Since the end of the cover 2 away from the first hooking portion 16 is above the passing pipe portion 12 and the locking member 31 is supported on the lower sidewall of the water outlet portion 11, if the locking member 31 is too far from the passing pipe portion 12 in the first direction, the rear end of the cover 2 or the connecting member 22 made of the resin material in the first direction may be easily tilted at the time of locking, and thus, in order to prevent the end from being tilted, the fastening position of the cover 2 and the tap body 1 should be as close to the end of the cover 2 away from the first hooking portion 16 as possible. And the tap body 1 is provided with a pipe passing cavity 121 for enabling a pipeline in the pipe passing cavity 121 to be connected with an external water source. This allows the position where the cover 2 is fastened to the tap body 1 to be affected by the lumen 121. For the tap with larger inner diameter of the passing pipe cavity 121, the locking member 31 cannot be arranged or the operation hole 15 cannot be arranged at the position of the passing pipe cavity 121, and the operation hole is arranged on the upper end face of the tap, so that the overall appearance of the tap is affected, and water seepage is easily caused. At the front end of the faucet, the water outlet module 81, the first sensing module 82, and/or the soap discharging unit need to be installed, and there is no space at the front end position to install the locking member 31, and if the front end of the cover 2 is locked by the locking member 31, there is a problem in that the front end of the cover 2 may be tilted because the locking member 31 is too far from the front end of the cover 2 in the first direction. Accordingly, the locking member 31 is arranged on the wall portion of the tap body 1 on the second side and at a position close to the through pipe portion 12. And the furthest end of the cover 2 from the water outlet 14 is at a distance of no more than 45mm from the fastening portion 4 in the first direction so that the rear end of the cover 2 is engaged with sufficient force on the tap body 1.
In a preferred embodiment, the tap body 1 has a molding part 122, wherein the tap body 1 is integrally formed, and the molding part 122 is formed at an upper end of the tap body 1 and extends from rear to front to cover the first cavity 111 of the portion. When the cover body 2 is covered on the tap body 1, the outer peripheral surface of the rear end of the cover body 2 is in smooth contact with the outer peripheral surface of the modeling part 122, wherein the contact between the cover body and the modeling part is not limited, and at least the appearance of the tap body is smooth without steps from the outer surface, so that the appearance integrity and the appearance of the tap are ensured. By the modeling portion, the distance of the rear end of the cover 2 from the position where the lock member 31 is locked is shortened. In a preferred embodiment, the rear end of the cover 2 is not more than 30mm from the locking member 31, ensuring that the rear end of the cover 2 or the connection member 22 made of the resin material does not tilt when the locking force is changed.
The tap body 1 is provided with an operation hole 15 extending in a vertical direction perpendicular to the first direction on a wall portion of the second side, and when an object passes through the operation hole 15 and touches the locking member 31, the locking member 31 can be moved relative to the fastening portion 4.
In the present embodiment, the locking member 31 is configured as a screw connection, and the fastening portion 4 is provided with a screw connection portion, and the screw connection portion is screwed with the screw connection portion by being supported on the tap body 1, so that the cover 2 is locked on the tap body 1. During installation, the cover body 2 is covered on the faucet body 1, the threaded connecting piece is specifically an inner hexagon screw, and the inner hexagon screw passes through the operation hole 15 and is in threaded connection with the threaded connecting portion, so that the cover body 2 and the faucet body 1 are locked, and otherwise, the faucet body is unlocked. The end of the threaded connection facing the second side further comprises a socket head cap operator configured to be adapted to the socket head cap wrench to rotate the threaded connection under operation thereof.
Embodiment two:
Unlike the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the connecting part 3 further includes a fixing member 32 and an elastic part 33, and the structures of the locking member 31 and the fastening part 4 are different; the fixing member 32 may be disposed on the cover 2 or the tap body 1.
The locking member 31 includes a force receiving portion 311, a rotating portion 312, and a first engaging portion 313, the rotating portion 312 is hinged with the fixed member 32, the locking member 31 is rotatably supported on the fixed member 32 by the rotating portion 312, the hinge axis is perpendicular to the vertical direction and is spaced from the center line of the operation hole 15, and the force receiving portion 311 extends from the hinge portion toward the direction of the operation hole 15 and is configured to be on the extending path of the operation hole 15.
The fastening portion 4 has a second engaging portion 41 engaged with the first engaging portion 313.
