Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a method for providing operation guidance information of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. In the following description, the method is applied to the terminal device 100 shown in fig. 1 as an example. The process of the method is described as follows:
s201: the terminal device 100 determines that it satisfies the first preset condition.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the implementation manner of S201 is multiple, and the first preset condition is also different in different implementation manners, and several possible implementation manners will be listed below.
The first implementation mode comprises the following steps: the terminal device 100 receives the query request, and if a keyword in the query request satisfies a preset condition, determines operation guidance information meeting the query request from terminal device use guide information stored in the terminal device according to the keyword.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the manner in which the terminal device 100 receives the query request may be multiple, and different terminal devices 100 may have different input manners, for example, the terminal device 100 is a notebook, and the query request may be input through an input device such as a keyboard, and the terminal device 100 is a touch device such as a mobile phone, and the query request may be input through a touch screen. Specifically, taking the terminal device 100 as a mobile phone as an example, the user may input a query request in a search box of the terminal device 100 itself, for example, the user inputs a query request of "how to set wifi sharing" in a pull-down search box of a touch screen or in a search box in an application mall. The search box mentioned here is not a search box in the browser of the terminal device 100, for reasons that will be described later. The user can also input the query request by means of voice input. Of course, there may be other ways to input the inquiry request, for example, the terminal device 100 may be connected to other electronic devices, the other electronic devices may transmit the inquiry request to the terminal device 100 by inputting the inquiry request in the other electronic devices by the user, and the connection between the terminal device 100 and the other electronic devices may be bluetooth connection, wireless connection, wired connection, infrared connection, and the like. The other electronic devices may be devices such as a mobile phone and a PAD, or may be remote controllers. When the terminal device 100 is a home appliance such as a television, the inquiry request may be input via a remote controller or another electronic device connected to the home appliance.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the query request may be a sentence, for example, the user inputs "i want to share wifi" or "i want to clean up memory" by voice, or the query request may also be a simple word, for example, the user inputs "share" or "wifi" in an input box.
After the terminal device 100 receives the query request, the keyword in the query request may be identified, for example, the user inputs "how to clear the memory" in the pull-down search box, and the terminal device 100 may determine all characters in the query request and then extract the keyword from all characters, that is, extract the keyword of "clear" and "memory" from all characters.
In the embodiment of the present invention, before the terminal device 100 is shipped, a designer may store a usage guide corresponding to the terminal device 100 in an electronic form. For example, the designer may record detailed steps of implementing each terminal function in the use guide as text, pictures (still images or moving images), videos, and the like, and store them in the terminal device 100. Taking video as an example, a certain designer may record an operation process of another designer with the function of sharing wifi through the terminal device 100, and perform explanation synchronously to obtain operation guidance information of sharing wifi. Then, the operation guidance information is stored in correspondence with the keywords "shared" and "wifi" to obtain a mapping relationship between the keywords and the operation guidance information of the terminal function, for example, table 1, where table 1 shows the mapping relationship between the keywords and the operation guidance information of the terminal function. Table 1 is merely an example of the mapping relationship between the keyword and the operation guidance information of the terminal function, and is not limited to the mapping relationship between the keyword and the operation guidance information of the terminal function. Therefore, after the terminal device 100 recognizes the keyword included in the query request, if the keyword exists in table 1, it is determined that the keyword satisfies the first preset condition, and the terminal device 100 may further determine the operation guidance information of the terminal function corresponding to the keyword according to table 1.
TABLE 1
Keyword Operation guide information of terminal function
'cleaning' and 'internal memory' Cleaning memory (video)
Shared and wifi " Sharing wifi (Picture)
For example, when the terminal device 100 recognizes that the query request includes the keywords "clear" and "memory", the terminal device 100 may determine that the terminal function corresponding to the keyword is a function of clearing the memory according to table 1.
