The embodiment of the application discloses an intelligent house killing system.
Referring to fig. 1, the intelligent house disinfecting system comprises a cabinet body 1, cabinet doors 11 hinged on the cabinet body 1 side by side, and surrounding plates 2 connected to one side of the cabinet body 1, wherein the surrounding plates 2 are L-shaped, a disinfecting chamber 21 for people to enter is formed between the surrounding plates 2 and the cabinet body 1, and a supporting pad 22 for people to stand is arranged at the bottom of the disinfecting chamber 21.
Referring to fig. 1, a clothes hanging area 12 for hanging clothes is arranged at the upper end in the cabinet body 1, and a shoe area 13 for placing shoes is arranged at the lower end. One end of the cabinet door 11, which is close to each other, is fixedly connected with a hinge shaft hinged with the cabinet body 1, and the axis of the hinge shaft extends along the vertical direction. The cabinet body 1 is provided with a slideway 14 for sliding the hinge shaft, and the hinge shaft slides in the slideway 14 along the length direction of the cabinet body 1. That is, when the hinge shaft drives the cabinet doors 11 to be away from each other, one ends of the cabinet doors 11 away from each other rotate in a direction away from the cabinet body 1, so as to open the cabinet body 1.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a photoelectric sensor 111 is fixed at one end of the cabinet door 11, which is close to each other, the photoelectric sensor 111 is used for sensing that the cabinet door 11 is closed to generate a sensing signal, and the controller 15 receives and responds to the sensing signal of the photoelectric sensor 111 to control the driving assembly 3 and the spray sterilizer 4 to stop.
Referring to fig. 1, the human body sensor 23 includes a gravity sensor located in the support pad 22, or may be an infrared sensor installed at a door of the sterilization chamber 21, or may be a photoelectric sensor 111, which can sense that a human body enters the sterilization chamber 21 to generate a sensing signal.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, after a person enters the sterilizing chamber 21 and stands on the support pad 22, the gravity sensor outputs a human body sensing signal to the controller 15, the controller 15 controls the driving assembly 3 and the spray sterilizer 4 to be started in sequence, and the driving assembly 3 and the spray sterilizer 4 can be started in sequence through the delay device.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a case 41 slides in the shoe region 13 in the cabinet 1, the sliding directions of the case 41 and the driving rod 31 are the same, and one end of the case 41 can slide out of the cabinet 1 and can be used for a person to sit down for conveniently changing shoes. The box 41 is towards the interior one end fixedly connected with proximity sensor 42 of cabinet body 1, and proximity sensor 42 is used for responding to the output proximity signal after box 41 and cabinet body 1 inner wall butt, and the control unit 15 responds to the proximity signal after this moment and controls drive assembly 3 to drive cabinet door 11 and close.
When people need to change shoes and go out, the gravity sensor outputs a sensing signal, and the controller 15 controls the cabinet door 11 to be opened. Then the spray sterilization device 4 is controlled to perform spray sterilization, but after the box 41 slides out, the proximity sensor 42 is far away from the inner wall of the cabinet 1, no signal is output by the proximity sensor 42, the controller 15 does not receive the signal and then controls the spray sterilization device 4 to stop starting, after the box 41 is put into the cabinet, the controller 15 controls the spray sterilization device 4 to be ready to start, but when the cabinet door 11 is closed, the controller 15 controls the driving assembly 3 and the spray sterilization device 4 to stop starting.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the driving assembly 3 includes a rack fixedly connected to the driving rod 31, a gear 32 rotatably connected to the inside of the cabinet 1 and engaged with the rack, and a motor 33 fixedly connected to both sides of the cabinet 1 and driving the gear 32 to rotate, wherein an output shaft of the motor 33 rotates to penetrate through the cabinet 1 and is coaxially connected to the gear 32. The motor 33 is located at the lower end of the cabinet body 1, so that the gear 32 is driven to rotate through the motor 33, and then the rack and the driving rod 31 are driven to slide, so that after the driving rod 31 slides out of the cabinet body 1, one ends of the cabinet doors 11, which are far away from each other, are driven to rotate in a direction away from the cabinet body 1, and the hinge shaft drives the cabinet doors 11 to open after sliding in the slide ways 14.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the spray sterilizer 4 comprises a liquid pump 43 fixed in a box 41, a liquid storage tank 44 connected with a liquid inlet end of the liquid pump 43, a liquid outlet pipe 46 connected with a liquid outlet end of the liquid pump 43, and a plurality of atomizers 45 fixedly connected with the liquid outlet pipe 46.