When the second push rod 52 and the third push rod 53 are tightly attached, the first push inclined surface 525 and the second push inclined surface 535 form a triangular space matched with the push block 514, and the push block 514 is just accommodated between the first push inclined surface 525 and the second push inclined surface 535. The water purifier also comprises a push-out power-assisted mechanism which comprises a lever 61 and a push block 62. The top of the lever 61 is located at the rear side of the second pressing surface 511 of the first push rod 51, and the lever 61 at least partially overlaps the rear end of the pressing portion 312 in the vertical direction. In order to balance the biasing force, two levers 61 are provided, respectively, at the rear of the outer case 1 and on the left and right sides of the first push rod 51. Each lever 61 extends from a corresponding position on the upper portion of the rear side wall 11 of the outer case 1 to a corresponding position on the lower portion. A first rotating shaft 611 is connected between the two levers 61. The left and right sides of the rear sidewall 11 of the outer case 1 are respectively provided with a first rotating bracket 14, and both ends of the first rotating shaft 611 respectively penetrate through the first rotating bracket 14 and then are connected with the lever 61. Thereby, the lever 61 can rotate relative to the outer case 1 with the joint with the first rotating bracket 14 as a fulcrum.
A second rotation shaft 612 may be connected between lower portions of the two levers 61. The lower part of the rear side wall 11 of the outer box body 1 is provided with a through groove 15 with front and rear openings, the push-out power-assisted mechanism further comprises a guide groove 63 which is arranged on the rear side wall 11 of the outer box body 1 and corresponds to the through groove 15 in position and is provided with front and rear openings, and the push block 62 is arranged in the guide groove 63 and is matched with the through groove 15. The left and right sides of the pushing block 62 are respectively provided with a second rotating support 621, and both ends of the second rotating shaft 612 respectively pass through the second rotating support 621 and then are connected with the lever 61. Thereby, the lever 61 can be rotated relative to the push block 62 with the joint with the second rotating bracket 621 as a fulcrum.
The push-out assisting mechanism further comprises a tension spring 64, a fixing frame 16 is arranged on the rear side wall 11 of the outer box body 1, one end of the tension spring 64 is connected with the lever 61, the other end of the tension spring 64 is connected with the fixing frame 16, and the tension spring 64 enables the lever 61 to keep rotating reversely so as to enable the push block 62 to move backwards.
When the filter element assembly 2 needs to be replaced:
1) First, the button assembly 3 is pressed, so that the first pressing surface 313 of the pressing surface frame 31 is gradually moved backward, and reacts with the second pressing surface 511 of the first push rod 51 to gradually push the first push rod 51 downward, and at the same time, the pressing rod 32 is gradually moved backward, so that the first return spring 543 and the fourth return spring 33 are compressed; during the downward movement of the first push rod 51, the push block 514 moves downward to push the second push rod 52 and the second push rod 53 to the left and right, respectively, and the second return spring 522 and the third return spring 532 are compressed, so that the first catch 523 and the second catch 533 no longer clamp the catch 55 of the filter element assembly 2, and at this time, the filter element assembly 2 can move relative to the outer case 1;
2) Then, the pressing frame 31 is pressed backwards continuously, the rear end of the pressing part 312 abuts against the lever 61, thereby pushing the top of the lever 61 backwards, so that the lever 61 rotates around the connection point with the first rotating bracket 14, the lower part of the lever 61 rotates forwards, the pushing block 62 moves forwards through the pushing block 62, so that the pushing block 62 passes through the through slot 15 forwards along the guide slot 63 to contact the filter element assembly 2, the filter element assembly 2 is pushed forwards for a certain distance, at the same time, the tension spring 64 is stretched, the lever 61 rotates to drive the pushing block 62 to move for a distance no more than the distance between the waterway connector 4 and the rear side wall 11 of the outer box 1, therefore, the waterway connector 4 and the water inlet/outlet connector 22 of the filter element assembly 2 still keep connected, when the user finds that the button assembly 3 is operated by mistake, the filter element assembly 2 can be pushed backwards to the initial fixed position, and because the waterway connector 4 still keeps connected with the filter element assembly 2, therefore, water leakage caused by mistake is avoided; when the user confirms that the filter element assembly 2 is to be replaced, the next step is performed;
3) With filter element group spare 2 manual pulling forward, when water route joint 4's end cover 42 and outer box body 1's rear side wall 11 butt, continue to pull forward then can make filter element group spare 2 business turn over water swivel 22 and water route joint 4 throw off to can pull out outer box body 1 forward with filter element group spare 2 whole and change, each reset spring and extension spring 64 make filter element locking mechanical system and promote assist drive device and reset.
When the filter element assembly 2 after being replaced needs to be installed, the filter element assembly 2 only needs to be placed into the outer box 1 and pushed backwards, in the process, the clamping block 55 is clamped between the first clamping groove 523 and the second clamping groove 533 and clamped again by the second push rod 52 and the third push rod 53, and the filter element assembly 2 and the outer box 1 are installed.