Certainly, in an actual operation process, in order to save the storage space of the terminal device 100, the operation guidance information such as the text, the picture or the video recording the implementation of each terminal function may be stored in the cloud, and when the operation guidance information of a certain terminal function is needed, the terminal device 100 may download the operation guidance information from the cloud to the local or directly open the operation guidance information in the cloud.
It should be noted that, in the current terminal device, a user can only search information such as contacts stored in the terminal device in a search box provided by the terminal device, and if the user wants to search a terminal function, the user can only search on the internet in a browser, but the search results obtained in this way are relatively messy, the user needs to find contents meeting the needs of the user from a plurality of search results, and then quit the browser, and the user tries to realize the related terminal function in the terminal device by means of memory. According to the method for providing the operation guidance information of the terminal, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the user only needs to input the query request in the search box of the terminal equipment, the terminal equipment can determine the proper operation guidance information according to the query request, and the user does not need to perform internet searching in a browser or manually browse the product use instruction to check the implementation process of the terminal function. The user can conveniently and quickly realize the related terminal functions, and the user experience is improved.
For the first implementation manner, the designer may further design an identification information for each terminal function, and the identification information may be used to indicate a function name that can be implemented by the operation guidance information. For example, the identification information may be an image identification or a text identification (e.g., a profile of each terminal function) or the like that matches each terminal function. The terminal device 100 may display the identification information after receiving the inquiry request. For example, the terminal device 100 may display the identification information in an area below the search box in the display screen.
For example, the user inputs an inquiry request "how to clear the memory" in a search box carried by the terminal device 100, the terminal device 100 determines operation guidance information corresponding to the inquiry request according to the inquiry request, and displays identification information of the operation guidance information in a display area below the search box. Fig. 3 shows one possible way of displaying the identification information of the operation guidance information by the terminal device 100. Referring to fig. 3, the terminal device 100 determines, according to the query request, that there are four pieces of operation guidance information that meet the query request, which are memory cleaning, mobile phone acceleration, application batch deletion, and image uploading cloud, respectively. Therefore, the terminal device 100 displays four identification information in the lower area of the search box, each identification information is divided into a text identifier and an image identifier, the text identifiers are "memory cleaning", "mobile phone acceleration", "application batch deletion", and "image uploading cloud", and the image identifiers corresponding to the respective text identifiers are shown in fig. 3. When the terminal device 100 receives a trigger instruction for triggering certain identification information therein, the operation guidance information corresponding to the identification information is displayed. For example, if the user selects to trigger batch deletion of the applications, the terminal device 100 displays operation guidance information for batch deletion of the applications on the display screen, and the user can clearly guide the step of batch deletion of the applications through the operation guidance information.
The second implementation mode comprises the following steps: when the terminal device 100 determines that a first operation for implementing the first function is triggered to be executed and determines that a second operation capable of implementing the first function exists, the terminal device 100 satisfies a preset condition, and the terminal device 100 may acquire operation guidance information indicating the second operation.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the user may trigger the first operation through the input unit 150, and correspondingly, the terminal device 100 receives a trigger instruction of the first operation through the input unit 150. Specifically, the terminal device 100 may receive the trigger instruction of the first operation through the touch panel 151, and may also receive the trigger instruction of the first operation through other input devices 152, for example, a physical keyboard, a function key (a volume key, a HOME key, a lock key), and the like.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first operation may be for the entire terminal apparatus 100. Taking the terminal device 100, specifically a mobile phone as an example, the user may trigger the screen locking button and the HMOE button at the same time to capture a screen, or the user slides upwards on the main operation interface of the mobile phone to increase the backlight brightness, or turn on or off the mobile phone. Of course, the first operation may also be for an application in the terminal device 100. Taking the application as a camera, when the user opens the camera to shoot a scene, if the user wants to shoot a personalized image, some shooting parameters may be adjusted, for example, the user may select "shoot delay", "shoot slow motion", or "shoot panorama".