The elastic member 33 is disposed between the fixing member 32 and the locking member 31 to urge the first engaging portion 313 to move toward the second engaging portion 41, and applies a restoring force to the locking member 31 after rotating. The elastic member 33 may be a torsion spring, a leaf spring, a tension spring, a compression spring, or the like.
Because the force receiving portion 311 is configured on the extending path of the operation hole 15, when the object passes through the operation hole 15, the force receiving portion 311 can be abutted against the force receiving portion 311 to rotate the rotating portion 312 (i.e. the locking member 31 rotates), and the locking member 31 integrally acts, so that the first clamping portion 313 is separated from the second clamping portion 41, and the locking state of the locking member 31 and the fastening portion 4 is released. With this structure, if the user is not taking the cover 2 off, the locking member 31 is automatically reset and locks the fastening portion 4. When the faucet is installed, an object passes through the operation hole 15 and abuts against the stress part 311 to enable the first clamping part 313 to rotate, then the faucet body 1 is covered by the cover body 2, the fastening part 4 enters the first cavity, the abutting joint of the object and the stress part 311 is released, the locking member 31 is enabled to reset under the action of the elastic component 33, and the first clamping part 313 and the second clamping part 41 are clamped to lock the cover body 2. With this structure, when the user opens the lid 2, the user can open the lid 2 without requiring a specific tool such as a screwdriver or an allen wrench.
In a preferred embodiment, a slope toward the opening 13 may be provided at an end of the first engaging portion 313, and when the fastening portion 4 is mated with the slope of the second guiding portion 3132, the locking member 31 is rotated, thereby allowing the first engaging portion 313 and the second engaging portion 41 to be engaged.
In one embodiment, the connecting part 3 comprises two or more locking members 31. The fastening part 4 is stressed stably, and the cover body 2 can be locked on the tap body 2 stably.
As shown in fig. 10, the connecting member 3 further includes a biasing member 34, and the biasing member 34 urges the fastening portion 4 away from the engaged position when the first and second engagement portions 313 and 41 are disengaged. Specifically, the force application component 34 is disposed on the locking member 31, for example, a bump is disposed on the first clamping portion 313, and when the first clamping portion 313 rotates, the bump abuts against the second clamping portion 41, so that when the first clamping portion 313 and the second clamping portion 41 are disengaged, the fastening portion 4 is pushed away from the engaged position.
The urging member 34 may further include a pushing member disposed between the pushing member and the fixing member 32, the pushing member being movably supported on the fixing member 32, and an elastic member configured to drive the pushing member to urge the fastening portion 4 such that the fastening portion 4 is pushed out of the engaged position when the first and second engaging portions 313 and 41 are disengaged. Therefore, the cover body 2 is not required to be manually taken out, and the disassembly is convenient.
Embodiment III:
Unlike the above-described embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the locking member 31 is slidably supported on the tap body 1. When the object abuts against the force receiving portion 311 and applies force to the force receiving portion 311, the locking member 31 is caused to slide in a direction away from the operation hole 15, so that the first locking portion 313 is disengaged from the second locking portion 41.
Specifically, the locking member 31 includes a sliding portion 35, a force receiving portion 311, and a first engagement portion 313; the sliding portion 35 is slidably supported on the fixed member 32, one end of the sliding portion 35 extends in a sliding direction and forms a force receiving portion 311, the force receiving portion 311 being on an extending path of the operation hole 15, the sliding direction being perpendicular to the vertical direction in this embodiment; the elastic member 33 is disposed between the fixing member 32 and the locking member 31 in the sliding direction, and in this embodiment, is a spring, and both ends thereof in the sliding direction are abutted against the fixing member 32 and the sliding portion 35, respectively.
When the object extends into the operation hole 15 and is located behind the force receiving portion 311 (taking the force receiving portion 311 being biased forward as an example), the force receiving portion 311 is pushed forward, and the locking member 31 is integrally operated, so that the first locking portion 313 and the second locking portion 41 are separated, and the locking state of the locking member 31 and the fastening portion 4 is released. When the faucet is installed, an object stretches into the operation hole 15 and pushes the force receiving portion 311 forwards to enable the locking member 31 to integrally act, then the cover body 2 is covered on the faucet body 1, the object is loosened, and the locking member 31 is acted by the elastic component 33 to enable the first clamping portion 313 to be clamped with the second clamping portion 41, so that the cover body 2 is locked.
