As shown in fig. 1-3, the pump body 1 includes a pump casing 11, a water outlet pipe 12, a pipe connection pipe 13, a mounting plate 16, an inlet short pipe 18 and a volute 19, the inner side of the bottom of the pump casing 11 and the bottom of the inlet short pipe 18 are fixedly mounted, the hydraulic motor 3 can rotate an impeller 10 inside the pump body 1, the solid-liquid mixture at the bottom is conveyed into the volute 19, then the impeller 10 inside the pump casing 11 rotates by using centrifugal force, the solid-liquid mixture is conveyed into the water outlet pipe 12 at high speed, and then is discharged outwards through the water outlet pipe 12 and the pipe connection pipe 13.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the bottom of the volute 19 is fixedly communicated with the top of the inlet short pipe 18, the impeller 10 is arranged inside the volute 19, and the hydraulic motor 3 can rotate the impeller 10 inside the pump body 1 to convey the solid-liquid mixture at the bottom into the volute 19.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a plurality of mounting bolts 14 are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the pump casing 11, the bottoms of the mounting bolts 14 are in threaded connection with the inner side of the threaded holes 46, the top of the pump casing 11 is fixedly mounted with the bottom of the mounting plate 16, a plurality of fixing bolts 17 are uniformly arranged at the top of the mounting plate 16, and the mounting bolts 14 are in threaded connection and fixation with the threaded holes 46 and are used for mounting the pump casing 11 and the mounting ring 451.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the top of the mounting plate 16 is fixedly mounted with the bottom of the hydraulic motor 3, the two ends of the bottom of the U-shaped frame 2 are fixedly mounted with the top of the pump case 11, two lifting rods 15 are symmetrically and fixedly connected with the two ends of the top of the pump case 11, the lifting rods 15 are convenient for carrying and moving the hydraulic slurry pump device, and the U-shaped frame 2 plays a role in protecting the hydraulic motor 3.
As shown in fig. 1-3, one side of the pump housing 11 is fixedly communicated with one end of the water outlet pipe 12, the top of the water outlet pipe 12 is fixedly communicated with the bottom of the pipe connecting pipe 13, and the pipe connecting pipe 13 is used for connecting with a conveying pipe, so as to facilitate conveying solid-liquid mixture.
In the invention, when the hydraulic slurry pump is used, the device needs to be moved and placed at the position of a solid-liquid mixture to be conveyed through the lifting rod 15, so that the solid-liquid mixture can reach the bottom position of the pump body 1, the conveying pipe is connected with the pipeline connecting pipe 13, after the preparation work is confirmed to be finished, the hydraulic motor 3 is started, the impeller 10 in the pump body 1 can be rotated by the hydraulic motor 3, the solid-liquid mixture at the bottom is conveyed into the volute 19, then the impeller 10 in the pump shell 11 rotates by utilizing the centrifugal force, the solid-liquid mixture is conveyed into the water outlet pipe 12 at a high speed, and then the solid-liquid mixture is discharged outwards through the water outlet pipe 12 and the pipeline connecting pipe 13; the bottom of the pump body 1 is provided with a filtering device 4, before the impeller 10 conveys the solid-liquid mixture to the pump shell 11, the solid-liquid mixture needs to pass through the filtering device 4, the filtering device 4 mainly comprises a supporting bottom plate 41, six blocking rod pieces 43, six crushing assemblies 44, a filtering assembly 45 and a cleaning assembly 47, the solid-liquid mixture needs to enter the inner side positions of the crushing assemblies 44 through the six blocking rod pieces 43, gaps are reserved among the blocking rod pieces 43, and the blocking rod pieces 43 can prevent the overlarge solid-state mixture from entering; after the solid-liquid mixture enters the middle positions of the supporting base plate 41 and the filtering assembly 45, under the filtering of the filtering net 457 of the filtering assembly 45, solid matters with the volume smaller than the pore size of the filtering net 457 enter the volute 19 along with liquid, and solid matters with larger volume cannot enter; because the rotating motor 472 in the base 471 rotates, the rotating motor 472 can drive a plurality of top cleaning blades 475 to rotate clockwise through the rotating rod 473, the cleaning blades 475 rotate to enable the solid-liquid mixture around to be acted by centrifugal force, according to the principle that the centrifugal force is larger when the mass is larger under the same condition, the larger solid in the solid-liquid mixture can move around under the action of the centrifugal force, meanwhile, a plurality of blades 4754 are arranged on the outer side of a blade plate 4753 of the cleaning blades 475, the blades 4754 can enable part of large solid to be crushed while rotating, six crushing assemblies 44 are arranged around, a driving motor 446 of each crushing assembly 44 can drive a plurality of crushing cutter bars 444 to rotate through a connecting rod 442, when the solid touches the crushing cutter bars 444, the solid can be cut into small solid by the crushing cutter bars 444, the cleaning blades 475 and the crushing assemblies 44 are combined, the solid entering the pump shell 11 can be crushed into small blocks, the liquid can be conveyed into the pump shell 11 and the volute 19, the solid-liquid mixture flowing through the impeller 10 is effectively prevented from being blocked at the inlet 18, the filtering speed reduction of the impeller 10 is prevented from entering the impeller 10, the solid-liquid impact loss of the impeller 10, and the impeller 10 is prevented from being damaged at high speed, and the impeller 10 from being damaged, and the impeller 10 is prevented from impacting the impeller 10; simultaneously can hit filter screen 457 when solid-liquid mixture passes through filter screen 457 and gets into spiral case 19, filter screen 457 drives movable ring 454 upwards and extrudes compression spring 452, compression spring 452 receives extrusion deformation and can promote movable ring 454 and slide down when resumeing, elastic strip 455 has elasticity, thereby make elastic strip 455 shake with hitting ball 456, thereby hit ball 456 can beat the bottom at filter screen 457, avoid the solid-state thing card in the solid-liquid mixture on filter screen 457, when clean blade 475 rotates simultaneously, clean brush 4751 in top can clean filter screen 457, can carry out the automatically cleaning to filter screen 457 of filter assembly 45, avoid filter screen blocking.