When the terminal device 100 determines that the first operation is triggered to be performed, it may determine a first function that can be implemented by the first operation. One possible implementation manner is that the terminal device 100 stores in advance a mapping relationship between the operation of the user and the function that can be realized by the operation. When the terminal device 100 determines that the first operation is triggered to be executed, the first function that can be realized by the first operation may be determined according to the mapping relationship. For example, if the terminal device 100 determines that the first operation is that the user triggers the screen lock key and the HMOE key at the same time, the terminal device 100 determines that the first function that can be realized by the first operation is the screen capture according to the mapping relationship between the operations and the functions that can be realized by the operations. Table 2 shows a possible mapping between user operations and functions that can be implemented by the operations.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0003649642100000081
Figure BDA0003649642100000091
After the terminal device 100 determines the first function to be implemented by the first operation, it may determine whether there is a second operation capable of implementing the first function. For example, the terminal device 100 determines that the first operation is that the user triggers the screen lock key and the HMOE key at the same time, and the terminal device 100 may determine that the first function to be implemented by the first operation is screen capture, then the terminal device 100 may continue to determine whether a second operation capable of implementing screen capture exists according to table 2, and as can be seen from table 2, the second operation that implements screen capture exists, that is, finger joint screen capture. The terminal device 100 may acquire operation guidance information of the finger joint screen shot.
For the second implementation, the user may know operation guidance information for other operations to implement a certain function. In the actual operation process, the terminal device can realize the same terminal function through a plurality of operations, but the user is often only used to realize the terminal function by using the operation known by the user, but actually, the operation known by the user may not be the simplest operation. In this way, when the user triggers the first operation, the terminal device can acquire the operation guidance information of the second operation, the second operation and the first operation can both realize the first function, and the user can clearly guide to realize other operations of the first function, so that the user can conveniently select a proper operation from a plurality of operations, and the user experience is improved.
For the second implementation manner, the designer may also design an identification information for each terminal function, and the identification information may be used to indicate an operation name that can be implemented by the operation guidance information. After the terminal device 100 determines the trigger instruction that the first operation is triggered, the identification information may be displayed. When the terminal device 100 receives a trigger instruction for triggering the identification information, operation guidance information is displayed. Several display modes of the terminal device 100 for displaying the identification information in the second implementation mode are described below.
The method I comprises the following steps: the terminal device 100 displays the identification information in the notification bar.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the notification bar may be an uppermost area of the display screen of the terminal device 100, that is, a display area of information such as time and power. This display manner is suitable for a case where the display screen of the terminal device 100 is currently displaying the operation interface of a certain application or is displaying an image or video. For example, when an operation interface of WeChat is currently being displayed on the display screen of the terminal device 100, if the user triggers the first operation of screen capture (simultaneously clicking the screen lock key and the HOME key), at this time, the terminal device 100 may display the identification information on the notification bar. The user can see the identification information while operating the WeChat. In the first mode, the terminal device 100 may have a certain instantaneity and timeliness, and in the first mode, the user may see the identification information in time without affecting the current display interface of the display screen.
In the second mode, the terminal device 100 displays the identification information at the center position of the display screen.
In the second mode, no matter which application operation interface is currently displayed on the display screen of the terminal device 100, the terminal device 100 may display the identification information at the center position of the display screen.
For example, referring to fig. 4, if a user receives a WeChat while watching a video by using the terminal device 100, the WeChat is displayed in a notification bar of the terminal device 100, a first operation may be triggered when the user selects to view the content of the WeChat, that is, an operation of clicking the WeChat in the notification bar, when the terminal device 100 detects that the user triggers the first operation, it is determined that the user wants to view the content of the WeChat, at this time, the terminal device 100 may display identification information of operation guidance information (split screen display), and simultaneously display two operation controls, that is, a "detail" control and a "ignore" control, and if the user triggers the "detail" control, the terminal device 100 may display the operation guidance information of split screen display, where the operation guidance information indicates that a setting mode of split screen display is set. If the user triggers the "ignore" control, the terminal device 100 may hide the identification information. Of course, the two operation controls may be yes and no operation controls, if the user triggers the yes control, the terminal device 100 automatically divides the display screen into two areas, displays the WeChat in the first area, displays the currently played video in the second area, and if the user triggers the no control. The terminal device 100 hides the identification information of the split screen display.