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the tank 44 stores a sterilizing fluid, and the outlet pipe 46 is a flexible pipe and has a longer section located in the case 41 so that the case 41 can freely slide out of the cabinet 1. The controller 15 controls the opening and closing of the liquid pump 43 and the atomizer 45 so that the liquid pump 43 can pump the disinfectant in the liquid storage tank 44 to the atomizer 45 and spray, disinfection and sterilization are formed through the atomizer 45.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the liquid outlet pipe 46 extends along the inner wall of the cabinet 1 to the top end of the surrounding plate 2, and the atomizer 45 is located on the liquid outlet pipe 46 at the upper end of the cabinet 1 and the surrounding plate 2. The liquid outlet pipe 46 positioned at the upper end of the cabinet body 1 is exposed in the cabinet body 1, and one end of the liquid outlet pipe 46 positioned outside the cabinet body 1 is positioned in the surrounding plate 2. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the rotary cylinder 25 is provided with a spray opening 251 which communicates with the spray hole 24 and is sprayed by the atomizer 45, and the spray opening 251 and the spray hole 24 are arranged obliquely downward.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a rotation rod 252 is fixedly connected to a circumferential side wall of the rotation cylinder 25, and the rotation rod 252 extends obliquely downward. A spring 253 is fixedly connected to one end of the rotation rod 252 remote from the rotation cylinder 25. Referring to fig. 1 and 3, after the cabinet door 11 is opened, one end of the cabinet door 11 away from each other can abut against the rotating rod 252 to rotate downwards, so as to drive the rotating cylinder 25 to rotate. When the cabinet door 11 does not abut against the rotating rod 252 to rotate, a section of the rotating cylinder 25 located in the cabinet door 11 shields the atomizer 45, and at this time, the atomizer 45 is not located in the through hole 254.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the cabinet door 11 abuts against the rotating rod 252 to drive the rotating cylinder 25 to rotate, and the spraying opening 251 and the spraying hole 24 are not communicated until the cabinet door 11 abuts against the cabinet body 1. When the cabinet door 11 pushes the rotary cylinder 25 to rotate, the rotary cylinder 25 is driven to rotate, and then the atomizer 45 in the cabinet body 1 is exposed from the through hole 254.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, when the cabinet door 11 is far away from the rotating rod 252, the rotating rod 252 drives the rotating cylinder 25 to reset under the action of the spring 253, that is, the spraying opening 251 and the spraying hole 24 are dislocated, so as to shield the atomizer 45 in the surrounding plate 2.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the rotation rod 252 rotates the atomizer 45 relative to the rotation cylinder 25 and in the through hole 254 during rotation, so that the atomizer 45 can spray from the through hole 254 during the process of pulling the rotation rod 252 to drive the rotation cylinder 25 to reset by the spring 253. Until the cabinet door 11 abuts against to close the cabinet body 1, the spring 253 pulls the rotating rod 252 to restore to the initial position and drives the rotating cylinder 25 to misplace the atomizer 45 and the through hole 254 in the cabinet body 1 so as to stop spraying.
The implementation principle of the intelligent house killing system provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: when people return home, after entering the disinfection room 21 and standing on the supporting pad 22, the gravity sensor senses the disinfection room, so that the controller 15 controls the motor 33 to drive the cabinet door 11 to be automatically opened, and simultaneously controls the liquid pump 43 and the atomizer 45 to be started, so that the cabinet door 11 starts to be sprayed for disinfection after being opened. Then people put the outer sleeve and the shoes into the cabinet body 1 and then walk out of the disinfection chamber 21, and the gravity sensor senses the outer sleeve and the shoes so that the controller 15 controls the motor 33 to reversely rotate to drive the cabinet door 11 to automatically close. After the cabinet door 11 is separated from the rotating rod 252, the rotating rod 252 drives the rotating cylinder 25 to continue to rotate under the tension of the spring 253, so that the atomizer 45 outside the cabinet body 1 is shielded to stop spraying, and the atomizer 45 in the cabinet body 1 continues to spray normally, so that the removed outer jackets and shoes continue to spray and sterilize. Until the cabinet door 11 is closed, the controller 15 can control the liquid pump 43 and the atomizer 45 to stop starting after the photoelectric sensor 111 senses, so as to automatically stop spraying and sterilizing after the cabinet door 11 is closed
When people go out from home and enter the disinfection room 21, the controller 15 controls the cabinet door 11 to be automatically opened, then the box 41 is pulled out of the cabinet 1, and the proximity sensor 42 senses that the controller 15 controls the liquid pump 43 and the atomizer 45 to stop starting. When people sit on the box 41 to change shoes, the liquid pump 43 and the atomizer 45 stop starting, the disinfection spraying is not performed any more, and only the cabinet door 11 is automatically opened or closed, so that the disinfection and sterilization can be performed only when people go home.