The above solution requires that the operation hole 15 has a larger size to facilitate the operation so that the locking member 31 slides along the sliding direction, and in this embodiment, preferably, the stress portion 311 is configured with an inclined plane facing the operation hole 15, and the sliding portion 35 is in rotation-stopping fit with the fixing member 32, so that when an object adapted to the inclined plane of the stress portion 311 extends into the operation hole 15 and abuts against the inclined plane of the stress portion 311, the change in the force direction can be realized, thereby sliding the sliding portion 35, and the structure can be smaller in size, so as to prevent moisture from entering the interior and damaging the element.
Embodiment four:
As shown in fig. 12, unlike the above embodiment, the locking member 31 includes a fixing base 314 and at least one elastic arm 315 formed on the fixing base 314, and the tap body 1 is provided with an operation hole 15 on a wall portion of the second side, and the locking member 31 is provided on the tap body 1. The fastening portion 4 is disposed on the cover 2, the fastening portion 4 has a second clamping portion 41 extending laterally, the upper end of the elastic arm 315 has a first clamping portion 313 extending toward the second clamping portion 41, the fastening portion 4 is disposed on the extending path of the operation hole 15, the first clamping portion 313 is clamped with the second clamping portion 41 when the cover 2 is covered on the faucet body 1, one of the first clamping portion 313 and the second clamping portion 41 is provided with a first guiding portion 3131, and the fastening portion 4 pushes the elastic arm 315 to elastically deform through the first guiding portion 3131 under the action of upward pushing force, so that a moving space for the fastening portion 4 to pass through is formed, and the cover 2 is released. The first guide portion 3131 is provided on the first engaging portion 313 and is a slope toward the second side. The first engaging portion 313 is further provided with a second guiding portion 3132, and the second guiding portion 3132 is inclined and faces the first side.
When an object is inserted into and pushes the fastening part 4 through the operation hole 15, the force is transmitted to the first guide part 3131 to cause the elastic arm 315 to be deformed outward, so that the fastening part 4 passes through and the cover 2 can be detached. When the cover 2 is closed, the fastening portion 4 pushes against the fixing seat 314, and the force is transmitted to the second guide portion 3132 to cause the elastic arm 315 to deform outwards, so that the fastening portion 4 enters, and the cover 2 is fastened.
Fifth embodiment:
The structure of the connection member 3 is different from the above-described embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1,2, 13 and 14, the tap body 1 is provided with an operation hole 15 on a wall portion on the second side, the tap body 1 is further provided with a first limiting portion 17, the first limiting portion 17 is detachably connected with the wall portion on the second side, and specifically, the first limiting portion 17 includes a first body 171, a hook 172 and a first protruding column. The first body 171 is fixed to the bottom wall of the first chamber 111 by screws. As shown in the figure, four hooks 172 are provided, and each hook 172 is uniformly distributed and symmetrically protrudes from two sides of the first body 171. The surface of each clamping hook 172 facing the bottom wall of the first cavity 111 forms a second limiting surface. The first protruding columns are two and symmetrically arranged on the surface of the first body 171 facing the opening 13.
As shown in fig. 2, the upper end of the lumen 121 is provided with a molding portion 122. The molding portion 122 is disposed along the first direction with the opening 13. The molding portion 122 is provided with an upward first limiting surface 1221, and the first limiting surface 1221 is stepped in actual use.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cover 2 is fitted with the opening 13 for opening or shielding the opening 13. The rear end of the cover 2 abuts against the first limiting surface 1221 of the faucet body 1, so that the upper surface of the cover 2 is flush with the upper surface of the molding portion 122.