The third method comprises the following steps: the terminal device 100 displays the identification information in the operation interface of the specific application.
The specific application referred to herein may be an application that manages the terminal device 100. For example, the specific application may be an application that is installed in the terminal device 100 when it leaves the factory, such as a setting, an application mall, and the like. Taking the terminal device 100 as a mobile phone as an example, and the specific application program is set as an example, if the terminal device 100 displays the identification information in the set operation, the user can see the identification information in the set operation interface after opening the setting. The second mode has certain stability, and in the third mode, the user can check the identification information at a fixed place, that is, the user can check the identification information at the fixed place at any time, so that the user experience is improved.
Of course, the first mode, the second mode and the third mode may be used in combination, for example, the terminal device 100 may display the identification information on the operation interface of the specific application program while displaying the identification information on the notification bar. In addition to the above-mentioned first mode, second mode, and third mode, there may be other modes for displaying the identification information, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
After the terminal device 100 displays the identification information, the user may process the identification information through a preset operation. Taking the case where the terminal device 100 displays the identification information in the notification bar as an example, the preset operation may be a sliding operation, and if the user slides the identification information to the right, the terminal device 100 opens the identification information. If the user slides the identification information to the left, the terminal device 100 hides the identification information. If the user does not view the identification information within a preset time period, the terminal device 100 may automatically hide the identification information. Of course, after the identification information is hidden, if the user needs to view the identification information, the user can view the identification information at the fixed place (the specific application program in the second mode).
After the terminal device 100 detects an operation of the identification information by the user, a judgment can be made as to the user's intention. If the user slides the identification information to the left (hides the identification information), the terminal device 100 may determine that the user does not currently need the operation guidance information corresponding to the identification information. Therefore, the terminal device 100 can stop displaying the identification information in the notification bar for a certain period of time and display the identification information only in a specific application, that is, during this period of time, even if the terminal device 100 receives the first operation again, the terminal device 100 does not display the identification information in the notification bar. After a certain period of time, the terminal device 100 may continue to display the identification information in the notification bar. If the user slides the identification information to the right (opens the identification information), the terminal device 100 may determine that the user currently needs the operation guidance information corresponding to the identification information, and that the user has viewed the identification information. Therefore, the terminal device 100 may stop displaying the identification information in the notification bar for a certain period of time and display the identification information only in a specific application. If the user does not perform any operation on the identification information within the preset time period, and neither slides to the left nor slides the identification information, the terminal device 100 may continue to display the identification information in the notification bar after receiving the first operation next time, and may also display the identification information in a specific application program.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the terminal device determines that a first operation for implementing a first function is triggered to be executed, if it is determined that a second operation capable of implementing the first function exists, the terminal device acquires operation guidance information indicating the second operation. By the method, the terminal equipment can recommend proper operation guide information to the user according to the first operation of the user, the user can clearly know other operations for realizing the first function without passive search, the user can select proper operation from various operations, the use of the user is facilitated, and the user experience is improved.
The third implementation mode comprises the following steps: the terminal device 100 monitors a performance change condition of an object in the terminal device 100, and when the performance change condition of the object meets a preset condition, the terminal device 100 acquires operation guidance information corresponding to an operation for restoring or maintaining the performance of the object.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the performance change condition of the object may be an occupancy rate of a memory, a remaining amount of power, an operation rate of a processor, whether an application program is running with a pause or not, and the like.
Taking the memory occupancy rate as an example, the terminal device 100 determines that the performance change condition of the object meets the preset condition, which includes but is not limited to two possible implementation manners. First, the terminal device 100 determines that the memory occupancy rate is less than or equal to a preset memory occupancy rate. The terminal device 100 may set a specific value of the preset memory occupancy rate in advance, for example, eighty percent. Second, the terminal device 100 determines that the increase rate of the memory occupancy rate reaches a preset rate within a preset time. The specific values of the preset time and the preset speed can be determined by those skilled in the art according to actual situations, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited in this respect.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device 100 may store in advance a mapping relationship between the performance change condition of the object in the terminal device 100 and the operation guidance information. Table 3 shows a mapping relationship between the performance change situation of the object in the terminal device and the operation guidance information.
