The lifting and transporting installation device for shaped building materials according to claim 1, wherein the lifting assembly comprises a rotating shaft, a first rotating drum, a second rotating drum, a first rope, a second rope and a lifting plate, the rotating shaft is rotatably disposed on the vehicle body, the first rotating drum and the second rotating drum are both disposed on the rotating shaft and arranged along the length direction of the rotating shaft, the first rope and the second rope are respectively wound on the first rotating drum and the second rotating drum, the free ends of the first rope and the second rope are respectively connected with two ends of the lifting plate, and the control mechanism is disposed on the lifting plate.
6. A shaped building material lifting and mounting apparatus as defined in claim 5, wherein said lifting assembly further includes a first driven pulley and a second driven pulley, said first driven pulley being mounted to said vehicle body, said first cable being routed through said first driven pulley and then connected to said lifting plate, and said second cable being routed through said second driven pulley and then connected to said lifting plate.
7. A modular building material lifting and mounting apparatus as recited in claim 6, wherein the body includes a mounting base, the lifting assembly further includes a connecting base and a support base, the connecting base is disposed in the mounting base, the support base is disposed in the mounting base and is disposed on the connecting base, the pivot shaft is rotatably disposed on the support base, and the first driven wheel and the second driven wheel are rotatably disposed on the connecting base; and/or
The lifting assembly further comprises a crank, and the crank is exposed out of the vehicle body and connected with one end of the rotating shaft.
8. A shaped building material lifting installation according to claim 1 wherein said body includes a rotatable post and said lifting assembly is mounted on said post.
9. A shaped building material lifting and transporting device as claimed in claim 8 wherein the vehicle body includes a base, a fixed base, a movable wheel and a push rod, the fixed base is disposed on the base, the movable wheel is disposed at the bottom of the base, and the push rod and the upright are disposed on the fixed base.
10. A method of using the modular building material lifting installation of any of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of:
moving the vehicle body to enable the clamping mechanism to be located above the shaped building materials, wherein the shaped building materials are kerbstones, prefabricated members or steel;
the lifting assembly controls the clamping mechanism to move downwards, so that the shaped building materials are located between the first fixing claw and the second fixing claw;
adjusting the distance between the first fixing claw and the second fixing claw through a control mechanism so that the first fixing claw and the second fixing claw clamp the shaped building material;
controlling the clamping mechanism to move upwards through the lifting assembly so as to lift the shaped building materials;
moving the vehicle body to enable the shaped building materials to be located above the target station;
the lifting assembly controls the clamping mechanism to move downwards so that the shaped building materials are placed on the target station;
adjusting the distance between the first fixing claw and the second fixing claw through a control mechanism so that the first fixing claw and the second fixing claw release the shaped building material; and
the lifting assembly is used for controlling the clamping mechanism to move upwards so that the clamping mechanism is separated from the formed building materials.
