mechanism is used for displaying the maintenance progress information to the owner and receiving the maintenance requirement uploaded by the owner based on the maintenance progress information.
5. The residential specific repair supervisory system as claimed in claim 4, wherein said blockchain platform comprises a plurality of nodes, each of said nodes comprising: the system comprises a housing management organization node, a bank node, a property node and an owner node;
and the block chain platform synchronizes the application materials, the fund use information, the maintenance progress information, the rectification information and the certification materials to each node for storage.
6. The supervision system for home specific maintenance according to claim 1, characterized in that said 5G message center comprises: the system comprises a 5G message receiving module and a 5G message processing module;
the 5G message receiving module is used for receiving communication information of the property system, the bank system and the monitoring mechanism communicating with the block chain platform, wherein the communication information at least comprises the application material, the fund use information, the maintenance progress information, the correction information and the certification material;
and the 5G message processing module is used for carrying out security detection on the communication information.

The monitoring system for home special maintenance according to claim 6, wherein the 5G message processing module performs security detection on the communication information, and is specifically configured to detect whether the communication information carries an abnormal parameter; and when the communication information does not carry abnormal parameters, safety detection is carried out on the communication information.