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0003649642100000111
Taking the memory occupancy rate as an example, if the terminal device 100 detects that the memory occupancy rate is less than or equal to the preset memory occupancy rate, the terminal device 100 determines the operation guidance information of "image uploading cloud" or "memory cleaning" according to table 3.
Taking the running rate of the processor as an example, when the terminal device 100 detects that the running rate of the processor is less than or equal to the third preset rate, the terminal device 100 may determine the operation guidance information of "batch deletion of application programs" or "application management" according to table 3.
It should be noted that, in the current terminal device, when the terminal device detects that the current memory occupancy rate is insufficient, only a prompt message of the memory shortage is displayed, and after seeing the message, the user knows that the memory is insufficient, but does not know how to clear the memory. In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal equipment can acquire proper operation guidance information according to the performance change condition of one object in the terminal equipment, so that a user can conveniently and quickly realize the function, and the user experience is improved.
In a fourth implementation manner, the terminal device 100 may receive an operation by the user, and when the operation satisfies a first preset condition, the terminal device 100 acquires operation guidance information indicating that a shortcut is set to implement the operation.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the terminal device 100 can grasp the usage habit of the user by detecting the operation of the user, for example, the terminal device 100 detects the usage frequency, the usage time, and the like of each application program by the user. For example, the terminal device 100 may detect that the number of times a certain application program is used reaches a preset number of times within a continuous period of time, or that the time the certain application program is used reaches a preset duration, and determine that the operation satisfies the first preset condition. The terminal device 100 may set the preset number of times and the specific value of the preset duration of each application in advance, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
For example, taking the terminal device 100 as a mobile phone as an example, if the terminal device 100 detects that the user contacts the mobile phone at least three times a day for three consecutive days, the terminal device 100 may display operation guidance information, which may be a setting manner for prompting the user to set the contact manner of the mobile phone to the shortcut.
In the fourth mode, the terminal device 100 may also rank the usage habits of the user through the operation of the user. Taking the example that the user takes a picture through the terminal device 100, the terminal device 100 may divide the level that the user likes to take a picture into super like taking a picture, comparatively like taking a picture, general like taking a picture, and the like by detecting the frequency of taking a picture of the user, and then display different operation guidance information according to different levels, where table 4 lists the corresponding operation guidance information at different levels when taking a picture as an example.
TABLE 4
Degree of photographing (times/day) Threshold (days) Operation guidance information
More than 10 times, super like 3 days How to take pictures professionally
5-10 times, relatively like 5 days Image beautification and image editing
0-5 times, generally like 7 days Image uploading cloud
For example, if the terminal device 100 detects that the user takes a picture at least 10 times a day for 3 consecutive days, the terminal device 100 may determine that the user likes the shooting super, so the terminal device 100 may display operation guidance information of "how to professionally take a picture", through which the user can learn about the professional shooting. If the terminal device 100 detects that the user takes a picture at least 5-10 times a day for 5 consecutive days, the terminal device 100 may determine that the user prefers to take a picture, so the terminal device 100 may display operation guidance information of "beautification of image" or "editing of image" by which the user beautifies or edits the taken image. If the terminal device 100 detects that the user takes a picture at least 0-5 times per day for 7 consecutive days, the terminal device 100 may determine that the user generally likes to take a picture, so the terminal device may display the operation guidance information of "image uploading cloud".
In a fourth implementation manner, the terminal device 100 may detect the operation of the user, grasp the usage habit of the user according to the operation of the user, determine the operation guidance information meeting the user requirement according to the usage habit of the user, and divide the terminal device 100 into different levels according to the preference degree of the user for a certain application program, and display different operation guidance information according to the different levels. In this way, the terminal device 100 can flexibly provide the operation guidance information according with the use habit of the user for the user, and the user experience is improved.