In the present embodiment, the connecting member 3 is provided on the faucet body 1, and the fastening portion 4 is provided on the cover 2, but of course, the connecting member 3 and the fastening portion 4 may be provided in reverse. However, since the connecting member 3 is to be movable with respect to the fastening portion 4, either the hole is provided or the connecting member 3 is provided to be protruded so that it is operatively movable, the connecting member 3 is provided on the tap body 1 and may be provided at the bottom of the tap body 1, so that the hole or protruded portion is hidden and more beautiful.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the connecting member 3 is slidably disposed on the cover 2 or the tap body 1, and in this embodiment, the connecting member 3 is slidably disposed on the tap body 1, that is, the connecting member 3 is slidably connected with the first limiting portion 17 in the vertical direction and partially exposed from the pressing hole. Specifically, the connecting component 3 includes a second body and a first clamping portion 313, where the second body is located on the first body 171 and is in plug-in fit with the two first posts; and the middle portion of the second body covers the operation hole 15. The second body is provided with a third limiting surface facing the second limiting surface, and the second limiting surface is in limiting fit with the third limiting surface, so that the connecting part 3 is prevented from being separated from the first limiting part 17. The first engagement portion 313 extends from the middle of the second body toward the opening 13. Two ends of the first clamping portion 313 perpendicular to the vertical direction are further provided with two second inclined planes 3133, and the two second inclined planes 3133 face the opening 13.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the connection member 22 is provided with a connection plate 222 and a receiver 223, the connection plate 222 being provided with a receiving groove; the receiving member 223 is fixed to the connecting plate 222 by a screw, and the receiving member 223 is provided with a movable cavity 2231 of which the opening 13 is away from the connecting plate 222. The cavity wall at the top end of the movable cavity 2231 is provided with a first annular wall, two second convex columns and a second hole communicated with the accommodating groove. Wherein the inner bore of the first annular wall communicates with the second bore. The two second convex columns are positioned at two sides of the first annular wall.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fastening portion 4 includes a rotating member 42, a sliding member 43, a first elastic member 44, and a second elastic member 45; the number of the rotating parts 42 is two, the rotating parts 42 are symmetrically arranged at intervals, the rotating parts 42 rotate relative to the cover body 2 around an axis vertical to the vertical direction, the rotating parts are suitable for being matched with the connecting parts 3 in a clamping mode, specifically, the rotating parts 42 are rotationally connected with the side wall of the movable cavity 2231 and are provided with second clamping parts 41 matched with the first clamping parts 313 in a clamping mode, and the second clamping parts 41 are provided with first inclined surfaces 411 matched with the second inclined surfaces 3133 in a bevel mode.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the slider 43 is slidably connected to the first annular wall of the cover 2 in the vertical direction and is provided with an elastic portion 431 for locking the rotary member 42 to the connecting member 3. Specifically, one end of the sliding member 43 extends into the inner hole of the first annular wall and penetrates through the second hole to be in hanging fit with the accommodating member 223, so that the sliding member 43 can slide along the vertical direction relative to the first annular wall, the other end of the sliding member is provided with an elastic portion 431, and the elastic portion 431 abuts against one end of the rotating member 42, which is close to the top wall of the movable cavity 2231, so that the second clamping portion 41 locks the first clamping portion 313.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first elastic member 44 is disposed between the cover 2 and the elastic portion 431, so that the elastic portion 431 acts on the rotating member 42 to rotate at a position where the first engaging portion 313 engages. Specifically, the first elastic member 44 is sleeved on the sliding member 43, and has one end located in the first annular wall and abuts against the top wall of the movable cavity 2231, and the other end abuts against the elastic portion 431, so that the elastic portion 431 acts on the rotating member 42. In this embodiment, the first elastic member 44 is a spring.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the second elastic member 45 acts between the cover 2 and the rotating member 42 to drive the rotating member 42 to disengage from the engagement of the connecting member 3 when the sliding member 43 slides to a position where the elastic portion 431 is disengaged from the rotating member 42 against the elastic force of the first elastic member 44. Specifically, two second elastic members 45 are provided, and the two second elastic members 45 are disposed corresponding to the two rotating members 42. One end of each second elastic piece 45 is provided with a fixed end, and the other end is a hooked elastic end 451. The fixed ends of the two second elastic members 45 are respectively sleeved on the two second protruding columns, and the elastic ends 451 of the two second elastic members 45 are respectively clamped between the inner wall of the movable cavity 2231 and the top end of the corresponding rotating member 42, so as to drive the second clamping portion 41 to be separated from the clamping connection of the first clamping portion 313 when the sliding member 43 overcomes the elastic force of the first elastic member 44 and slides to a position where the elastic portion 431 is separated from the rotating member 42.
As shown in fig. 4, in the initial state, the first elastic member 44 acts on the elastic portion 431, so that the rotating member 42 is always positioned to be engaged with the first engaging portion 313 by the action of the elastic portion 431 and the second elastic member 45.