In a fifth implementation manner, the terminal device 100 determines that the current time and/or the geographic location meet a first preset condition, and the terminal device 100 displays, on the display screen, a setting manner for instructing to set a first application program for starting a preset time, where the first application program is an application program commonly used by the user at the time and/or the geographic location.
In an embodiment of the invention, the terminal device 100 may record which applications the user uses at which geographical location, or at which point in time. For example, when the terminal device 100 detects that the number of times the user uses the applications such as mail, word, memo, and the like in the office is large, the terminal device 100 stores the applications in correspondence with the office. For another example, when the terminal device 100 detects that the user uses a video player or a browser at home more frequently, the terminal device 100 stores these applications in association with the home.
When the terminal device 100 determines that it is detected that the user arrives at a certain geographic location, operation guidance information indicating a setting manner for opening applications commonly used in the geographic location for a preset time is displayed.
For example, when the terminal device 100 detects that the user arrives at an office, the terminal device 100 displays operation guidance information, which may be a setting manner in which an application such as a mail, a word, or the like is displayed in a split screen manner, or which indicates setting at 9:00-12, automatically opening the setting mode of application programs such as mails or words and the like. For another example, when the terminal device 100 detects that the user arrives at the meeting room, operation guidance information for guiding the user to set the mute mode to be turned on for example at 10.
As another example, the terminal device 100 detects that the user is 11:00 shutdown, 6 morning per day: 00 is turned on, the terminal device 100 may display operation guidance information for guiding the user to set the terminal device 100 to be in the off state at 23-00.
In the embodiment of the present invention, there may be various ways for the terminal device 100 to detect the geographic location information, for example, the terminal device 100 may use a GPS positioning technology, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited in particular.
In a fifth implementation manner, the terminal device 100 may display appropriate operation guidance information according to the current time and the geographic location, where the operation guidance information guides the user to set a setting manner of opening a first application program for a preset time, where the first application program is an application program that is commonly used by the user at the current time or the geographic location, or the operation guidance information may guide the user to open or close the terminal device 100.
In a sixth implementation manner, if the terminal device 100 can subscribe to the service of pushing the operation guidance information from the server, the terminal device 100 meets the first preset condition, and the terminal device 100 can display the operation guidance information pushed by the server.
The server may correspond to a server of a manufacturer of the terminal device 100, and the manufacturer may add a more distinctive function in real time as technology develops, but it is not clear how to implement the additional function, so the manufacturer may store operation guidance information corresponding to the additional function in the server, and then the server transmits the operation guidance information of the additional function to the terminal device 100. The user can clearly know what the latest functions are through the terminal device 100.
In this way, the user can know the implementation mode of the newly added function at the fastest speed, and the newly added function is applied to the terminal equipment, so that the user experience is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, whichever of the three implementation manners described above is adopted, after the terminal device 100 acquires the operation guidance information, the operation guidance information may be directly displayed, or the identification information of the operation guidance information (regarding the display of the identification information, which has been mentioned above) may be displayed first, and when the terminal device 100 receives a trigger instruction for triggering the identification information, the terminal device 100 displays the operation guidance information on the display screen.
S202: the terminal device displays operation guidance information for instructing a setting mode for setting a terminal function or operation guidance information for instructing an operation on a display screen.
As mentioned above, the operation guidance information may be text information, picture information (still picture or moving picture), video information, etc. recorded with detailed steps for implementing each terminal function. One way in which the terminal device 100 displays the operation guidance information is described below.
Fig. 5 shows one possible display manner of the operation guidance information. As shown in fig. 5, the display screen of the terminal device 100 is divided into two display areas. The first display area displays operation guide information, the operation guide information is presented in a video mode, the explanation staff in the video demonstrates how to realize sharing wifi, and a user can clearly know the setting mode of sharing wifi through the video. And the second display area displays the shortcut icon, and the user can quickly realize the terminal function corresponding to the operation guidance information through the shortcut icon displayed in the second display area.
Continuing to refer to fig. 5, as an example, the shortcut icon displayed in the second display area may be embodied as two shortcut keys, for example, one of which is an auto key. The other is a self-help key, and the process of implementing the terminal function by the two shortcut keys is described below.
If the user triggers an automatic key, when the terminal device 100 receives a trigger instruction for triggering the automatic key, corresponding operation is executed according to the operation guidance information to implement the terminal function, that is, the terminal device 100 automatically implements the terminal function corresponding to the operation guidance information. For example, if the first display area of the display screen of the terminal device 100 displays the operation guidance information of "sharing wifi", if the user triggers the automatic key, the terminal device 100 automatically completes the setting process of sharing wifi, then the display interface on the display screen jumps to the interface where the user inputs wifi account and password, and the user only needs to input wifi account and password.
If the user triggers the self-service key, when the terminal device 100 receives a trigger instruction for triggering the self-service key, the second display area is switched to display an operation interface, and the operation interface is used for receiving an operation instruction input according to the operation guidance information.
Fig. 6 shows another possible display manner of the operation guidance information. As shown in fig. 6, the second display area of the terminal device is switched to display the operation interface, and the user can view the operation guidance information displayed in the first display area and perform manual operation on the operation interface according to the operation guidance information to implement the terminal function corresponding to the operation guidance information. For example, the terminal device 100 displays the operation guidance information of "sharing wifi" in the first display area, and presents the operation guidance information in a video mode, so that the user can watch the video and perform manual operation on the operation interface to realize the function of sharing wifi.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the positions or sizes of the first display area and the second display area on the display screen of the terminal device 100 may be adjusted, for example, a user may drag the first display area to move to any one area on the display screen, or may reduce, enlarge, etc. the first display area. If the terminal device 100 receives a reduction instruction for reducing the size of the first display region input by the user, the terminal device 100 may simultaneously enlarge the size of the second display region so that the first display region and the second display region may constitute a complete display screen. If the terminal device 100 receives a drag operation of dragging the first display region, the terminal device 100 may adaptively adjust the position of the second display region. For example, when the terminal device 100 detects a drag instruction for moving the first display region from the uppermost region to the lowermost region of the display screen, the terminal device 100 may automatically move the second display region to the uppermost region for display, so that the first display region and the second display region may constitute a complete display screen.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the terminal device 100 displays the operation guidance information, an input box may be displayed at the same time, and the input box may prompt the user to input feedback information, where the feedback information may be information of a feeling, a suggestion, a confusion, or a problem encountered after the user experiences the terminal device 100. As an example, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram showing another display manner of the operation guidance information, and as shown in fig. 7, a third display area on the display screen of the terminal device 100 displays an input box. After the user enters the feedback information in the input box, the submission may be clicked. When the terminal device 100 detects that the user triggers the submitted operation instruction, the content in the input box can be extracted and sent to the server. Of course, in order to facilitate the user operation, the terminal device 100 may display a language input control, the user performs voice input while pressing the control, and when the terminal device 100 detects the operation of popping up the control, the terminal device parses the content included in the voice information and sends the content to the server, or directly sends the voice information to the domain server, and the server parses the content included in the voice information. When the terminal device 100 receives the feedback information submitted by the user, a reply message, such as "thank you for your opinion", may be output to improve the user experience.
In this way, a manufacturer can timely acquire the use feeling of a user to a product or the problem of the product, which is helpful for improving and optimizing the product, for example, the number of times of forgetting how to process the lock screen password appears in the user feedback information acquired by the manufacturer is large, then the manufacturer can set an operation instruction information, the operation instruction information is used for indicating the unlocking mode under the condition of forgetting the lock screen password, the manufacturer can add the operation instruction information into the server, and the server sends the operation instruction information to the terminal device 100.