As shown in fig. 2, the second mounting member includes a first hooking portion 16 disposed at the front end of the cover 2 and a second hooking portion disposed at the front end of the tap body 1; when the first hooking portion 16 is hooked and matched with the second hooking portion, the cover body 2 is limited to move along the vertical direction, and when the hooking and matched, the connecting part 3 is allowed to be connected with the fastening portion 4, so that the cover body 2 is fixed on the faucet body 1; when the connecting member 3 is released from the fastening portion 4 in a movable manner with respect to the fastening portion 4, the cover 2 can movably disengage the first hooking portion 16 from the second hooking portion. Compared with the existing structure, the disassembly is simple and quick; and although the cover body 2 is hooked and limited, the cover body 2 is not required to be pried off the faucet body 1 by means of a tool, and the cover body 2 cannot be damaged.
In use, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first elastic member 44 is disposed between the cover 2 and the elastic portion 431, and pushes the elastic portion 431 to act on the rotating member 42, so that the rotating member 42 rotates to a position where the connecting member 3 is locked. The second elastic member 45 is installed between the cover 2 and the rotating member 42, and when the sliding member 43 slides to the elastic portion 431 against the elastic force of the first elastic member 44 to disengage from the rotating member 42, at this time, the rotating member 42 loses the abutment of the elastic portion 431, and the second elastic member 45 drives the rotating member 42 to rotate to a position disengaged from the connecting member 3. Therefore, as shown in the drawing, in the initial state of the fastening portion 4, the rotating member 42 is always positioned at the engaged position by the elastic portion 431 and the second elastic member 45.
When the cover body 2 is installed, the front end of the cover body 2 is hooked for limiting through the first hooking part 16 and the second hooking part, and then the connection part 3 is connected with the fastening part 4 by pressing the cover body 2. In the pressing-down process of the cover body 2, the fastening part 4 and the connecting part 3 are close to each other, when the connecting part 3 abuts against the rotating member 42, the second inclined surface 3133 contacts with the first inclined surface 411, the rotating part 312 rotates to rotate the rotating member 42 to a position separated from the clamping connection and compress the second elastic member 45 through the inclined surface cooperation, and the rotating member 42 pushes against the elastic part 431 to compress the first elastic member 44; in this process, the connecting part 3 moves relative to the cover 2 into a position of engagement with the rotating member 42, at which time the cover 2 abuts against the end face of the tap body 1 at the opening 13. After the cover body 2 is released, the second elastic piece 45 and the first elastic piece 44 are reset, so that the rotating piece 42 rotates to the clamping position, and the cover body 2 is fastened on the faucet body 1 through clamping fit with the connecting part 3, namely, the connecting part 3 is in clamping fit with the fastening part 4, so that the cover body 2 is fastened on the faucet body 1.
When the cover body 2 is detached, the object directly stretches into the pressing hole, and pushes against the connecting part 3 to enable the connecting part 3 to slide towards the sliding part 43, so that the sliding part 43 overcomes the elastic force of the first elastic part 44 to slide to the elastic part 431 to be separated from the rotating part 42. At this time, since the tip of the rotating member 42 loses the support of the elastic portion 431, the rotating member 42 rotates under the action of the second elastic member 45 so that the rotating member 42 is disengaged from the engagement with the connecting member 3, that is, the connecting member 3 is disengaged from the engagement with the fastening portion 4, and the cover 2 is released; then the movable cover body 2 enables the first hooking part 16 to be separated from the second hooking part, and the cover body 2 can be removed.
The mode does not use tools, and is simpler and faster in disassembly. And although the cover body 2 is hooked and limited, the cover body 2 is not required to be pried off the faucet body 1 by means of a tool, and the cover body 2 cannot be damaged.
In actual use, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the connecting member 3 and the fastening portion 4 fasten the cover 2 to the bottom wall of the first cavity 111. The first hooking portion 16 and the second hooking portion may be elastic hooking or rigid hooking. If the first hooking portion 16 and the second hooking portion are elastic, the cover body 2 can be covered on the opening 13, and the first hooking portion 16 and the second hooking portion are hooked and matched by pressing the cover body 2, and meanwhile, the rear end of the cover body 2 abuts against the first limiting surface 1221 of the faucet body 1. If the first hooking portion 16 and the second hooking portion are rigidly hooked, the first hooking portion 16 on the cover 2 and the second hooking portion on the faucet body 1 need to be hooked and matched. Then, the rear end of the cover 2 abuts against the first limiting surface 1221 of the faucet body 1, so that the connecting member 3 is engaged with the fastening portion 4.
The foregoing description of the embodiments and description is presented to illustrate the scope of the invention, but is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
